Something that began as a misheard chant from a crowd of enthusiastic racing fans has grown into a national theme song. It all started during a post-race interview on NBC Sports. NASCAR driver Brandon Brown had just claimed his first career NASCAR victory.
During his interview, fans began to chant a loud reoccurring chorus. The NBC news reporter doing the interview waxed so affectionately about how the crowd was shouting their approval for Brown. They were not.
Kelli Stavast was hearing something far different from what these people were actually yelling. They weren’t verbally displaying their adoration for Brandon Brown’s monumental victory. They were shouting their bitter disapproval of the horrific job being done by our current president.
The one line chorus wasn’t “Let’s Go, Brandon”. Fans were screaming, “F*** Joe Biden”. That’s quite a contrast in lyrical meaning. This vocal displeasure with the deplorable job performance by Joe Biden since he moved into the White House has gone viral.
There are “Let’s Go, Brandon” t-shirts available. Packed college football stadiums across the nation echo their own version of this “tongue-in-cheek” castigation of Biden’s blundering presidency. Fans are loudly voicing their dissatisfaction with this dreadful president.
The chorus of disgust is even being heard in places outside the United States. In Rome, a group of protestors, angered by unnecessary COVID vaccine mandates, broke into a raucous and resounding chorus of “F*** Joe Biden” refrains.
Protestors are also showing up at venues where Joe Biden is trying to stop the cataclysmic collapse of his presidency. Every one of these vocal protests has one thing in common. They all are conveying a rabid repudiation for Joe Biden’s disgraceful performance.
Rapper Loza Alexander has seized the moment. Joe Biden is so despised at this point in his failed presidency that a song by Alexander has rocketed to number one on the iTunes Hip-Hop chart. Yes, the song is artfully entitled “Let’s Go, Brandon”.
However, unlike the misheard chant at the Talladega Speedway on October 2, the iconic anti-Biden melody is punctuated by a sample of what the race crowd in Alabama was really saying. The whole progression of this misheard chant might be amusing if not for the glaring truth.

Many self-described “conservatives” do not have a clear comprehension of the guiding principles of conservative thought which BTW are in full accord with Christian moral principles.
Herein lies the reason for conflicts within the conservative movement. If the Republican Party faithfully embraced and practiced traditional conservative principles of governance, there would be no serious conflicts within the Party. Every Republican public official or aspiring candidate identified with the “R” behind his or her name must be challenged to put his or her political views to the acid test? Do their values, votes, and bills they sponsor adhere to classical conservative values or not? Voters should be able to discern and judge support for these officials or candidates based on how closely they adhere to or stray from these guiding principles.

Why did he exempt them? Because they’re a union shop and a large percentage have refused vaccination. Biden knows this and he knows that if they walk or strike he’s instantly ****ed, and they both can and might. A later updated said oh no, they’re included. We’ll see.[…]
Take a hospital, for example. If 25% of the nurses walk out the place is destroyed. They are instantly both unable to provide care and out of compliance with regulatory mandates that carry the force of law. If and when people die as a result they will get sued and be bankrupted. There’s no way to cover that manpower shortage; it’s impossible.
Nobody is a slave in this nation folks. With very few exceptions any employee can quit and any group of employees can strike. The few exceptions (railroads and airlines) are protected from unilateral changes in working conditions without going through collective bargaining and the penalties for doing so outside of that process are criminal, not just fines. Further, they’re must prosecutecrimes, not discretionary. So no, the airlines cannot mandate anything if the unions, pilots and such say “nuts” either — nor can the railroads! The ability to unilaterally change working conditions was given up by them in exchange for strike protection. Violate that and it’s game on.
Declaring war on a quarter of the nation’s population is not only stupid it’s not enforceable without all of them eating a nation-ending upheaval — and they know it. What are you going to do? Try to kill 80 million people? Good luck. Try to forcibly inject them? When its a quarter of the population how do you do that and not get ambushed, never mind your families and homes while you’re out on your jab patrol? Try to starve people out? Someone who has nothing to lose — who you already declared dead when you did that — suddenly has every single thing they might choose to do to you, and everyone you know and care about, never mind infrastructure and similar, become literally free. Whether the left likes it or not you can’t kill someone twice. Again, those attempting to enforce this bull**** have to go to work and similar. You can’t be two places at once and they’re short about 50 million cops for security purposes — some 25x or more the cops they have. Trying to put the mandate on employers is cute but that makes the problem 100x worse. Not one corporate executive in a thousand, and zero middle managers, HR persons and similar have any effective security while at the same time you just created 80 million potential corporate saboteurs who may decide to act on their way out the door!

The Court’s decision reaffirmed their order last week, which reversed U.S. District Judge Rob Pitman’s ruling issuing an injunction on the law. Pitman’s ruling came at the request of the Department of Justice (DOJ) as they gear up to sue Texas over the constitutionality of S.B. 8.
In addition to outlawing abortions at roughly six weeks gestation, S.B. 8 makes no exceptions for rape or incest. However, the DOJ’s lawsuit primarily targets a provision in the law that encourages private citizens to pursue legal action against individuals who provide an illegal abortion or “aid or abet” a person seeking an illegal abortion. When Attorney General Merrick Garland announced the lawsuit last month, he described S.B. 8 as “in open defiance” of the Constitution and said it encourages people to act as bounty hunters.
The Fifth Circuit’s decision Thursday could push the law closer to returning to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS). Previously, on Sept. 1, the day S.B. 8 took effect, SCOTUS voted 5-4 to uphold the law after abortion providers and advocacy groups submitted a last-minute request urging the Court to block the law.
In a statement, the American Civil Liberties Union slammed the Fifth Circuit’s decision to uphold their ruling to allow Texas to continue to enforce S.B.8, saying they “ignore the Constitution” and that they hope the DOJ appeals to SCOTUS.
“It’s outrageous but unsurprising that the Fifth Circuit has once again denied Texans their fundamental reproductive rights. Time and again, the Fifth Circuit has ignored the Constitution by allowing numerous abortion restrictions to take effect, including SB 8 today and last year when Texas used the pandemic as an excuse to ban abortion,” said Brigitte Amiri, deputy director of the ACLU Reproductive Freedom Project. “The district court did the right thing in blocking the ban. We hope the Department of Justice urgently appeals this order to the Supreme Court to restore Texans’ ability to obtain abortion care after six weeks in pregnancy and we hope the Supreme Court will put an end to harms this law is causing.”

Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor, also a Republican, announced Thursday that there is no federal rule mandating employers to require their workers to get the shots. As a result, he noted that Biden’s announcement should be ignored by employers until a rule is implemented.
“I urge Oklahoma employers to disregard the Biden Administration’s wishes to the contrary,” O’Connor said in a statement. “In the event federal emergency rules are issued that place such an unlawful demand upon employers, our office will be joined by other state Attorneys General across the country to quickly sue and seek an injunction against any implementation or enforcement.”
O’Connor said that Oklahoma residents have the right to make their own health decisions, including on whether to get vaccinated or not.
