‘Treasonous’ enemies within: 3-star general pushes Trump to use emergency powers

Calls on president to ‘honor your oath of office’ to defeat Deep-State coup

Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney [U.S. Air Force Retired] said in a no-holds-barred interview that he doesn’t believe the courts are likely to come through for President Trump.

Despite massive amounts of evidence of widespread irregularities, many judges appear either unable or unwilling to sort through allegations of rigged voting machines and dozens of affidavits from eyewitnesses to ballot stuffing, denial of Republican poll watchers from observing the process, evidence of more votes cast in hundreds of precincts than were registered to vote, and a host of other irregularities.

“When you coordinate six to ten states, using cyber warfare, to change the outcome of the election in favor of whoever you want, these are treasonous acts,” McInerney said in a Nov. 29 interview with Brannon Howse of Worldview Weekend TV.

“These are not just fraudulent acts, they are treasonous acts, because it means changing the government,” the general said. “And then when you add Russia, China and Iran, foreigners into it, you complicate it and make it even more treasonous. So, cyber warfare, and the Dominion Voting Systems, which we’re talking about in Georgia, Michigan and several other states, Pennsylvania as well, using Hammer and Scorecard [ballot manipulation software attacks]. McInerney is not just any retired general making these claims.

He is highly decorated, having flown 400 combat missions over Vietnam. He was in charge of NORAD for Alaska and had a top security clearance with responsibility for the U.S. nuclear arsenal. He spent 16 years as a military analyst with Fox News.

“He is not only a patriot he is a historian and he understands the massive threat now faced by America,” Howse said.

McInerney said the fraud seen on Election Day could easily be repeated in Georgia to steal the two U.S. Senate seats up for election there on Jan. 5, giving Democrats full control of the government.

McInerney said that after listening to President Trump talk with Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo on Sunday morning, he was concerned that the president “sounded kind of down.”

“What startled me was, he kept talking about fraudulent votes, and then I heard Rudy Giuliani talking about fraudulent votes. It’s not fraudulent votes. The American people must understand, we are talking about treason.”

McInerney said President Trump must be compelled by his supporters to “honor his oath of office” and employ the tools available to him to quash the insurrection that he believes is in progress.

He said U.S. Marshals should have immediately seized the voting machines in Georgia and every battleground state as soon as it became apparent that ballot numbers were skewed in favor of Joe Biden.

According to attorney Sidney Powell, speaking in an interview with Lou Dobbs, the Dominion Systems machines were set to give Biden a weighted count of 1.25 votes for every one vote he received, while Trump’s votes were set at 0.75 percent of each vote he received. This means that 2.7 percent of the votes were switched from Trump to Biden in multiple battleground states.

Massive fraud was also reported with the mail-in ballots in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Nevada and now Arizona.

At a public hearing Monday held by state legislators in Arizona, witnesses reported their state had 1.9 million mail-in ballots that were separated from envelopes without any signatures that could be verified. Similar reports dripped out of Georgia, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

“We had the director of the CISA, the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency, Chris Krebs, who was fired two weeks ago by President Trump say this was a perfect election. Please,” said McInerney. “This was the worst election in the history of any democracy, and he comes out and says everything was perfect. So you can see the work of the deep state, which is complicit in this treason.”

The retired three-star general was very specific in what he said Trump must do to put down the coup. He must invoke the executive order that Trump signed on Sept. 12, 2018, allowing the president to declare a state of emergency related to foreign intervention in U.S. elections.

“He has got to declare a national emergency …He should also use the Insurrection Act because we have an insurrection right now in this country when you look at Antifa and BLM, plus other groups. He must suspend habeas corpus as President Lincoln did in 1861 and Franklin Roosevelt did in 1942 when World War II started.”

McInerney said a silent coup is being perpetrated in plain view. It could turn violent but so far it remains bloodless.

The Chinese military doctrine of warfare includes six stages, the first five of which are focused on informational warfare tactics. If those asymetrical tactics should fail, the sixth and final stage involves traditional kinetic warfare.

Americans not falling for the propaganda

It’s becoming more evident with each passing day that the psychological warfare tactics are failing, as more Americans are waking up to the fact that the 2020 election was neither free nor fair.

According to a Rasmussen poll conducted Nov. 17-18, 75 percent of Republicans believe the election is being stolen. But a surprising number of Democrats, 47 percent, believe it is either likely or very likely that their own party won by cheating.

“The Democratic perpetrators of this, plus the Russians, Chinese and Iran, have not disguised this cyber warfare on America,” McInerney said. “As a matter of fact, they have been blatant about it and open about it, cocky about it, in all the things they’ve done and all the people they’ve employed.”

He said he has personally seen pictures of people unloading truckloads of mail-in ballots that hadn’t even been folded and put in an envelope.

