Edgar Robinson Peña Parra, Substitute for the Secretariat of State, who was involved in the recent scandal of mismanagement during the acquisition of a € 300 million building in London. Who is Archbishop Edgar Robinson Peña Parra?

Parra according to the Catholic Herald is Francis’s “right-hand man”[https://catholicherald.co.uk/roman-curia-the-popes-new-right-hand-man/]

In 2019, Life Site News reported that Parra allegedly had a “sexual predation against seminarians, adultery, and even a deadly sex game… [that] might even be a scandal surpassing that of McCarrick”:

Archbishop Edgar Peña Parra, who was installed in October of last year as the Substitute of the Secretariat of State, the second in charge of the most influential Vatican dicastery, has been under a cloud of suspicion following reports in the Italian media in 2018 of an investigation made by his bishop in the 1980s regarding accusations of homosexuality made against him anonymously. However, the accusations mentioned by Archbishop Viganò are far more serious, including sexual predation against seminarians, adultery, and even a deadly sex game.

“This might even be a scandal surpassing that of McCarrick, and it must not be allowed to be covered by silence,” says Viganò.

LifeSiteNews reached out to Archbishop Peña Parra for comment but did not receive a reply.

‘Terrifying dossier’ on Archbishop Peña Parra

According to reports in the Italian media, in 1985 a letter was sent from Peña Parra’s then-bishop mentioning anonymous accusations of homosexuality against him as a seminarian, and calling him a “sexually sick person.” The letter was sent by Domingo Roa Pérez, Archbishop of Maracaibo, to Pío León Cárdenas, Rector of the Thomas Aquinas Seminary in Palmira, Venezuela, where Peña Parra had been a student. Roa Pérez expresses concern about the accusations and asks if León Cárdenas can confirm or deny them.  No further correspondence has emerged to indicate the outcome of the investigation. LifeSiteNews has obtained copies of the anonymous letter containing the accusations as well the letter of inquiry written by the archbishop in response.

However, according to Archbishop Viganò, the Vatican for decades has been in possession of much more damning accusations against Peña Parra, information which has never been revealed publicly. Viganò mentions a “terrifying dossier” sent to Francis by a group of faithful Catholics from Peña Parra’s home diocese of Maracaibo in Venezuela, led by one “Dr. Enrique W. Lagunillas Machado.” The document was titled: “Who really is Msgr. Edgar Robinson Peña Parra, the New Substitute of the Secretariat of State of the Vatican?”

Viganò says that the accusations made in the letter have been known by the Vatican’s Secretariat of State since 2002, and that Viganò himself learned of them while he served as a Delegate for Pontifical Representations. LifeSiteNews has obtained a copy of the dossier from a trusted source and can verify that its contents match Archbishop Viganò’s descriptions.

In addition, Viganò claims that a journalist from Maracaibo, Gastón Guisandes López, made “serious accusations” implicating Peña Parra and other priests of the diocese in the sex abuse of minors and other “possibly criminal” acts, in 2000. He says that the following year, Guisandes López went to the apostolic nuncio in Venezuela, Archbishop André Dupuy, and although the nuncio refused to receive the journalist, he reported to Rome that he had made hair-raising accusations against Peña Parra, accusations that were partially confirmed by a diocesan official.

The nuncio reported that Peña Parra was accused of seducing two students from the minor seminary (a high school that prepares students to study for the priesthood), in September of 1990. The accusation included the specific location of the sexual abuse, which was a parish church led by a friend of Peña Parra’s, Fr. José Severeyn. Viganò says that the abuse was reported to the police and confirmed by the seminary rector, Enrique Pérez, to the Secretariat of State, adding “I have seen these documents with my own eyes.” [https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/pope-francis-ignored-terrifying-dossier-on-top-vatican-officials-sex-abuse/]

Archbishop Viganò said the dossier had the allegation that “Parra was allegedly involved … in the death of two people”:  

“Edgar Peña Parra was allegedly involved … in the death of two people … which took place in August 1992, on the island of San Carlos in Lake Maracaibo. They were killed by an electric discharge, and it is not clear whether or not the deaths were accidental … the two corpses were found naked, with evidence of macabre homosexual lewd encounters.” [https://www.churchmilitant.com/news/article/venezuelan-bishops-rally-behind-alleged-predator-prelate]

Last year, Church Militant reported that Bishop Alberto Perlasca’s office and residence was raided by Francis’s Vatican which may involve putting Gay Lobby Archbishop Parra as the second in command behind Parolin at the Secretaria. (Perlasca was a Pope Benedict XVI Vatican appointment.):

Vatican investigators raided the office and residence of the investment manager of the Vatican Secretariat of State Tuesday morning and seized documents and computer equipment as part of its ongoing probe into the financial scandal involving the purchase of a London property worth $220 million. 

