Democrat Vote, Mortal Sin:  The Message

Recently several priests, pastors, and bishops in America have now publicly proclaimed that it would be sinful for a Catholic to vote for Joe Biden or for Kamala Harris.

This is not a veiled plea or cunning ploy to get people to vote for Donald John Trump, nor is it a request that one not vote at all. This is simply shepherds caring for the eternal good of the souls of the faithful. One American bishop has asked the faithful to “Heed this message.”

The Message

For over a decade there has been an effort by many, grounded in hope, faith and charity, to help people make their way to heaven and to avoid soul-killing sin that would be their ticket to Hell for all eternity.  This effort has included stating and sharing this truth, “The Message”:

It is a mortal sin for any faithful Catholic with a well-formed conscience – as defined by the Church – to vote for any democrat for any office in America at any level of government .

Some well-meaning people and some others – democrat socialists, democrat operatives, schismatic and/or perverted and/or homosexualist and/or criminal sexual predator priests and bishops, anarchists, and various democrat candidates  – have ridiculed, castigated, shunned, condemned and attempted to silence those sharing The Message.  With what has been happening recently, their efforts to blunt The Message clearly show that those who seek to stifle it realize its truth.

The Democrat Party Platform for 2020 shows that this Party of Death, if in power, will enshrine the court-created right to abortion as an absolute right – a status of no other right in America – and that they will force every taxpayer to pay for abortions as ‘health care.’  Either this ‘absolute right’ will be expanded to include a female’s constitutional  right to kill her newly-born child who has survived its attempted murder, or willing pro-death so-called “justices” will judicially legislate from the Supreme Court bench a new “maternal right to homicide,”  infanticide, infant cide.  Joe Biden and Kamala Harris support the new absolute status of the “right” to abortion

As The Message has been spread in true charity and out of a concern for the eternal happiness of souls, the progression of democrat perversion and consummate evil has advanced unabated. Predictions of where the slimy slope of this evil will lead have been mocked as utterly fantastic and completely beyond the pale of reason. But, not surprisingly, the foetid and metatastic growth of this evil has exceeded even the direst of these predictions. Evils Newly Spawned From The Democrat Darkness

In addition to the new homicide right for females, the democrats and their celebrity shills are now supporting and advocating for public celebrations of abortions, and worse. These celebrations are ongoing and can be witnessed on a regular basis, especially when TV and movie stars announce that they could not have won a recent award if they had not aborted their children. As one democrat presidential candidate said, for democrats this female homicide right is a “sacred choice for women.”

This is a prediction from 2019:

“What new evils for 2020 and beyond?  If they succeed in creating a right to infanticide, the following evils will logically proceed: The selling of a live baby who has survived an abortion; Harvesting of organs and body parts from the child while still alive  before it is “terminated” successfully;  In vivo vivisection for “educational” purposes of a living child; Buying a still-living abortion victim and using the child in an evil ritual with live child sacrifice.” (https://catholicstand.com/is-it-a-sin-to-vote-democrat/; emphasis added).

This prediction has now come true:

‘SATANIC ABORTIONS ARE PROTECTED BY RELIGIOUS LIBERTY LAWS In accordance with the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), first trimester abortions are now exempt from unnecessary regulations for all individuals practicing The Satanic Temple’s religious abortion ritual. So now we do have a ‘religious’ group making child sacrifice part of their diabolical worship – incorporating an actual abortion including the murder of a living child into their “church” rituals. Your current author is unaware of any democrat candidate opposing constitutional rights protection for these deadly liturgies.  The Party of Death’s opposition to any limits of  the “right” to abortion is 100% consistent with such a religion with live child sacrifice. And Joe Biden and Kamala Harris support the no-limits absolute-right position.

Moral Sewage?  You Ain’t Smelled Nuthin’ Yet

Think back to fifty, forty, thirty, even twenty years ago about what were slippery-slope alarms about the limitless democrat evil and nose-of-the-camel-under-the-tent warnings about their demonic aims. Think about them retorting that even to suggest such things was an attack on their constitutional rights and “we just want to be accepted.” Now think about what they have done in having their beliefs and perversions enshrined in law (federal, state and local), regulations, public policy,  grade school curriculums, and Planned Parenthood educational programs teaching teens how – mechanically and in great graphic detail – to engage in homosexual actions. With that as preamble, here are some things democrats are doing or have sent up trial balloons about – coming soon from californication origins to your state legislature, city council, or school board hearings:

Lowering the age of consent (to 14, or 12, or whatever) or abolishing it altogether

Having  now-criminal pedophilia and pederasty recognized as sexual orientations – God made me this way – with all the moral and legal atrocities that would necessarily flow from such “science.”