“It’s a printing press operation. And yet we have judges that are challenging that, saying that’s not enough. And so that’s why it’s so important that this national emergency be declared and the president start arresting these people right away; this is a national emergency. I would declare martial law.”

McInerney said the decisions made to allow massive numbers of mail-in ballots were made by secretaries of state and courts, not by state legislatures as required by the U.S. Constitution.

“And then on election night they decided to cease ballot counting in five states,” he said.

In Atlanta, a supposed water-main break was cited as the reason to stop the counting at 10:30 p.m., only to continue once all observers were gone. The broken water pipe has since been found to have never occurred.

“This has never happened before, it’s unprecedented, and shows there was pre-planning across several states to do these treasonous acts. That’s why it’s not fraudulent voting, it’s treason. They are trying to overturn this government,” McInerney said.

He said the new acting secretary of defense, Chris Miller, should make use of the National Guard as well as active-duty military personnel to crush the insurrection.

“Until this gets cleaned up, until we have all the facts, the president should suspend the Electoral College meeting on the 14th of December and the inauguration on the 20th of January.”

The general said that because the courts have shown themselves “unable to figure out what is going on” the use of military tribunals will be necessary to deal with the coup plotters and participants.

“That’s why martial law is so important,” he said. “We need to set up military tribunals because the judiciary has shown us they’re not capable of figuring this out.

“In Pennsylvania the local judges couldn’t figure it out because the state sent out 1.8 million ballots and they got 2.5 million mailed back in. My goodness, someone had to have a printing press that was printing all these votes, yet the judiciary couldn’t figure it out and stop them. That’s why we need military tribunals and have these people arrested and charged, and the evidence should be presented there.”

A historical perspective

If America doesn’t “wake up” and realize what’s happening it will soon be too late, he said.

This is corroborated by people who in earlier decades lived through the socialist revolutions that took over Cuba, Venezuela, China, Germany, Russia, Vietnam and Cambodia.

When asked “how did this happen” and “did you see it coming,” almost to a person, they will tell you that, yes, they saw it and they knew their country was heading in a bad direction. But, at the end, confusion reigned as events transpired so fast that the people felt paralyzed and unable to stop the fall of their government.

Some Trump voters are already hanging their heads and posting memes on social media that say, essentially, “Trump 2024: We’ll get them next time.”

But what if Gen. McInerney is right? What if there is no next time?

“The president has got to start having rallies, talking to the people primarily in these six states. He must use the executive orders and suspend all action of the Electoral College,” McInerney said, with a sense of urgency in his voice. “And the 85 million people must demand that you, Mr. President, clean this up, make it happen.”

If the courts fail to act, and Trump fails to act, he said the election in Georgia will simply be a repeat of the fraud, allowing the Democrats to take the two senate seats and total control of the government.

“They’re going to win that election in Georgia, using Hammer and Scorecard and the Dominion voting machines,” he said. “I heard a prominent Republican say ‘we really need a large turnout.’ It doesn’t matter what your turnout is when they’re using cyber warfare. They always beat it by three percent. That’s why it’s important we suspend even those votes down in Georgia until we clean this up.”

McInerney said the Founding Fathers had no way of anticipating the concept of cyber warfare.

“But they did have the oath that the president and all the people like myself took to support the Constitution of United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic. These are domestic enemies and they must be treated as such. This is hybrid warfare in the 21 century, this is how it’s done. That’s how you destabilize. You don’t have to have combat troops. You do it through a country’s own democratic processes. Like Stalin said, it doesn’t matter who votes, it matters who counts the votes.”

He said the perpetrators knew their massive assault on the voting process would confuse the American people, including judges in the judicial system.

With Fox News, for years the only large mainstream news outlet that served a conservative audience, now flipped to the other side, the only way Americans can hear the truth is through small independent news providers.

The FBI and DOJ have been missing in action, as the president himself noted on Sunday.

Trump sits in a lonely place, all by himself in the valley of decision.

“I sensed he was down and I want him to know that the American people are demanding his leadership; he’s the only person in America today who can turn this around, and win it. It’s bigger than Lincoln had, and if he turns this around it will rank him right up next to George Washington if he saves this union by taking the emergency action that he needs to take.”

Not only are federal law-enforcement agencies standing down, but so are many Republican politicians.

“GOP leaders, where are they? Mitch [McConnell], we haven’t heard from you. Let’s hear from you senators, let’s hear from you House members. Let’s stand up and be counted,” McInerney pleaded. “Wake up America. Let’s demand our representatives, let’s send messages to each one of them and tell them, wake up. We want a full investigation on this. This is so obvious.”