According to a press release from the Vatican press office, the search was ordered by Promoter of Justice Gian Piero Milano and Deputy Alessandro Diddi on the premises of Msgr. Alberto Perlasca, former Head of Administrative Office of the First Section of the Secretariat of State.
Perlasca headed the office responsible for managing Vatican investments and for overseeing the administration of the Peter’s Pence fund. On July 26, Pope Francis appointed him Promoter of Justice at the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura — chief prosecutor of the Vatican’s supreme court.

The Vatican statement confirmed that the raid was carried out “in the context of the investigation into financial investments and the work of the Secretariat of State.”
The raid on Perlasca’s home and office was in connection with “what emerged from the first interrogations” of five suspended officials, the statement said. Similar raids in October resulted in the suspension of four staff at the Secretariat of State as well as the director of the Financial Information Authority.

Might this raid have been part of a planned takeover of the Secretary of State? 

Vatican expert Andrea Gagliarducci says the Francis Gay Lobby takeover of the Old Guard’s Secretary of State is long planned including putting Gay Lobby Archbishop Parra as the second in command behind Parolin at the Secretariat.

Parra is deeply connected to Francis’s closest collaborator pro-gay Cardinal Oscar Rodriguez Maradiaga and his alleged gay predator ex-auxiliary Bishop Juan Jose Pineda who was forced to resign.

In August, Gagliarducci reported the Francis Gay Lobby takeover of the Old Guard’s last strong hold at the Vatican:

“Pope Francis is setting up his team in the Secretariat of State. This new team will have no connection with the old guard.”

Moreover, Gagliarducci says the  “attack” on the Old Guard is “unprecedented” in the history of the Vatican:

“[W]hy should an entity under the oversight, namely the Institute for Religious Works [which is headed by the Francis appointed Gay Lobby Monsignor Battista Ricca], report on other bodies that oversee it… the Secretariat of State?”

“… Possible answer is that the green light came directly by the Pope to the prosecutor…”

“The attack to the Institution from within the Institution is unprecedented for the Holy See. It shows the extent of the internal struggle.”

According to FSSPX.News, this takeover began on July 26, 2019 and is “desired jointly by Cardinal Parolin and Pope Francis”:

Fabio Marchese Ragona, the Vaticanist at Il Giornale, sees in these summer changes a sign of a “change of rhythm” and “readjustment,” desired jointly by Cardinal Parolin and Pope Francis.

Transfers currently concern two key posts: the first is that of the Administrative Office, presented as the “strongbox” of the Secretariat of State. And for good reason: the head of this curial office is an ex-officio member of several Boards of Directors, including that of the pension funds of the Vatican, and that of Bambino Gesu Hospital, not to mention the Joseph Ratzinger Foundation.

Since 2009, this function, as discreet as it is important, was exercised by Bishop Alberto Perlasca, appointed at that time by Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, Secretary of State under the previous pontificate.

On July 26, 2019, Bishop Perlasca learned of his transfer to the court of the Apostolic Signatura, where in the future he will exercise the Office of Promoter of Justice: which is far from being a promotion, in view of his previous mission. In his place was appointed a Lithuanian prelate who should take office in a few months.

The second key position concerned is that of the Information and Documentation Office (UID), a powerful presence at the heart of Vatican communications, since it acts as a belt-drive between the Secretariat of State and the Secretariat for Communications on which depend, among others, the Vatican News platform and the Holy See press room.

Until now, the job of the head of the UID office was exercised by Mgr. Carlo Maria Polvani: this Prelate of Honor of His Holiness is the nephew of Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, the former apostolic nuncio to the United States who became the first accuser of Pope Francis regarding his management of child abuse cases in America.

Demoted to adjunct under-secretary at the Pontifical Council for Culture, Mgr. Polvani succeeds Mgr. Mauro Carlino, a close associate of the former Substitute for General Affairs, Cardinal Angelo Becciu, who became Prefect of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints.
Finally, more anecdotal, Cardinal Parolin dismissed the one who has hitherto served as the personal secretary to the Secretary of State, Mgr. Robert Murphy.

The latter will be able to discover and taste the inexhaustible riches of Sanskrit, since he has been named to go to India, with the title of Advisor to the Nunciature—a way of illustrating the Roman adage “promoveatur ut moveatur”?