Eliminating the legal requirement that criminal pedophiles and predatory pederasts be listed on public sex offender roles

Clergy Complicity

Ignoring for the moment the fact that a plethora of priests and bishops are themselves criminal pedophiles, criminal pederasts, criminal sexual predators, and criminal homopredators – which is one explanation – the question arises: “

Why for so many years and decades have the clergy been silent about the sinfulness of voting for democrats because of the Party of Death’s support of and advocating for abortion rights? How could they be silent when the Party Of Death promotes so many other things that are “non-negotiable issues” for Catholics, issues like euthanasia, marriage integrity, and foetal stem cell research?

According to Catholic doctrine, abortion is an “intrinsic evil.” The Catechism of the Catholic church says this:

“. . . There are acts which, in and of themselves, independently of circumstances and intentions, are always gravely illicit by reason of their object; such as blasphemy and perjury, murder and adultery.  (1756) . . . There are concrete acts that it is always wrong to choose, because their choice entails a disorder of the will, i.e., a moral evil.  (1761).”

This means that there are no possible circumstances in which elective abortion can be morally acceptable – none, none, none, none, none, none and none.  Voluntarily engaging in homosexual actions is also intrinsically evil, as is “same-sex” marriage.  This means that there are no possible circumstances in which such actions can be morally acceptable – none, none, none, none, none, none and none

Most bishops and priests across the country today, at all levels of church governance and hierarchy, if they are not themselves active practicing homosexuals are “homosexualist” – they support the view, with varying degress of publicity, that the church teaches that loving homosexual relationships are possible and that, under certain circumstances,  homosexual actions are not only morally permissible, but are virtuous. They go farther – relying on Bergoglian heresies – and say that people engaging in these actions- and unrepentant – are to be welcomed into the public community life of the church.

To come out publicly against abortion as an intrinsic evil implicitly impacts their efforts to change the church’s magisterium regarding  voluntarily engaging in homosexual actions and to create within the church a new homosexual version of the sacrament of matrimony.

Democrats: Stone Cold Killers

Writer Selwyn Duke sees these Democrats for who they truly are:

A person with a well-formed conscience knows all of this. That is why

It is a mortal sin for a Catholic with a well-formed conscience – as defined by Holy Mother Church  –  to vote for Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, or for any democrat at any level of government.

September 14, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – In a new interview with the Italian journalist Marco Tosatti, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has pointed to a connection between the weakening of the Church’s own identity and moral and doctrinal stances in the wake of the Second Vatican Council and the outbreak of the sexual and cultural revolution that took place only three years after Council. “Without Vatican II, we would not have had the student revolution that radically changed life in the Western world, the vision of the family, the role of women, and the very concept of authority,” he writes.

Here, the Italian prelate mentions the Land O’Lakes statement of 1967 – two years after the Council (1962-1965), “which declared the independence of their Catholic universities and colleges from all authority and all bonds of fidelity to the Magisterium of the Church.” This statement “had devastating consequences for the Church and civil society in the United States,” states Viganò.

But then the archbishop goes on to speak about the deeper background that led to the possibility that such a defying document by Catholic universities would even be issued. That is to say, the Catholic Church first weakened, at the Second Vatican Council, her own moral and doctrinal strength.

This weakening of the Catholic Church allowed modernist teachers at Catholic universities to further spread their ideas among many generations so that today’s Catholic politicians hold such heterodox views as supporting the killing of the unborn. And this weakening could also lead to such a scandalous event where now ex-Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, together with Archbishop Wilton Gregory, was able to hide instructions from the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith on the “exclusion from Holy Communion of Catholic politicians who do not follow the Church’s teaching.”SUBSCRIBEto LifeSite’s daily headlinesSUBSCRIBEU.S. Canada World Catholic

Viganò explains: “What I wish to emphasize is the close connection between the rebellion of the ultra-progressive clergy – with the Jesuits in the lead – and the education of generations of Catholics, who were formed according to the modernist ideology, flowing into the Council.” This Council, he goes on to say, “served as a premise not only for ’68 revolution in the political sphere, but also for the doctrinal and moral revolution in the ecclesial sphere.” 

States the archbishop: “Without Vatican II, we would not have had the student revolution that radically changed life in the Western world, the vision of the family, the role of women, and the very concept of authority.”

And as these explanations show, “moral corruption and doctrinal deviation are intrinsically linked and, to effectively heal these wounds in the body of the Church, it is imperative to act on both fronts. If this dutiful intervention does not take place, the Bishops and the leaders of the Church will answer to God for betraying their duty as pastors.”