McInerney is recommending that people email or tweet to the president a message asking him to invoke the Insurrection Act and the September 2018 executive order, declare a national emergency and suspend the meeting of the Electoral College on Dec. 14 until a full investigation by military tribunals can be conducted into the many election irregularities that, if found to be true, would constitute a blatant act of treason against the republic.

Barr to be aggressive,” Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo said, adding, “Will you appoint a special counsel to investigate and to continue the investigating into what took place in the 2016 election? You mentioned Jim Comey and Andrew McCabe not facing accountability—will you appoint a special counsel?” she asked after several questions about election-related fraud cases.

By VICTOR DAVIS HANSONDecember 1, 2020  During this strange “transition,” it has been common now to assert that “multilateralism” is back — and with a vengeance. Joe Biden’s envisioned team allegedly will jettison the unilateralist idea of “America alone” and supposed soft neo-isolationism. Instead, the U.S. will resume its historic but neglected role as the leader of the enlightened world. It will supposedly recultivate allies estranged by Donald Trump and Mike Pompeo. It will now fix broken international organizations. It will eagerly reassume burdens that were neglected or repudiated during the Neanderthal Trump administration. The result, supposedly, will be a safer, more secure world. The administration will be staffed again by returning international experts from the Obama years. Their excellence is vouched for by their past government, corporate, military, and academic service and their branded education. I think all that is a fair summation of the lengthy published critiques, the preliminary giddy statements from designated Biden-administration officials, and the foreign-policy daily op-ed commentariat. But how accurate are these rosy assessments and stock diagnoses? A Strange Sort of IsolationismNo power is, or could be, withdrawing from its responsibilities when it still deploys abroad, more or less, between 190,000 and 200,000 military personnel. They are active in nearly 800 bases and installations, spread throughout 70 countries. Alleged Trump isolationists or paleoconservative nationalists do not increase U.S. contributions to NATO. They do not oversee a vast surge of $100 billion over the past four years in the NATO budget. They do not convince ever more NATO members to meet or nearly meet their promised 2 percent of GDP investments in defense. They do not spike the U.S. defense budget by $150 billion. Depending on the arithmetic one uses, by the end of 2020, it will have reached between $750 billion and nearly $1 trillion per annum. There are currently somewhere around 50,000 U.S. troops in Japan. Nearly 30,000 are deployed in South Korea. Given current Chinese and North Korean military capabilities along their air, land, and sea borders, most analysts assume that American expeditionary forces are not numerous enough to stop a massive assault. In 1950s Korean War fashion, they are prepped to survive — with extraordinary casualties — long enough to blunt an initial invasion until reinforcements arrive. Or they are a deterrent tripwire that prompts an overwhelming air and missile response that would likely include nuclear warheads. Again, such deterrent forces abroad in Asia are not the numbers or the commitments of an isolationist or selfish power. Southeast Asians, Australians, and Taiwanese believe that in extremis the nationalist Trump administration is more likely to come to their aid than the prior “multilateralist” administration. The point, then, is that the Trump administration did not reduce U.S. material commitments to either its own security forces, its allies’ security, or the security of the international community — in terms of either manpower or money. Indeed, the Trump base has constantly faulted the administration for not showing more skepticism of the foreign-policy status quo, both policy and personnel. They wanted more attention given to the systemic Beltway and administrative-state pathologies that have led to flawed U.S. policies. They deeply suspected revolving-door diplomats whose appointments depend on fealty to convention, as well as administrative-state bureaucrats who actively sought to obstruct the administration that they had pledged to advance. And they expressed discomfort with retired high military and DOD officials who leave government to serve on defense-contractor boards and in foreign financial consortia. Russia, Iran, the Middle East, China, and EuropeBut are these simply ossified statistics that otherwise belie actual performance? Hardly. Take, for example, several recent crises. The Trump administration has been far more confrontational against Vladimir Putin’s Russia than was the prior Obama administration. The latter’s naïve “reset” was an overt failure that green-lighted Russian aggression in the Crimea and eastern Ukraine and saw Russia’s return to the Middle East for the first time in nearly a half century. In addition, the dangerous reset triggered a radical domestic reaction to the Frankenstein Putin monster it had helped create, and so the gyrating stance of the Left toward Russia swung in the opposite direction: We have now been mired for three years in the 1950s paranoid pit of “a Russian under every bed.” The obsessions centered around the false “Russian collusion” fable that Robert Mueller and his dream team failed to prove, after wasting $30 million and 22 months. Yet since January 2017, the Trump administration has pulled out of an asymmetrical, 30-year-old Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty that Vladimir Putin often violated. It beefed up American sanctions against Russia. The U.S. stepped up gas and oil production and exports, to Russia’s chagrin. America vastly increased its own military investments. It lobbied for greater NATO defense budgets. The Trump administration has demonstrated a willingness to confront and kill Russian mercenaries in Syria. In contrast to the Obama Defense and State departments, it sold sophisticated anti-tank weapons to Ukraine. All those measures involved risks. But they certainly have weakened Moscow both economically and strategically. Historians will likely reassess U.S.