The Secretary of State has not finished with the changes, says Fabio Marchese Ragona—undertaken without restraint, they risk giving more credence to the image of a “dictator pope,” painted with vitriol by Henri Sire in his eponymous book.

An image that the current pontificate would like to get rid of: it will not happen this summer, in any case.

Gloria.tv called this moves a Francis Purge “The Francis Purges Continue: The Latest Victims” which may be “desired jointly by Cardinal Parolin and Pope Francis”:

Monsignor Gian Paolo Montini, Promoter of Justice to the Apostolic Signatura, will soon be fired at the age of 64, Marco Tosatti writes (August 29).

The reason: Montini [politely] criticized the reform of the ecclesiastical tribunals devised by Monsignore Pio Vito Pinto, the Dean of the Roman Rota, a devotee of Pope Francis.

Tosatti writes that Montini’s mistake was that he did not show enough “blind, prompt and absolute loyalty” although he was not opposed to the Francis regime.

A second recent Francis victim is Monsignor Alberto Perlasca. He was removed in July from the Economic Section of the Secretariat of State, which has more money than the Vatican Bank and is not controlled by anybody.

Perlasca has been made a promoter of Justice at the Signatura Apostolica. Tosatti asks whether the “very serious” prelate objected too much, in the face of requests coming from Francis.

Another change regards Monsignor Sergio Aumenta, the head of the legal department of the Secretariat of State. He was transferred back to his diocese, Asti. The reasons for this are clouded in mystery.

Why might this “Francis Purge” possibly have been “desired jointly by Cardinal Parolin and Pope Francis”?

Might Parra who is connected to Francis’s inner circle and Parolin be worried about certain leaked documents?

Church Militant revealed:

“Church Militant also reported on leaked documents revealing the scope and magnitude of the financial scandal engulfing the Vatican, implicating both Cdl. Pietro Parolin, Secretariat of State, and his deputy, Abp. Edgar Peña Parra, considered, respectively, the second- and third-most powerful men in Rome.”

Stop for a moment of silence, ask Jesus Christ what He wants you to do now and next. In this silence remember God, Father, Son and Holy Ghost – Three Divine Persons yet One God, has an ordered universe where you can know truth and falsehood as well as never forget that He wants you to have eternal happiness with Him as his son or daughter by grace. Make this a practice. By doing this you are doing more good than reading anything here or anywhere else on the Internet.

When I was in second grade, I jumped out of a tree in the woods near my home. I landed on my feet, but the ground was uneven, so I put my hands out to help break my fall. Instead of finding bare dirt, or dried leaves, or gnarled roots, my right hand landed hard on the shards of an old beer bottle. Brown glass plunged deep into the fleshy part of my palm below my thumb.

I held my wrist tightly to try to slow the bleeding. I was afraid if I ran, the bleeding would get worse, so I walked deliberately back to the house. I remember being careful to avoid getting blood on my clothes. My Dad, who was a physician, took one look at my hand and said, “It looks like you’re going to need a few stitches.”

At which point I completely lost it and burst into sobs.

I had never needed stitches before. I suppose I was somewhat proud of this fact. I had had injuries before, of course. Bumps, bruises, cuts, sprains. But all those were the sorts of things that, given time, simply went away. Up to that point, healing had always meant that things get restored to the way they were before. Good as new.

This gash on my hand was different. It would not just go away with time. Things were not ever going to be the way they were before. It would never be “good as new.” To this day, I have a jagged scar, three-quarters of an inch long, on my right palm. It was this realization, this immediate awareness of the irreversible corruptibility of my own body, which upset me so much. I wouldn’t have put it in those words at the time, but that was a pretty heavy realization for an eight-year-old.

Needless to say, as I hurtle toward middle age, I can recall many more such moments involving hurts and losses far greater than a cut on my hand and few stitches.

Maybe it is just me, but these present days seem to hold ever more reminders of the corruption all around us. Maybe it’s the pandemic. Maybe it’s the Chicago Cubs trading away all my favorite players. Maybe it’s our interminably exhausting politics. Maybe it’s the madness of a culture increasingly divorced from reality. Maybe it’s the careening scandals and failures of the Church in recent decades. Maybe it’s all of these together.

Maybe these are all just, in one way or another, the same thing. After all, “Foxes have dens and birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to rest his head.”

My aim here is not to lament the human condition, pitiable though it may be. There is something unseemly about a Christian who complains about the age in which he finds himself. At the very least it smacks of ingratitude, and ingratitude always carries the whiff of pride – as though one were “too good” for the world as he finds it or too important to have to endure the frailty of our own human nature.