In order to prove his point that there exists a close relationship between the Second Vatican Council and the subsequent cultural revolution that took place in 1968 throughout the West, Archbishop Viganò presents a set of quotes from contemporary supporters of the Council who made that connection themselves. Here we quote the Italian prelate in a longer passage:

It is undeniable, even if only from a historical and sociological point of view, that there is a very close relationship between the conciliar revolution and 1968. The very protagonists of Vatican II admit it. Joseph Ratzinger stands out among them, writing:

«Adherence to a utopian anarchistic Marxism […] was supported on the front lines by university chaplains and student associations who saw in it the dawn of the realization of Christian hopes. The guiding light is to be found in the events of May 1968 in France. Dominicans and Jesuits were at the barricades. The intercommunion carried out at an ecumenical Mass at the barricades was considered a kind of landmark in salvation history, a kind of revelation that inaugurated a new era of Christianity.»

One of the periti [experts] on the Council, Fr. René Laurentin, wrote: 

«The demands of the May ‘68 movement largely coincided with the Council’s grand ideas, particularly in the Council’s Constitution on the Church and the world. To a certain extent, Vatican II was already a protest against the Curia by a group of bishops who were trying to create an institutionally prefabricated Council.»

And the Argentine theologian, Fr. Álvaro Calderón, affirmed: 

«If there is anything that immediately stands out to those who study the Second Vatican Council, it is the change, in a liberal sense, of the concept of authority. The Pope stripped himself of his supreme authority in favour of the bishops (collegiality); the bishops stripped themselves of their authority in favour of theologians; theologians gave up their science in favour of listening to the faithful. And the voice of the faithful is nothing more than the fruit of propaganda.»

This vision is also widely and proudly affirmed on the progressive front, which saw the same demands of the conciliar revolution realized in 1968. Bishop Jacques Noyer, Emeritus of Amiens, recalls:

«I am convinced that the spirit that inspired the preparation, celebration and implementation of the Second Vatican Council is a great opportunity for the Church and the world. It is the Gospel offered to the men of today. Deep down, May ‘68 was a spiritual movement, even a mystical one, consistent with the dream of the Council.»

These quotes are very helpful with regard to bolstering Viganò’s argument, an argument that my husband Dr. Robert Hickson has also made for years now. 

“Without a ‘green light’ from the Church,” says the archbishop, “the world would never have accepted or taken up the student movement’s demands for rebellion.”

And what was it in the Council that prepared the way for rebellion in the larger society? The Council shied away from authority and tradition. Says the prelate:

Beyond the Acts of the Council, it was precisely the spirit of Vatican II that marked the end of a hierarchically constituted society, and of the traditional values common to the Western world: until then, concepts such as authority, honor, respect for the elderly, a spirit of mortification and service, a sense of duty, the defense of the family and one’s Fatherland, were shared and, albeit in a weakened form compared to the past, still practiced.

In order to explain this phenomenon more deeply, we could recall the above-quoted passage of Fr. Calvaròn: “The Pope stripped himself of his supreme authority in favour of the bishops (collegiality); the bishops stripped themselves of their authority in favour of theologians; theologians gave up their science in favour of listening to the faithful. And the voice of the faithful is nothing more than the fruit of propaganda.”

Here, Archbishop Viganò also once more gives a glimpse of his own memory of that time:

Seeing the Catholic Church, a beacon of truth and civilization for nations, throw open its doors to the world and unhesitatingly discard her glorious heritage, going so far as to revolutionize the Liturgy and water down Morality, was an unequivocal signal to the masses, a sort of approval of the agenda that, at the time, didn’t yet dare to reveal itself completely, even though all of its distinctive signs could be grasped. It destroyed the Church and society, compromised civil and religious authority, discredited marriage and the family, ridiculed patriotism and a sense of duty or labeled them as fascism. All amid the silence of a complicit hierarchy! Those like me, who entered the seminary in the immediate post-conciliar period, can testify that even the Roman Pontifical Seminaries were immediately conquered by this tremor of protest, emancipation and dissolution of all rules and discipline.

But Archbishop Viganò goes even further and draws a line between the occurrences of the 1960s and today, between the Jesuits involved in the Council’s revolution and their current links with such prominent globalists as George Soros. Here, he points to the “the substantial funding that globalist organizations, such as Soros’s Open Society, have allocated to the activities of the Society of Jesus, and presumably to other Catholic organizations, would be inexplicable. All the premises that were laid down in a nutshell with Vatican II and the student revolution are now consistently proposed by Vatican leaders on the ecclesial front, and by government leaders on the globalist political front.”

And here, it also makes sense that Pope Francis’s own views and agendas somehow go together with “Joe Biden’s priorities.” 

It is to be hoped that historians will be able to further shed light on these very important links that seem to have brought us into the desperate situation where even the Catholic Church’s leaders seem to be enemies of the Church’s very doctrine and morals.