–Russian relations between 2017 and 2020 largely through the paradox of a historic, post-war anti-Russia policy — in part driven by Democrats’ false accusations of collusion that followed their dangerous prior appeasement in the “reset” years. New steep sanctions, the collapse of oil prices, and the COVID-19 pandemic have all but collapsed the Iranian economy. Direct and stealthy Iranian subsidies to the Assad regime, Hezbollah, and Hamas have plunged. Lebanon, the center of Iranian expeditionary terrorism, has all but collapsed. The mullahs’ theocracy has never been shakier. It is disliked more than ever by its own people, especially after its inept response to the pandemic and its paranoid destruction of a Ukrainian civilian airliner — and conspiratorial denials of such a crime. The U.S. eliminated Iran’s arch-terrorist architect, General Soleimani. Tehran so far seems to have found no commensurate replacement.  The withdrawal from the flawed Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (the “Iran deal”) dried up subsidies to Iranian terrorist surrogates and exposed Iranian nuclear cheating, which is now overt. The exit from the Iran deal helped to draw moderate Arabs states into a historical détente with Israel against Iran as a common enemy. The Pompeo initiatives ended the dopey notion of Ben Rhodes and other Obama officials that empowering a Persian-Shiite crescent would counterbalance Israel and the Gulf sheikdoms. In the Mideast, the U.S. has never been more engaged — but in a manner radically antithetical to previous stymied efforts that had focused obsessively on the Palestinians while empowering Iran. Arab states are cautiously lining up to realign with Israel. They assume that for the first time in memory, an American administration is determined not to allow Iranian nuclear weapons. Washington has rejected the faux diplomacy that merely slows Iran’s acquisition of nuclear weapons to allow acculturation to that supposed inevitability. Everyone knew that, more than 70 years after the creation of Israel, the Palestinians were no more current-day refuges than were the 1 million Jews ethnically cleansed from the Arab Middle East, the Volga Germans in Russia, or over 12 million Germans who fled East Prussia and Eastern Europe after WWII. Now the Palestinians can choose to prosper economically with vast Arab, U.S., and international aid, as part of a Middle East détente. Or they can suicidally revert to terror in alignment with Iran. But the choice is theirs alone now. The Trump administration destroyed three myths of U.S.–China relations and thereby belled the Beijing cat that everyone knew had to be so collared, though they were terrified of doing so. One, China is no more than India destined to become the world’s hegemon because it has a 1.4 billion population. Two, the richer and more appeased China becomes, the more dangerously and anti-democratically it acts. And three, patent and trademark infringement, currency manipulation, vast trade imbalances, technology appropriation, and product dumping are not the cost of making China an eventual world citizen; these are now exposed as naïveté to be exploited, not magnanimity that Beijing will reciprocate. Until COVID, the Trump administration was working with the world to contain China. It was warning of Chinese Silk Road imperialism and using tariffs to slow down China’s export-driven and mercantilist economy. That strategy could work again in a post-COVID 2021. Certainly, China’s responsibility for COVID-19 — to the extent it can ever be fully probed — is deeply resented globally. Almost all its neighbors, with U.S. encouragement, have increased their defense budgets. In that regard, the governments of Australia, India, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan have never been more pro-American — and never more relieved that the U.S. is finally waking up to the intimidation that they face daily from their appeased and aggressive Chinese neighbor. China emerges from the coronavirus epidemic with a number of Western countries vowing to decouple as much as possible from the Chinese mercantile system. Beijing not only infected the world but sent it into depression, with catastrophic results for the international clients of its own belt-and-road project. Many countries will not be able to pay for their new Chinese-built infrastructure — and will likely not believe that they should after suffering near depression. Of course, Europeans do not, and will not ever, like Trump — at least publicly. But the European Union is de facto now mostly run by Germany. Germany’s population was markedly anti-American prior to Trump. According to polls, more than 50 percent of Germans now oppose the America that once cleansed it of Nazism, rebuilt it in democratic fashion, and saved it from Soviet Communism. So the problem with Europe is not American cowboys, but Germans resorting to form in bullying eastern Europeans on immigration, southern Europeans on debt repayment, and the United Kingdom on Brexit. It has all but encouraged NATO allies to follow its own obstructionist example of ignoring promises to spend what it pledged on defense. Berlin cuts a huge gas deal with the Russia, though 19-year-old Americans are stationed in Europe ostensibly to defend Germans from Russia. Germany pursues a suicidal Green Party–led climate-change policy that is a gift to the strategic agendas of Beijing. Trump questioned those realities not by giving snide and snarky interviews to pet journalists, but by openly calling out Angela Merkel to do her part to address what divides us. Transnational What?Much of America’s ability to question the global status quo rests on its remarkable economic performance between 2017 and January 2020. America experienced near record U.S. peacetime unemployment, strong GDP growth, low inflation, a stronger currency, a robust stock market, historic surges in middle-class wages, and stunning gas and oil production. Some of that sapped the income of various hostile powers and gave America strategic independence in the Middle East. The administration’s formal “National Security Strategy” assessment in 2017 at last addressed the reality that millions in the vast interior of America, left out of globalist affluence, had lost confidence in U.S. foreign policy. They were resigned to the likelihood that our elite diplomats would never reflect their own concerns rather than those of a host of prosperous allies, opportunistic neutrals, and emboldened enemies. Nor has the U.S. simply snubbed blameless international organizations. The World Health Organization has over the years done the world a great deal of good. But its elite echelon became corrupt and felt more obliged to lie on behalf of its moderate contributor, Communist China, than to be truthful to its major democratic benefactor, America. Reconcile what the WHO initially said about travel bans and COVID-19’s origins and transmissibility with what it knew