It is unseemly for Christians to think this way precisely because such thinking ignores the central mystery of the Christian faith: God so loved the world – a world seemingly unworthy of love – that He sent His only Son, Who took upon Himself our frail humanity, suffered death, and rose again. In Christ, we find the perfect resolution and fulfillment of all the frightful indeterminacy of human existence. As Pope John Paul II put it, Jesus Christ is “the existentially adequate response to the desire in every human heart for goodness, truth and life.”

This is no mere abstraction, either. Jesus knew hunger and thirst, temptation and pain, humiliation and loss. He wept for his friend Lazarus. But His plan for salvation was not to undo any of these things. While some expected Him to restore the kingdom, to return Israel to her former power and glory, He had something very different in mind. When He rose on Easter morning, things were certainly not as they had been before, not even as they had been in the beginning.

Our salvation is not a restoration, a reversal of corruption or weakness or mortality. Our destiny is not to return to the way things were once, before all was made subject to corruption. Rather, our redemption lies through corruption, through suffering, through even death, to what lies beyond. And this world, this life, at once broken and precious, is our chance to accept a share in what He offers:

Behold, God’s dwelling is with the human race. He will dwell with them and they will be his people and God himself will always be with them [as their God]. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death or mourning, wailing or pain, [for] the old order has passed away.

If, by God’s mercy, I am one day blessed to dwell in the presence of the Lord, I don’t know if my right palm will still bear a scar. I don’t know what other marks upon my body or soul will accompany me in the next life. But I do know that, if I am there, it is by the grace of the One who still bears the marks of His own crucifixion.

And He is the one who declares: “Behold, I make all things new.”

Many OnePeterFive readers are familiar with, if not regular attendees of, the Traditional Latin Mass. The Tridentine Mass is the sort of bedrock or cornerstone of all things traditionally Catholic. However, many of your average Sunday Mass-going Catholics (as well as not-so-regular attendees and fallen-away Catholics) have never heard of the Old Mass. Or if they have, it is not often painted in a positive light. Still another group of Catholics simply has no idea that there is a difference in the Old and New Mass, thinking that the latter is just a translation of the former into the vernacular. I have often spoken to my family about the Latin Mass and thought “if they would just read a Peter Kwasniewski book, they would be convinced!” But the problem is that the type of person to sit down with a 300 page book on the liturgy is likely the type of person who does not need convincing. Does It Really Matter if Bugnini Was a You-Know-What?

I once wrote an article for Rorate Caeli entitled “Conservative Fragility.” I have noticed in recent weeks the extent to which conservative Catholics are sounding jittery, short-tempered, dismissive, and intolerant towards traditionally-minded Catholics who refuse to embrace the papally-bestowed role of scapegoat for the abrogation of Summorum Pontificum.

One such person in particular—no need for a name, since my point is not about a name but a phenomenon—heatedly makes fun of anyone who mentions that Bugnini probably or certainly was a Freemason, mockingly referring to “Viganò’s flying monkeys” and other such sarcastic turns of phrase. In fact, he betrays nothing but insouciance about Freemasonry, as if it is a topic unworthy of a moment’s serious consideration, to be put on the shelf next to self-published apocalyptic ravings or unauthorized private revelations.https://7cda3f84d3c6c32ba732755c50c3f4d3.safeframe.googlesyndication.com/safeframe/1-0-38/html/container.html

Not long ago, I was in Mexico, visiting the sites of one martyr after another who was killed by real, live, card-carrying Freemasons. The Catholic parts of Europe and South America bear plentiful scars from the persecution and secularization driven by this sect. And when Paul VI, sensing something desperately wrong at the Vatican, hand-picked Cardinal Gagnon to investigate the curia for its possible entanglements, Gagnon discovered a buzzing hive of activity. At the time Yves Chiron published his excellent biography in 2016 (brought out in English in 2018 by John Pepino), he had concluded that there was no definitive evidence of Bugnini’s membership in this philosophical sect. Thanks to Fr. Brian Harrison and Fr. Charles Murr, however, we have access today to better information about Bugnini’s connection with Freemasonry than ever before.

It’s astonishing to me that individuals would seem not to care that the main person in charge of an unprecedentedly all-encompassing liturgical reform was likely a member of one of the world’s most destructive anti-Catholic organizations. I mean, if that’s not a problem, then it wouldn’t be a problem for the USCCB’s pro-life point person to be a board member of Planned Parenthood. On the other hand, I suppose this would be business as usual for an organization whose general secretary, a key figure in responding to sex abuse scandals, turns out to have been a flagrantly active homosexual using a gay dating app on the job.