Who Will Tell the Truth About Joe Biden? By David Keltz American Thinker September 12, 2020 The inability of the mainstream media to accurately cover any of Joe Biden’s foibles is truly astonishing.  If it was not already obvious by now, there is simply nothing Biden can say or do, no matter how incoherent, offensive, or alarming that would cause the current crop of “objective journalists” in the mainstream media, to even consider asking whether or not he has the mental capacity to be president of the United States.  It is not a stretch to say that Biden has received the most favorable press coverage of any modern presidential candidate in history, and it’s not even close. Even the warm treatment that Barack Obama received during his presidential run in 2008 from his pals in the media pales in comparison. Consider that in the last four months alone, Biden has asked a reporter if he was a “junkie,” told black voters that they’re not really black unless they vote for him, and said that there were “over 120 million dead from COVID,” in the U.S., without suffering any backlash from the media. He has confused the location of where he was speaking from, and was led by hand by a staffer out of a venue, as though he were blind. He has read his talking point notes out loud during a virtual interview, “Look, Venezuela topline message is President Trump’s policy is an abject failure.”  He can lose his entire train of thought during a roundtable discussion in which he has prepared notes in front of him, “You know the rapidly rising umm uh in with uh with I don’t know,” without so much as a peep from the media. Can anyone imagine what the headlines and constant barrage of media outrage would be if President Donald Trump had said or done any of those things? The mainstream media finds Trump so morally and ethically repugnant that they would rather risk losing whatever credibility they have left, than to even suggest that a stumbling and often confused Biden has any businesses determining the U.S. tax code or holding China accountable for unleashing the Wuhan virus on the entire world. Instead of reporting on what should be fairly obvious to anyone with eyes or ears, the media seems to believe their main job is not only to protect Biden, but to prop him up by making him look as coherent and effective a leader as possible.  At the DNC the bar was set so low for Biden’s speech that the media seemed astonished that he was able to successfully read concise sentences from a teleprompter for 24 minutes, without any notable hiccups. Not surprisingly, we were greeted with fawning headlines from the Washington Post, “Biden offers sharp attack on Trump as a dark force and promises to be ‘an ally of the light’ as president,” and this one from the New York Times, “Biden Speaks Once More, With Feeling.” Anyone who has watched Biden speak over the last several months knows that this is not the same Biden who served in the Senate for thirty-six years and then subsequently as vice president for another eight years. This might not even be the same Biden who we saw on the debate stage during the Democratic primaries last year. The one who said in response to a question about the legacy of slavery, “The teachers are — I’m married to a teacher, my deceased wife is a teacher… It’s not that they don’t want to help, they don’t know what to play the radio, make sure the television — excuse me, make sure you have the record player on at night, the — make sure that kids hear words.” Historically speaking, it is true that Biden has a propensity to say idiotic things any time he opens his mouth, but these are not merely gaffes. In the same interview where he asked CBS News correspondent Errol Barnett if he was a “junkie” Biden also said, “I am so forward looking to have an opportunity to sit or stand with the president and debates… I am very willing to let the American public judge my physical and mental, fi—my fi—my physical, as well as my mental fitness.” In no rational world can that response to a question be considered merely a gaffe. Stumbling over his own words, and uttering incoherent sentences is now a regular occurrence for Biden, and yet the media remains more silent than the tennis matches at this year’s U.S. Open. After Trump received a notable boost in the polls from the RNC, it was clear that the Biden campaign’s strategy of keeping him hidden in his basement simply would not suffice. So last week they sent a compromised man out of his home to read from a teleprompter, where he stumbled yet again, “COVID has taken this year, just since the outbreak, has taken more than 100 years. Look, the lives, when you think about it, more lives this year than any other year for the past 100 years.”  Reporters have seldom had the opportunity to ask Biden any questions in the last several months, and in the rare circumstances when they are provided the opportunity, they almost never ask anything substantive, or adversarial. He never has to face the wrath of belligerent reporters or the usual hostility, rudeness, and interruptions that we have come to expect from Trump White House briefings. Last week at an event in Delaware, Biden stood at the podium, while his staffers called on preselected journalists. One could be forgiven for wondering if these were reporters or Biden campaign officials who were asking him the questions. Biden, who was often caught glancing down at his notes on the podium, with prepared answers to the “questions,” should not have had to use them. The reporters allowed him to take every opportunity to dump on Trump without having to discuss any of the specifics about his own policies or ideas. The two “toughest” questions Biden was asked was if he had been tested for COVID, and what he thought about the 1.4 million new jobs that were added last week. No reporter bothered to ask Biden why he failed to condemn any of the violence that has dominated our streets in major cities across the country for the past three months. No journalist asked how he could credibly accuse Trump or his supporters as somehow bearing responsibility for rioting and looting, done largely by Antifa and Black Lives Matter protestors in Democrat-run cities.  