to be true at the time. The verdict is that thousands of innocents died, believing the WHO’s Chinese propaganda, disguised as one-world ecumenicalism. The U.S. met far more of the Paris Climate Accord benchmarks after leaving the deal than its sanctimonious signees did by remaining in it. The World Trade Organization, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund were all based on the premise that the United States of 2017 and the world in general were calcified along 1945 lines, requiring an endlessly wealthy America to undertake burdens for the broke and endangered. The watchdog International Atomic Energy Agency more or less calibrated its monitoring of Iranian proliferation to sync with current American and European appeasement. Seventy years after all these agreements began emerging, the United States is nearly $27 trillion in debt and can no longer subsidize others who are either rich or at least not poor. As for the United Nations, the U.S. still doubles the contributions of the Chinese, nearly triples those of the Japanese, and almost quadruples the German contributions, though all these nations currently run huge trades surpluses with America. All these transnational organizations, to be justified and useful, need radical reform. Policy by PlatitudeIn reacting to the above, the Trump administration tried to adopt an overt “America First” approach in contrast to Obama’s more implicit “lead from behind” agenda. The rhetoric offended thousands of American elites deeply invested in the calcified post-war wheelhouses of diplomacy, defense, finance, academia, and government. Yet in the last quarter-century, that self-congratulatory status quo had not translated two decades of tactical success in Afghanistan into strategic resolution; somehow managed to unite nuclear Russia and China; allowed radical Islam to nearly overwhelm the Middle East; accepted as fate the Chinese hegemony in trade, finance, and (soon) politics; talked of managing decline; saw Turkey undermine the NATO alliance; empowered Iran; and made NATO both ever more provocative to its enemies and ever weaker. Just as being praised is different from being respected, so too are conventional pieties not the same as achieving results. “Multilateral” and “unilateral” are often neutral terms. They can simply describe numbers rather than reflect either wisdom or morality. There have been singularly moral unilateralists, such as the United Kingdom that fought on alone in 1940, despite its failed efforts to enlist allies. And then there are evil multilateralists such as Hitler, who invaded the Soviet Union with a pan-European army, the implicit support of Japan, and the help of neutral Finland and Spain. Critics of World War I argue, occasionally persuasively, that alliances, not the individual will of sovereign nations, dragged Europe into a suicidal genocidal war. Israel has fought alone against the efforts of Iran, Syria, Hezbollah, and Hamas. It now welcomes belated Arab moderates as helpers, but its life story has been going alone against a host of enemy multilateral alliances. The U.S. had plenty of allies in Afghanistan and Iraq, and some in Syria and Libya — but such plenitude ensured neither strategic success nor Americans’ support. The key is not platitudinous rationalization, but whether the means and ends of a war are correctly calibrated in terms of costs to benefits — whether defined in moral, financial, or political terms — for Americans first and the region involved second. It took the Trump-administration bombing to dismantle the new ISIS caliphate. Iran went from knowing what the U.S. would never do to being terrified of what it might do at any given moment. North Korea is no longer promising to send nuclear-tipped missiles to the West Coast. Such unilateral U.S. action often provoked the disapproval of allies. Nihilist CriticismTrump’s rhetoric, designed to overturn seven decades of dangerous complacency, was no doubt polarizing. But then again, far more off-putting were the behaviors and comportment of his critics, many of whom were tasked by their very positions to carry out, not subvert, the reformation of American foreign policy. Yet a recent State Department official boasted to giddy media shills that he had deliberately undermined the orders of the commander in chief, deceiving him about the number of troops deployed in Syria, in order to subvert planned reductions of U.S. troops there. Retired military personnel have used metaphors and imagery involving references to Auschwitz, Mussolini, and worse to voice their opposition to the Trump administration’s foreign policy — untoward language that such good men will come to rue. Two retired officers, John Nagl and Paul Yingling, published a veritable blueprint for how to use military force to counter the “private army” of the current administration — lunatic and dangerous talk of military interference, but talk that had already been raised and published by Rosa Brooks in a prestigious foreign-policy journal in the first days of the Trump administration. If the military may have believed Trump to be a dangerous Captain Queeg figure in need of their own expert obstruction or even removal, they also forgot the moral of The Caine Mutiny: that support for even an unpopular commander can lead him to achieve better results than can narcissistic and self-righteous obstruction of him. The opposition to the Trump administration’s policy was carried out by the likes of “Anonymous” — who bragged of working inside the administration to countermand legal directives by systematically and illegally leaking classified information — and by a biased media that reached a new record of 80–90 percent negative coverage of the current administration and its policies. Joe Biden’s team, if it were to be wise and without arrogance, would build on the present policies, which have created far more strategic advantages for the West in general and the U.S. in particular than had the more praised but often empty multilateral efforts of the Obama administration. Of course, many slighted but culpable international organizations, now-emboldened enemies, and a few relieved opportunistic allies welcome the current Biden scapegoating of “American First.” They would all prefer either “American Last” or “America Second” — or “American not at all” when the U.S, conducts it foreign policy. It is a characteristic of diplomacy — and human nature — that it is impossible to appreciate benefits accruing from someone who is disliked, while conceding that a prior canonized president did so much damage to his friends, so little harm to his enemies, and so much of nothing for the international community.