The annals of European history are full of incidents in which Freemasons were involved, often enough boasting of their accomplishments: one need only think of the many political revolutions in Catholic countries that led to anti-Catholic, anti-clerical, anti-monastic, and anti-patrimonial legislation. They boasted of destroying the Church; arguably their most triumphant moment was the Law of Separation in France, which Pope St. Pius X condemned in his 1906 encyclical Vehementer Nos. If much can be soberly written about the acknowledged role of this well-organized network of lodges, how much greater must their actual role be, given their obvious penchant for working behind the scenes? As Roberto de Mattei notes, the existence and operation of conspiracies are a plain fact of history, seen again and again from ancient times to the present. To be sure, amateur historians will make mistakes in recognizing and analyzing conspiracies, but only fools will deny their reality.

Unlike some modern-day conservative commentators, the popes of old were no fools. As I describe in my introduction to the subject, “Freemasonry and Catholicism: Implacable Enemies,” Freemasonry was condemned and made subject to latae sententiae excommunication by no fewer than eight popes after the founding of the first lodge in London in 1717: Clement XII (1738), Benedict XIV (1751), Pius VII (1821), Leo XII (1825), Pius VIII (1829), Gregory XVI (1832), Pius IX (many documents from 1846 to 1873), and Leo XIII (1882, 1884, 1890, 1894, and 1902). Either all of these popes were reactionary “flying monkey” nut-cases, as our “I’m-too-cool-for-conspiracy” conservatives would have us believe, or they actually knew a thing or two about modern revolutions and the sects that spawned them. Even Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, who as head of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith reiterated that membership in the sect is prohibited and excommunicable, did not hesitate to say that they remain a malign influence.

Moreover, it just might give one pause to learn that the Freemasons celebrate the Second Vatican Council as an historic “thaw” in the Church’s stance toward Modernity—which, however else we define it, is at least partially a product of revolutions against the Church and State—and that they have bestowed glowing accolades on Pope Francis for various acts of his that they recognize as characteristic of their own philosophy (see also here and here).

Surely there are many other forces at work in the drama of dechristianization, and no organized body is necessary to explain every evil or every rejection of the Faith. The century-long influence of Modernism as well as the proponents of radical change within the Liturgical Movement would be enough to explain many of the mistakes made in the liturgical reform after the Second Vatican Council. But to ignore or glibly dismiss the masonic influence on modern European history and specifically on the Catholic Church is not only a blameworthy naiveté, it is a form of intellectual dishonesty—a sort of plugging of the ears and whistling so that one doesn’t have to hear something one doesn’t like.

Returning now to Annibale Bugnini, let’s say for the sake of argument that he was nothing other than an ecclesiastical functionary tirelessly dedicated to the conciliar project of reform. (This used to be my position, even as I used to think the Reform of the Reform was possible, and dedicated a huge amount of time and energy to that task.) It nonetheless remains true that, according to rigorous historical research—Chiron is a master historian who works scientifically, as anyone who reads his critically acclaimed biographies can see—Bugnini was a two-faced manipulator who lied to the Consilium and to Paul VI in order to drive through the radical reforms he had envisioned even prior to the Council. He hand-picked the moderates and progressives he needed for the various subcommittees. He orchestrated the whole complex process from start to finish. He was the impresario. If one can read the life of Bugnini without a feeling of profound revulsion and a desire to distance oneself from anything he put his hands on, I’m not sure what kind of conscience one has left.

Conservative apologists will rise up in protest: “But it doesn’t really matter what Bugnini thought or did or said, or how compromised were the human mechanisms or how problematic their guiding principles—all that matters is that a pope approved the work in the end. After all, God writes straight with crooked lines!” (and they might add an emoji).

This is where we see most dramatically the uncatholic irrationality to which the hyperpapalist position reduces itself, making the pope a magician who can transform something bad into something good simply by adding his signature. About fifteen years ago, I wrote down the following observation, which acquires new pertinence in light of recent events:

What happens if you take a lot of garbage, give it to the Pope, and he signs off on it? Does it cease to be garbage—or does it just become papally approved and enforced garbage? This is the key question about the liturgical reform. Past all doubt, it was the work of a cabal of poor theologians, ill-equipped for their work, in the grip of humanist, rationalist, and modernist assumptions and now-exploded theories, acting irresponsibly and illegally. Some of them are known to have been Freemasons, others are suspected of it. Their work was an atrocious dismantling of the most venerable possession of the Catholic Church. And when they were done with their ‘work,’ they handed the mess over to Paul VI, who approved it (under at least partially false pretenses). When all is said and done, did his papal signature make their poverty of theology, their inadequacy to the task, their erroneous presuppositions and goals, and their irregularities vanish into thin air, like a magic wand transforming a frog into a prince?