No one asked Biden if he condemned the angry mob of protestors that attacked Senator Rand Paul outside the White House after Trump’s RNC speech. Not one reporter asked what his specific plans are for rebuilding the economy, creating more growth and more jobs. Biden, ‘The Great and Powerful’ For now Joe Biden’s best hope is that some Emerald City media lackey does not play the role of the tiny dog Toto, rip away the curtain, and reveal the tiny man and his machinery behind the projection. In addition to the Russian collusion hoax and the phone-call impeachment farce, who can forget the marquee media toadies of JournoList and the release of John Podesta’s email trove?  Or the moderator Donna Brazile’s primary debate questions, leaked through CNN, or Candy Crowley’s hijacking of a debate as moderator-turned-real-time-hack “fact-checker”?  Nothing then is new to the media’s fusion and collusion with the “progressive party.”  Yet never in American history have mainstream journalists not merely promoted a candidate but actively fused with his political candidacy to the point of warping, fabricating, and Trotskyizing the news and indeed history itself.  The trope of a vast charade to create an illusionary powerful figure out of nothing is an old one in fiction, Hollywood and television. We remember “The Great and Powerful” Wizard of Oz fakery, a formidable screen image created backstage by gears and levers operated by a tiny man “behind the curtain.” Similar is the famous scene in an episode of the old Star Trek series, depicting a near comatose on-air John Gill used as a televised prop by his puppeteers, in a utopian federation project gone haywire. But reality has outdone art with the Biden campaign. The concoction is holistic, from the mundane construction of a fantasy, on-the-go candidate to the supposed middle-of-the road old Joe Biden from Scranton radiating an aura of kindness and moderation in times of plague, panic, and protest.  Bunker Illusions For six months, Biden has run a Zoom campaign on the pretext of mandatory quarantines—our current version of a 19th-century, stationary presidential candidate, who campaigned by spitting out wit and wisdom while immovable on his front porch. Biden has conducted no free-wheeling, unscripted press conferences.  He will not do extended one-on-one interviews with a disinterested journalist. He rarely will even try Trump-like cameo appearances on CNN or MSNBC to answer unscripted questions from supporters. His press events instead are Orwellian, requiring a media mass suspension of disbelief.  The questions are canned. They are submitted in advance by “journalists,” whether formally or via electronic chatter. The inquiries are obsequious—seldom a word about Hunter Biden, China, Biden’s troubling racist remarks, his handsy past, his scary cognitive lapses, or his “contract” with Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.). Instead the softball, known-in-advance inquiries are in spirit carried over from the Obama years, phrased in the manner of “Were you outraged enough by Trump’s outrage?” Biden’s Oz functionaries seemingly are always experimenting with all sorts of screen props. The trick is to discover how best their challenged candidate can square the circle of completing sentences and remaining semi-coherent, while not giving away the game that his illusionists are feeding him answers to synthetic questions.  When asked point-blank on Fox News by Brett Baier whether Biden used a stealth teleprompter, his national press flak, T.J. Ducklo would not answer with a simple yes or no. Instead, he went on the attack, with the fossilized accusation that right-wing Fox News asks too many partisan questions.  So we were left with a de facto “yes”: Biden does read off a stealthy teleprompter when answering canned press questions—and gives the impression he does not. But Biden, like the mirage of the Wizard of Oz, nonetheless can’t always keep the curtain closed.  When he strains to see the teleprompter that sits just behind, and thus out of sight of, his camera lens, he slips and mutters “bring it closer”—reminding any who watch, except the media that helps collude in these orchestrations, that the question asked is not a serious one, but a prompt to facilitate the proper nonspontaneous response. Yet even then Biden cannot act out the part of the Star Trek federation’s addled Gill without someone either giving him the prewritten answer on the teleprompter or writing it out for him in real-time. Sometimes if Biden is not reading a hidden teleprompter script, he looks down in panic for notes or his smartphone instructions in ways that only expose the sheer ridiculousness of this faux media-staged event. Sometimes he shows off family pictures on screen that seemingly inadvertently reflect and expose the ghostly presence of a teleprompter’s reflection in the background. On other occasions when speaking, Biden searches in vain for his “schedule” and asks handlers to fetch it, whatever that exactly means. In a presidential campaign first, Biden even reads out the written directives of his controllers as if to say “I’m not really saying this myself, but so what?” So not surprisingly, during one of these sessions, out came a reference to his script’s talking point “topline” headings. When faking impromptu answers, Biden bumps into and voices his handlers’ notation of “end of quotation.”  Occasionally a “citizen” questioner sort of rebels from the media Borg and asks an unapproved question (e.g. “I’m just going to be honest Mr. Biden, I was told to go off this paper, but I can’t. We need the truth and I am a part of the truth”). In reaction, Biden’s handlers and fact-checkers rush to assure the public that the approved question was written by the questioner’s sympathetic organization rather than from Team Biden itself—as if we are supposed to believe the campaign had no idea what its own surrogates would ask. Sometimes the effort is scary. When old photos reappear in a CNN puff piece about a younger Biden holding his young son at a long-ago Washington Redskins game, the team logo—the now-politically incorrect Redskins logo—is airbrushed from his son’s stocking cap. And then presto, legions of “disinterested” “fact-checkers” in the media emerge to confess that Biden, not CNN, supplied the doctored image.  