“Trump Legal Team Slams Bill Barr… ‘There Hasn’t Been Any Semblance of a DOJ Investigation… As far as we know, not a Single one… interviewed by the DOJ’”

Today, Gateway Pundit reported “President [Donald] Trump’s legal team responded to Bill Barr’s comments on voter fraud” stating “With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation. We have gathered ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined… As far as we know, not a single one has been interviewed by the DOJ. The Justice Department also hasn’t audited any voting machines or used their subpoena powers to determine the truth”:

US Attorney General Bill Barr told the Associated Press on Tuesday that the DOJ has not uncovered evidence of widespread fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 election.

Barr claimed that the FBI has followed up on specific complaints of voter fraud yet they have uncovered no evidence that would change the outcome.

 “To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election,” Barr told the AP.

President Trump’s legal team responded to Bill Barr’s comments on voter fraud with fire.

“With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation. We have gathered ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined. We have many witnesses swearing under oath they saw crimes being committed in connection with voter fraud. As far as we know, not a single one has been interviewed by the DOJ. The Justice Department also hasn’t audited any voting machines or used their subpoena powers to determine the truth,” Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal advisor said in a statement.

“Nonetheless, we will continue our pursuit of the truth through the judicial system and state legislatures, and continue toward the Constitution’s mandate and ensuring that every legal vote is counted and every illegal vote is not. Again, with the greatest respect to the Attorney General, his opinion appears to be without any knowledge or investigation of the substantial irregularities and evidence of systemic fraud,” Giuliani and Ellis added. Cardinal Wilton Gregory’s Travestyby Judie BrownRead online and share: https://all.org/cardinal-wilton-gregorys-travesty/Wilton Gregory, of the Archdiocese of Washington, DC, was recently hailed by the media for becoming America’s first black Catholic cardinal. His elevation to the post of cardinal came as a shock to many of us, but then again, we are living in strange times.Gregory, for those unaware, is a controversial prelate whose actions have distressed some of us and caused us to wonder just what is wrong with many of the current batch of Catholic bishops in our nation. Though called to be our shepherds, many of them have become slaves to political correctness—a term most recently referred to as wokeness.This is in direct contrast to the role of a shepherd in the Roman Catholic Church. As a shepherd, a man should strive “to build up in communion the one and only Body of Christ until it reaches full maturity.”But Gregory has taken a different path. He has devoted himself to honoring wayward Catholics, including folks like Nancy Pelosi and former disgraced cardinal Theodore McCarrick.Gregory has defended Black Lives Matter, insulted President Donald Trump and his wife, and most recently declared that he will not deny the Eucharist to pro-abortion Catholic Joseph Biden.In a recent interview, Gregory defended his decision regarding Biden, saying:“The kind of relationship that I hope we will have is a conversational relationship where we can discover areas where we can cooperate that reflect the social teachings of the church, knowing full well that there are some areas where we won’t agree,” the cardinal-designate said. “They are areas where the church’s position is very clear,” particularly its opposition to the president-elect’s support for legal abortion.In deciding when to collaborate and when to criticize, he said, “I hope that I don’t highlight one over the other.”Frankly, these words reveal the Cardinal’s problem with truth in a way that is mind-numbing. Clearly Gregory is all about relationship building, even when it means denying the truth that Biden spits in the face of Christ when he arrogantly receives the body of Christ while continuing to defend the murder of millions of our fellow brothers and sisters prior to birth.Abortion is not debatable. Perhaps the Cardinal needs to revisit Catholic teaching as stated in the Catechism: “Since the first century the Church has affirmed the moral evil of every procured abortion. This teaching has not changed and remains unchangeable. Direct abortion, that is to say, abortion willed either as an end or a means, is