There is no escaping it: if he signed it into law, Paul VI bears full responsibility for whatever is wrong with the Novus Ordo—even when he didn’t bother to read the documents submitted to him for examination, and even when he was surprised and dismayed at the liturgical books he himself had approved.

We return to the question of affiliations. If Bugnini truly was a Freemason, it would help explain—or, in any case, it would be fully consistent with—the anthropocentric, rationalistic, desacralizing tendencies of the liturgical reform, tendencies Paul VI sympathized with due to his own alliance with humanistic modern thought and pan-Christian ecumenism, the prelude to Assisi and Abu Dhabi. If, on the other hand, Bugnini was not a Freemason (Cardinal Alfons Stickler once said to Dom Alcuin Reid “No, it was something far worse” [1])—it would be difficult to imagine how an actual Freemason could have accomplished something much worse. Cardinal Stickler’s comment gives one pause. What, after all, would be worse than a secret society that denies divine revelation, the Holy Trinity, the redemptive Incarnation, original sin, the need for supernatural grace and the sacramental life, and seeks to replace it with a man-created, man-centered panreligious philosophy? The only thing that comes to mind is Satanism.

Whether or not this is what Stickler had in mind, one would find it difficult to dispute the conclusion reached by Dietrich von Hildebrand in his book The Devastated Vineyard: “Truly if one of the devils in C.S. Lewis’s Screwtape Letters had been entrusted with the ruin of the liturgy, he could not have done it better.”[2]

Ratzinger’s Pontifical Academy for Life: “There is a Grave Responsibility to use Alternative Vaccines & to make a Conscientious Objection with regard to those which have Moral Problems” using Aborted Babies

Note that Pope Benedict’s Vatican document “Dignitas Personae said “could permit” (not “must permit”) under extreme circumstances for complicated proportionate reasons which must be done possibly under the direction of a spiritual adviser. But, Vinnedge, for whom the document to a large extent was written for, said “If a parent finds after taking the matter to prayer that they cannot use these vaccines in good conscience, then there is a greater duty to adhere to that conscience as our Catholic Church instructs in both the Catechism and numerous papal encyclicals. It would not be morally licit to use the vaccines in those circumstances.” – Catholic Monitor 

Founder of Children of God for Life, Debi Vinnedge, in 2003 wrote to Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, the future Pope Benedict XVI, who was head of Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith about aborted fetal vaccines.

In 2005, Ratzinger’s Pontifical Academy for Life, replied to Vinnedge stating “there is a grave responsibility to use alternative vaccines and to make a conscientious objection with regard to those which have moral problems.”[https://www.catholicworldreport.com/2011/05/14/dignitas-personae-and-childhood-vaccinations/]

The Catholic World Report (CWR) reported that Vinnedge said ““I believe parents must look at their own situations carefully and evaluate whether or not their child and society at large would be in danger by not using the aborted fetal vaccines… If a parent finds after taking the matter to prayer that they cannot use these vaccines in good conscience, then there is a greater duty to adhere to that conscience as our Catholic Church instructs in both the Catechism and numerous papal encyclicals. The CWR article said Pope Benedict XVI’s “Dignitas Personae’s teaching that ‘danger to the health of children could permit parents to use a vaccine which was developed using cell lines of illicit origin’ and that ‘everyone has the duty to make known their disagreement and to ask that their healthcare system make other types of vaccines available’ is clearly a summary of the pontifical academy’s study.”

Moreover, in 2011, Vinnedge attacked so-called “conservative” Catholic abortion-tainted vaccine advocates and the “conservative” Catholic media that promoted their apparent misinformation on what Benedict’s Vatican document “Dignitas Personae said:

Pro-life Group calls for Apology to Catholic Scientists

(Clearwater, FL) Recent writings commenting on Dignitas Personae regarding the use of aborted fetal and embryonic cells by researchers are under fire by pro-life group, Children of God for Life. Executive Director, Debi Vinnedge who has praised the 2008 document approved by Pope Benedict XVI for its precise teachings on immoral research, says the writer owes Catholic scientists an apology.