But, in turn, the Biden campaign assures the press that the doctoring was only for “copyright” reasons, as if candidates routinely photoshop out all the cap logos they wear. The impression is that Biden is terrified that his new leftist friends in the Ministry of Truth are combing his past and ordering embarrassing moments to go down the memory hole. Oz Wizardry As a general rule, the Soviet-style apologia for the media-Biden fusion—usually outsourced to a now utterly corrupt left-wing institution called “fact-checking”—only solidifies the fact that the media and the Biden campaign are indistinguishable. In Soviet times, one easily just assumed the opposite from Moscow’s party-line efforts and, presto, stumbled onto the truth. In the case of Biden’s optics and press conferences and appearances, we easily deduce that the downside of scripting and programming a compliant candidate far outweighs the existential risk of turning Biden loose to answer questions like a normal human being.   True, even before his cognitive decline, Biden was known in Washington as someone whose incoherent and impromptu loquaciousness usually embarrassed his friends more than hurt his enemies—in addition to his long history of plagiarism and inflating his thin résumés with false data about his past.   But with the onset of his cognitive decline, Biden’s own once-feeble social antennae are now more or less unplugged most of the day.The result is that he has a creepy propensity to blurt out patently racist tropes as if the old inner Biden who talked of Obama as “clean” and the first “articulate” black presidential candidate, and pandered to his working-class Democratic supporters with references to the inner-city “jungle,” is now free of his harnesses, bits, and halters.   For some time, Biden unchained has shouted about “you ain’t black,” and, earlier, his Corn Pop series of inflated tales as Biden, the white knight, equipped with a chain no less, protecting the inner city from itself.  Biden showed his tough-guy mettle with putdowns of a transitorily noncompliant black journalist and sneered that he is comparable to a “junkie” and drug addict. To a liberated Biden, blacks just don’t think independently like Latinos. Given all that, the decision of his campaign and their media stand-ins to reinsert Biden into his safe space, wheel him out for scripted occasions, and pray at least that he can follow either the teleprompter, his iPhone, or written notes in his lap, or remember his cues—without including the prompts themselves—seems understandable.  This was all known to Democratic primary voters who initially wanted little to do with Biden. The narratives advanced by primary rivals Kamala Harris and Corey Booker implied that he was either a virtual racist or cognitively challenged or both—insinuations the left-wing media was willing to fuel, in the heydays of a preferable Berrnie Sanders, Elizbeth Warren, or Beto O’Rourke prairie fire candidacy.  All that media fantasy imploded when would-be savior Michael Bloomberg proved little more than a billionaire bore and Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders cranky and shrill socialist septuagenarians with even scarier agendas. Floating to November So the lightweight Biden was reflated as a sort of centrist hot air balloon to be used to float the hard-Left basket carriage beneath across the election defining line. But fusion/collusion is not just a matter of a Potemkin veneer. Biden’s agenda is a fantasy creation. His role was to save the party from Sanders, win suburbanites, and pander to the party’s socialist sympathizers of Antifa and the Black Lives Matter movement. That is an impossible task because today’s Democratic Party is a conglomeration of squabbling tribes and looney agendas.  Biden is now ordered to keep still on the issues of the day, because what he once said to get nominated and please the Left would lose him the election. He wants to defund the police, but not to defund the police. He wants to phase out fossil fuels and end fracking but not to end fracking in Electoral College-rich Pennsylvania. The rioting, Biden insists, is due to police brutality but not due to it entirely. Trump’s COVID policies killed thousands, but Biden’s own bromides are either identical or would be less effective.  And on and on, as Biden is made to wink and nod to the Left that his only role is to get them elected before collapsing at the finishing line.  The media thinks this will work, and so owns the project. Biden will stay sequestered, visit a key state occasionally, pop out of the plane to say he is “barnstorming” Michigan or Wisconsin and then fly back into his Biden bunker for more Zoom puff interviews—and hope progressive polls show that he can endure weekly bleeding until November 3. Every four or five days the media will blast the airways with, “Trump is ripping out mailboxes,” “Trump won’t concede and will have to be forcibly removed,” “Trump insulted our war dead as ‘losers’ and ‘suckers’ as he hid from the rain to keep his hair dry.” Most recently Bob Woodward’s book queued up for its turn of 72 hours of smears, right after gab-bag Jeffery Goldberg’s anonymous sources faded out. Will this joint project of progressive ideologues of the Democratic Party and the major media work?  So far the rope-a-dope has succeeded in slowing down somewhat the pace of the erosion of Biden’s lead. Father James Altman, pastor of St. James the Less parish in the Wisconsin Diocese of LaCrosse, has been threatened with canonical punishment by his Bishop, Most Rev. William Patrick Callahan.