gravely contrary to the moral law.”What is there about this teaching that has escaped the Cardinal’s mind?Perhaps Gregory should attempt to comprehend these words in order to remind himself of the reasons why Biden’s 47-year public support for killing the preborn is a sin:Abortion isn’t about reproductive rights. It isn’t about healthcare. It is about people. Those people have bodies. And those bodies go somewhere after they have been poisoned, dismembered and suctioned into bloody slurry. Where do they go? Philosophers have asked through the ages: Where do we go after we die? With abortion, the question we need to ask is similar: Where do they go after we kill them?Indeed!While some ask how Catholics will respond to this latest Wilton Gregory fiasco, I ask how God will respond. Where does the soul of a man or woman who willfully supports this killing go after death?As we reflect on this latest Cardinal Wilton Gregory travesty, we pray for all those who will be misled and duped by his words and actions.Bishops, after all, are human beings, capable of error. But they are also successors to the Apostles. As successors, theyhave the responsibility of preaching the Gospel, administering the sacraments, and guiding Christ’s flock. The Bishop is the principal teacher in the faith community. As such, he must be devoted to preaching the Gospel constantly. That preaching aims at illuminating to the faithful what they must believe and put into practice, while steering them away from every error that is life-threatening to the spirit. Will These Catholic Lawyers Stop the Steal?

President Donald Trump and his allies are making the best possible use of that time. They’re filing lawsuits that bring real, tangible evidence of voter fraud in (at least) six crucial states: Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada.

In Michigan, there are sworn statements from over one hundred vote-watchers who witnessed illegal practices by vote-counters. Election officials in Detroit are accused of wearing partisan clothing and intimidating voters and official Republican vote-watchers. They also allegedly used coronavirus regulations to keep those vote-watchers six feet away from the ballots, rendering it virtually impossible for them to actually observe the vote-counting process.

In Pennsylvania, thousands of mail-in ballots were counted despite not carrying a postmark of November 3 or earlier, meaning that the votes were placed after Election Day. The state’s supreme court also ruled that mail-in ballots must be counted even if the “voter’s” signature doesn’t match the signature on file—leaving one to ask, What’s the point of having a signature in the first place?ADVERTISEMENT – CONTINUE READING BELOW

Pennsylvania is the nation’s chief producer of rigged elections. In Delaware County alone, 47 thumb drives containing 50,000 votes were somehow “misplaced,” while an expert witness testified to the State Senate of Pennsylvania that Mr. Biden won a single batch of ballots—about 570,000 altogether—by the a margin of 99.4 percent.

Meanwhile, in Wisconsin, several major cities accepted funds from the Center for Tech and Civil Life (CTCL) as part of their get-out-the-vote efforts. The CTCL is a partisan organization led by Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, who recently appeared before Congress to face accusations that his website was suppressing news stories that were embarrassing to the Biden campaign.

In Georgia, several key counties also accepted funds from the CTCL. Also, just yesterday, a district judge in that state ordered election officials in three counties not to erase the data stored on their voting machines, which are operated by Dominion Voting Systems.ADVERTISEMENT – CONTINUE READING BELOW

To call Dominion Systems dubious would be the understatement of the year. On November 7, the Associated Press published a report claiming that a Dominion machine in Michigan had malfunctioned due to a “human error,” resulting in Antrim County being called for Mr. Biden. Once the “human error” was corrected, the county flipped; in fact, Mr. Trump won by six percent.

Mind you, none of this is including the abundant anomalies that may not, in themselves, constitute hard evidence of electoral fraud. How is it that Mr. Trump earned 11 million more votes than in 2016, and yet still lost to Mr. Biden? Establishment hack Mr. Biden, in turn, allegedly earned 15 million more votes than the progressive icon Barack Obama in 2012. And, as Senator Rand Paul pointed out on Twitter yesterday, Mr. Trump lost his substantial lead on Election Night to two “data dumps” that occurred in a five-hour window between 1:34 and 6:31 in the morning.