The problem began with a brief in December 2010, May Researchers Use “Biological Material” Unjustly Obtained? in which Senior Fellow William E. May opined on Sections 34 and 35 of the Church directive.

Mr. May contended that Dignitas Personae provides “exceptions” allowing researchers to use “illicitly obtained biological materials”. However, a careful reading of the Church instruction states the complete opposite.

A second article appeared in ZENIT January 12, 2011 as a question that was answered by Mr. May, titled Using Vaccines Obtained From Intentionally Aborted Human Embryos – Further Clarification Needed for Parents, Researchers.

“Mr. May uses the same concluding arguments in both articles, citing Dignitas Personae, yet the two are completely different situations,” stated Ms. Vinnedge. “And in each one, he is misstating the facts.”

In both publications May cites from the writings by Christian Brugger, who opines that Dignitas Personae and the Pontifical Academy for Life’s, Moral Reflections on Vaccines Prepared from Cells Derived from Aborted Human Fetuses do not provide sufficient guidelines for researchers using aborted fetal or embryonic cell lines.

In three of its eight pages, that document expounded on their use by researchers, physicians and parents, concluding it was illicit for researchers. Parents, on the other hand, who have no voice in the decision to use aborted fetal cell lines in vaccine production, might have proportionate reasons to do so.

Incredibly, May states these cell lines could “provide great benefit to unborn humans”, thus concluding it is morally licit for researchers to use them under Dignitas Personae’s “exceptions”.

“There are no “exceptions” for researchers, as moral options exist,” noted Vinnedge. “It’s unfortunate Mr. May thinks otherwise, because many Catholic scientists are taking the Church teachings to heart and turning to moral research.”

Archbishop Vigano: COVID Vaccine is a Human Sacrifice to Satan

Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, the former Papal Nuncio to the United States has decried the COVID vaccine made with aborted baby tissue, saying it is a tool to advance the globalist ideology which is “anti-human,” anti-religious,” and anti-christic.”

In the forward to a new book on the problems with the COVID vaccine, the Archbishop points out that abortion is a sacrifice to the devil and he says that by being inoculated with a vaccine made with aborted baby parts people are participating in this sacrifice to Satan.

Vigano cites how Antichrist claims the unborn “through the pharmaceutical companies that use fetal tissue from abortions to manufacture a so-called vaccine that is presented in the delirium of Covid-19 as a sacrament of salvation by which one is incorporated into the ‘mystical body’ of Satan, the globalist anti-church.”

He says that “the ‘liturgical’ connotation of the pandemic intentionally echoes signs and symbols proper to the True Religion in such a way as to deceive even the simple and push them to conform to a collective cult.” He points out the “intolerant attitude of the Covid priests, the health magisterium of the ‘experts,’ the inquisition against the denier ‘heretics,’ and the fideistic adherence to the most grotesque superstitions passed off as science by virologist sorcerers and television vestals.”

Vigano also points out how the moral dissent of today’s Catholic hierarchy has laid the groundwork for this new satanic church of man.

“If the Pope and the Bishops had a minimum of fear of God, they would not try to justify with unworthy sophistry a vaccine that in order to be produced requires stem cells obtained from voluntarily aborted fetuses. The pretium sanguinis [price of blood] would be enough to make them not even take it into consideration, but perhaps among the beneficiaries of that pretiun there are also Prelates who care more about the hypocritical praise of the enemies of Christ than the heroic witness of the Faith.”

Above all, Archbishop Vigano laments the “barbarism” of the COVID vaccine in how babies are being murdered and used to murder the adults, especially the sick and the elderly.

“The most innocent and defenseless creature, the baby in the womb in the third month of gestation, is sacrificed and dismembered in order to extract tissue from his still palpitating body with which to produce a non-cure, a non-vaccine, which not only does not heal from the virus, but in all likelihood causes a greater percentage of death than Covid itself, especially in the elderly or those who are sick.”

COVID Vaccine is Poison

The vaccine indeed is poison. The world’s most competent medical experts, including Byram Bridle, Ph.D., Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, and internationally acclaimed physician Joseph Mercola, M.D. have already made it clear that the COVID vaccine is a deadly bio-weapon that has killed countless thousands of people throughout the world. Given this and the fact that the COVID vaccine is consecrated to satan, one would think that humanity would instantly reject it as an abomination of apocalyptic proportions, but instead we see the world’s peoples bowing to the “venerable” jab as if it were a favor from Christ, not acknowledging it to be a favor from the Antichrist – their “passport” to ride. (Apoc. 13:17) Vigano says:

“The so-called ‘vaccine’ has turned out only to be the source of enormous, scandalous profits for Big Pharma and, at the same time, serves as a pretext to impose health passports and other systems for controlling the masses and limiting natural liberties.”