Fr. Altman’s alleged “offense”?

Stating what every faithful Catholic knows to be true in 2020: “You cannot be a Catholic and a Democrat.”

In a strongly-worded YouTube video, designed to shepherd the faithful out of harm’s way (supporting the Democratic Party’s evil platform), Fr. Altman states the following:

“Here’s a memo to clueless, baptized Catholics out there: You cannot be Catholic and be a Democrat. Period. Their party platform absolutely is against everything the Catholic Church teaches. So, just quit pretending that you’re Catholic and vote Democrat. Repent of your support of that party and its platform, or face the fires of Hell…”

Strong stuff to be sure, but Fr. Altman was taking his cue from Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI (whom he quotes) – the Church has a “duty and obligation” to speak up when politicians act in an immoral way.

In other words, a pastor must give strong warnings, at times, to guide souls away from grave danger, even when the dangers come from politicians or a political party.

Does Anti-Fr. Altmann Bp. Callahan Disagree with the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Our Lady of Fatima?

Bishop William Callahan of La Crosse has launched an attacked on Catholic pro-life Fr. James Altmann saying “he will attempt fraternal correction before imposing canonical penalties or taking other formal steps in the matter, and acknowledged that the priest had inflicted a ‘wound’ upon the Church.” [https://www.catholicworldreport.com/2020/09/09/la-crosse-bishop-to-correct-catholics-cant-be-democrats-priest/]

Fr. Altmann in his YouTube viral video correctly said: “You can not be Catholic and be a Democrat. Period” because the Democrat party is for the “intrinsically evil” of killing unborn babies.

It appears that Bishop Callahan may, also, disagrees with the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Our Lady of Fatima on telling people in “intrinsically evil” about the possibility of the infallible Catholic teaching on Hell.

The La Crosse Tribune quotes Callahan apparently possibly saying that he “hope[s]… no one” speaks of “hell” to those in “intrinsically evil”:

Does Callahan  “hope… no one” speaks of “hell” to those in “intrinsically evil”?

If this is what Bishop Callahan is saying then it appears that the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Our Lady of Fatima disagree with him.

I hope that Callahan isn’t disagreeing with Our Lord and Lady.  

Hopefully, he teaches about making first Fridays and first Saturdays to make reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus as well as the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of sinners as Our Lady of Fatima asked for so they don’t go to Hell. 

Tradition in Action explains that Jesus is merciful, but also because of original sin and when after baptism we sin which is an infinite crime He had to redeemed us by his infinite sacrifice on Good Friday. However, He requires that we in grace unite to His Redemption by doing penance and reparation for forgiveness of our sins and implicitly for others:   

“In the images of the Sacred Heart, He points to this symbolic font of love and mercy for us. The devotions to the Sacred Heart always suppose reparation for our sins. We are sinners, we must make reparation. Despite the promises from Our Lord and the fact that He paid an infinite price for our Redemption, we must make reparation. We should always do penance for our sins and make various kinds of reparation.”  

“… the error of the [extreme Francis] Divine Mercy devotion. It preaches that we can expect an unconditional mercy with no price to be paid whatsoever, with no obligations whatsoever. This is not the message of Christ.” 

“Christ is merciful. Time and time again, His mercy pardons our repeated sins in the Sacrament of Penance, always taking us back no matter how bad our sins are. And what happens in the Sacrament of Penance? The very name of the Sacrament tells us exactly what happens: to be effective the Sacrament supposes penance. Not only are you there at the Sacrament recognizing your full submission to the Church and your dependence on the Sacraments for forgiveness, but you walk out of the confessional with an imposed penance.”

Also, Fatima’s Sister Lucia said that Our Lady asked for sacrifices and rosaries to obtain the graces so sinners will not go to Hell, but, also, for reparation because of sins against God and the Mother of God:  

“Sacrifice yourself for sinners and say many times especially whenever you make such a sacrifice: ‘O Jesus, it is for love of You, for the conversions of sinners, and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.” 

Sister Lucia told Father Lombardi, according to the Vatican’s Osservatore della Domenica on February 7, 1954, the following about why there is a need for sacrifices and prayers for sinners so they can be saved from Hell.