Maybe—as Tucker Carlson argues—fraud exists, but not enough to flip the election results. It’s not impossible. Yet no objective observer can look at the evidence and feel one hundred percent confident that Mr. Biden won the election fair and square.ADVERTISEMENT – CONTINUE READING BELOW

Here’s the larger point: Republicans have complained for years about massive, coordinated voter-fraud campaigns being carried out by agents of the Democratic Party. This isn’t a conspiracy theory, either. Such claims have been commonplace going back to at least the 2000 election. As usual, however, only Mr. Trump is willing to put his money where his mouth is.

Senator Mitt Romney recently said that Mr. Trump “is wrong to say the election was rigged, corrupt and stolen.” He argues that such language “damages the cause of freedom here and around the world… and recklessly inflames destructive and dangerous passions.” And yet, in 2012, when Mr. Romney was the GOP’s presidential nominee, he allegedly received zero votes in 59 Philadelphia divisions.

Just eight years ago, Mr. Romney was the victim of fraud, and conservative voters stood up for him. Now, when another Republican is railroaded by the same bad actors, he sides with the fraudsters. It’s beyond the pale.

In his post-election analysis for The Atlantic, pseudo-conservative columnist David Frum accused the President of “making unfounded accusations of election fraud and declaring himself the victor, a malicious lie that is undermining the integrity of American democracy.” Yet, in 2012, he voiced many of the same concerns that Mr. Trump does now.

In 2012, Mr. Frum complained that, “When local Democratic officials saw themselves disadvantaged by the existing rules, they appealed to a judge for special treatment for its (likely) voters—and only for those voters.” In 2016, he’s not willing to entertain any doubt about the security or validity of mail-in voting.

In 2012, Mr. Frum complained that “Americans worry more about voter fraud than do voters in other countries, because they are the only country without a reliable system of national identification.” In 2016, he’s not even worried about the fact that the signatures on many ballots don’t match those on the official records.

What changed between 2012 and 2020? Why, the Republican nominee, of course. Mitt Romney was a conventional, “establishment” Republican. But Mr. Frum doesn’t approve of the Republican nominee in 2020, and so he’s willing to overlook the fraud this time around.

Conservatives—be they politicians or journalists—who suddenly turn a blind eye to election fraud just because they don’t like Mr. Trump are not only dishonest cowards who betray their own party (though they are both of those things). More importantly, they undermine all future efforts to restore fair, legal procedures to our elections. By refusing even to entertain the possibility of voter fraud, despite the abundant evidence, they give permission for progressives to dismiss all future anti-fraud campaigners as “reckless,” “dangerous,” and “malicious.” They’re also dishonest cowards who betray their own country.

One of the third-party groups supporting the Trump campaign’s antifraud efforts is the Thomas More Society. The TMS is one of the country’s best-known defense funds. They specialize in religious freedom and pro-life issues; previous clients include David Daleiden, Lila Rose, and Bishop Thomas Paprocki. Today, their lawyers are fighting against voter fraud in the big six states: Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada.

Crisis Magazine spoke to Erick Kaardal, special counsel for the Thomas More Society. “Catholics and others of good will must now engage in election integrity because of the threat the 2020 election represents,” he said. “In close elections, government data shows remarkable error rates and government illegalities.  When the government loses its moral compass, the citizens must fight to restore the government’s commitment to law.”

That’s especially true in this election. Mr. Biden and his running mate, Senator Kamala Harris, have refused to rule out the possibility of stacking out the Supreme Court with activist justices. That would mean the highest court in the country would present no opposition to Mr. Biden’s radical, antireligious agenda. Another act of political fraud.

The self-declared President-Elect has promised to enshrine Roe v. Wade as “the law of the land”—a decision that even the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg felt was shoddy. Christian schools that refuse to hire “LGBT” teachers will have no recourse if sued under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Catholic organizations that refuse to supply their employers with contraceptives under the Affordable Care Act mandate will be left out in the rain.

In fact, Mr. Biden has made it a priority to bring the Little Sisters of the Poor back to the Supreme Court. This time, with a stacked-out judiciary, they’d almost certainly lose. Third time’s the charm, as they say.

Mr. Biden will certainly follow through with his promised draconian Covid regulations—which would, no doubt, include restrictions on public worship. Such an order would strike at the very heart of the First Amendment, which denies the federal government the right to prohibit free exercise of religion. But don’t expect to hear any complaints from a Bidenized SCOTUS.

It’s only through the firm resolve of Mr. Trump and his legal team, as well as their partners at the Thomas More Society, that we may be spared this fate. Let’s offer special prayers for both groups this Advent. Give to the TMS if you can, to support their good work. It may very well be our last chance.