The vaccine indeed is a political tool for shackling the world under a communistic one-world government, the worst of it being that Francis and his bishops are assisting world planners in this insidious attempt to strip man of his freedoms in the name of public health and safety. We pray that the pope and bishops will turn their backs on this global synagogue and remember their allegiance to Christ who forbids that political world powers should exert the least influence on His Church. Let them remember that any participation in the murder of the unborn will eternally banish them from the Kingdom of God.

Governor Given Ultimate Power — “No Show” Democrats Left Scrambling

The Texas Supreme Court this Tuesday shot down an order that would have prevented the arrests of the Dem lawmakers who left the state to stop a quorum from forming in the Legislature.

GOP Gov. Greg Abbott and Dade Phelan, the House Speaker, had filed a document to overturn this order, according to KVUE-TV.

“In this circumstance, there must be no doubt that the Plaintiff’s arrest and transport to the Capitol is within the Legislature’s sphere of power to compel a lawmaker’s attendance,” the petition says.

“Plaintiffs are 19 state lawmakers who obtained public office and made an oath to uphold the state Constitution — the same exact Constitution that authorizes every House to force attendance from its members,” it said.

“If plaintiffs do not wish to complete their public duties, they can resign and return to the state.”

The Dem lawmakers fled to D.C., on a private charter plane and have stayed there to block any progress on a GOP election security bill.

It is easily among the most bizarre and ridiculous political stunts of this decade, as many of these lawmakers eventually tested positive for coronavirus and could be arrested upon coming back to Texas.

“The Texas House will make use of every available tool under the Texas Constitution and the unanimously-passed rules to protect a quorum to debate election security, bail reform, benefits for retired teachers, Child Protective Services changes, and the other important topics which Governor Abbott put on the session agenda,” Phelan said in a comment.

“The clock is ticking — I expect all lawmakers to be there in our Capitol to immediately work on these topics.”

On Friday, the truant state lawmakers filed a lawsuit against Phelan and Abbott for threatening to arrest them.

Unsurprisingly, they are saying that their civil rights were broken when officials attempted to force them to perform their jobs.

These Dems have put themselves above the law because they don’t want to deal with the consequences of their own actions.

Instead of trying to negotiate, they have been bringing in more money, asking for care packages, and even taking vacations in Portugal.

(Natural News) The vast majority of (oblivious) Americans have dismissed all this as a “conspiracy theory,” and now they’re shocked and frightened by the realization that covid internment camps are being actively deployed across America.

On Friday, Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee signed Executive Order 83, which authorizes National Guard and State Guard troops to break into peoples’ homes, kidnap them at gunpoint, and take them to covid internment camps, all without any due process or respect for civil rights. Individuals can be targeted for this medical kidnapping by armed troops via “telephone assessments,” and the medical kidnapping of American citizens is being labeled “involuntary commitment” to “temporary quarantine and isolation facilities.”

In other words, FEMA-style concentration camps are here, and covid is the excuse for mass arrests and executions of Americans.

These are, of course, death camps being constructed and operated under the cover of the covid plandemic, which we have exhaustively shown is rooted in junk science fraud and media psychological operations.

The Tennessee EO is on top of the CDC’s announcement that covid camps will be set up on a nationwide basis, with people being medically kidnapped and taken to “humanitarian settings” where they will be forced into labor pools, just like a scene ripped right out of Nazi Germany.

The average American, upon learning that concentration camps are now being authorized in the United States, is expressing shock and disbelief that this so-called “conspiracy theory” turns out to be official government policy. As reported by WorldNetDaily.com, social media users are responding with comments like:

Wow! The guard will be utilized? Involuntary commitment? And construction of quarantine and isolation facilities? Thought all of that was just a silly conspiracy theory.

The pieces add up to a very scary picture!! People need to wake up…

Covid internment camps follow the pattern of Japanese internment camps across America during World War II

In truth, the US government has already demonstrated that it is able and willing to round people up at gunpoint, deny them all civil rights or due process, and throw them into death camps for an indefinite duration. They did this very thing in World War II to Japanese Americans who had committed no crime and did nothing wrong. Yet they were rounded up and thrown into what essentially became death camps, all because of their ethnicity.

If they can throw Japanese-American into death camps because of their ethnicity, they will gladly throw you into a death camp because your “vaccine papers” don’t check out.