Fr. Lombardi: “Tell me is the Better World Movement a response of the Church to the words spoken to Our Lady?”

Lucia: “Father there is certainly a great need for this renewal. If it is not done, and taking into account the present development of humanity, only a limited number of the human race will be saved.”

Fr. Lombardi: “Do you really believe that many will go to Hell? I hope that God will save the greater part of humanity.” [He had just written a book entitled: Salvation for those without faith.]

Lucia: “Father, many will be lost.”

Fr. Lombardi: “It is true that the world is full of evil, but there is always a hope of salvation.”

Lucia: “No Father, many will be lost.”

The devotions of Our Lady of Fatima and the Sacred Heart of Jesus are both about reparation because each person has free will that by grace can cooperate with God for his redemption or reject God’s grace and sin by committing “intrinsically evil” actions whereby he may and can reject God’s mercy and freely choose to go to Hell.

Is Pornographic New Creation “Catholic” Sex Education why Catholic Students are no Different than Public School Students?

“A parent came to me saying that one book of a seventh-grade class was pornographic in a X county Catholic school. The book had stuff on how to put on condoms, and if you urinate on a partner make sure you don’t do it on the eyes or ears,” Father X said… 

… “The only place the Catholic public school students are going to get the sexual moral teachings of the Church on a continuous basis is at the pulpit,” according to Father X. He remembers former X Diocese Bishop X saying, “For the vast majority of Catholics, the only religious talk they will hear is the homily and the only literature they are going to read is the bulletin. So, what does that tell you about their importance?” Before Vatican II, it was the practice in the United States for bishops to have syllabi or schedules for the year’s parish homilies where the specific moral and faith teachings were to be systematically presented. Father X said that many priests have made a case that the Church in America needs to return to the syllabi. – Catholic Monitor

Father X, a priest in the X Diocese who asked to remain anonymous, said the document Pastoral Guidelines for Ministry to Homosexuals in the Diocese of  X contributes to the ethical confusion on homosexuality among Catholic high school students because it has no moral component. This diocese document claims “…individuals do not choose and cannot change their sexual orientation, but must understand it and integrate it into their life of faith and conscience.”

“There is a presumption in the diocese that homosexuality has a biological basis,” said Father X. “This, in part, originally came from the Kinsey report, which lead to gay safe zones in the public schools and were eventually followed by the Catholic schools. The problem is that a lot of Catholic teachers and theologians feel that they need to filter the Church’s teachings according to their philosophical agenda or they won’t teach it.”

According to James Likoudis, a nationally known writer on catechetic and sex education, the reason Catholic high school students are just as pro-homosexual as their secular counterparts is that the relevant Church documents are filtered out. He said, “The Vatican document The Truth and Meaning of Human Sexuality intended to remove corrupting sex education programs in Catholic schools is a dead letter in this country, as can be seen in the continued proliferation of Catholic sex education programs in practically every diocese.”

In the diocese of X, there are similarities in what Catholic students and students in public schools get. Frank Scanlon, a student at X Catholic high school said, “They taught us about condoms, and if you have sex use them.”

Scanlon’s father said, “a lot of the kids consider their religion class a joke. They had one priest who didn’t want to impose the Catholic faith because of the non-Catholics in the class. He didn’t want to make them feel uptight.”

X organized a group of parents who meet with the principal and pastor. The principal and pastor defended the teacher’s right to use the book. But when they went to the diocese superintendent of schools it was found to be against the diocese’s policy. The book was taken out despite the teacher’s complaints.

Parents in the Oakland diocese had a different experience with a sex-ed program called New Creation. Catholics United for the Faith, a Catholic information apostolate in Steubenville, Ohio, has faulted New Creation for its “graphic illustrations that offend against modesty and chastity;” for “emphasizing information over formation;” and for “violating the latency period.” 

In 1998, the principal of St. Bede’s of the Oakland diocese told parents that their children either had to attend the New Creation classes or they would have to quit the school. When a reporter for the Faith asked the superintendent of schools for the Oakland diocese, Anne Manchester, if mandatory attendance at these classes contradicted the guidelines in set forth in the Church’s Educational Guidance in Human Love, she responded the site (St. Bede’s) could make the decision.

A recent graduate of X high school, a public high school in X, Robert Davila said, “The school is diverse — they have Hispanic clubs and gay clubs. They demonstrate how to use condoms so you won’t get AIDS.” The extent to which Catholic schools may run counter to Church teachings is only one part of the problem since the vast majority of Catholic high school students go to public schools. In the fall of 2000, Governor Davis signed legislation that went into effect on January 1 that mandated California public schools expose homosexuality, bisexuality, transvestitism, transexuality, and other lifestyles to all grade levels, including kindergarten.
