THE ELDERLY ARE THE MOST VULNERABLE TO THE VIRUS. A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT SHOULD BE FILED AGAINST CUOMO AND THE STATE OF New York BY THE HEIRS OF THE DECEASED PATIENTS FOR BEING THE PROXIMATE CAUSE OF THE DEATH OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE NURSING HOMES.
