Court Hears CHD’s Arguments Against Facebook, Zuckerberg and ‘Fact Checkers’

Judge Susan Illston of the Northern District of California Wednesday heard arguments for and against the defendants’ motion to dismiss in the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) lawsuit, which claims that Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg and three fact-checking operations censor truthful public health posts and engage in racketeering activities against CHD.
According to CHD’s complaint, Facebook has insidious conflicts with the pharmaceutical industryand its captive health agencies, and has economic stakes in vaccines, telecom and 5G.
Facebook currently censors CHD’s page, targeting factual information about vaccines, 5G and public health agencies. Facebook-owned Instagram deplatformed CHD Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on Feb. 10 without notice or explanation.
This is an important First Amendment case that tests the boundaries of government authority to openly censor unwanted critique of its narrative, attorneys Roger Teich and Jed Rubenfeld argued before the court. Attorneys Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Mary Holland, CHD president, also are lawyers on the legal briefs.
CHD is a nonprofit watchdog group that roots out corruption in federal agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and exposes wrongdoings in the pharmaceutical and telecom industries.
CHD has been a frequent critic of WiFi and 5G Network safety and of certain vaccine policies that place profits ahead of public health. CHD has fiercely criticized agency corruption at the WHO, CDC and FCC.
Facebook has publicly stated it is assisting efforts of the White House, the CDC and the WHO to censor unwanted speech about vaccines. While earlier court decisions have upheld Facebook’s right to censor user pages, CHD argues that the social media giant’s open collaboration with government makes it a proxy for government censorship, violating the First Amendment.
The government’s role in Facebook’s censorship goes deeper than its close coordination with the CDC and WHO — it began at the suggestion of powerful Democratic Congressman and Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, who in March 2019, asked Facebook to suppress and purge internet content critical of government vaccine policies.
Facebook, Schiff and many other government officials use the term “misinformation” as a euphemism for any statement, whether truthful or not, that contradicts official government pronouncements.CHD and The Defender Now in 5 Languages – Watch Now
The WHO issued a press release commending Facebook for coordinating its ongoing censorship campaign with public health officials. That same day, Facebook published a “warning label” on CHD’s page, implying that CHD’s content is inaccurate and directing CHD followers to turn to the CDC for “reliable, up-to-date information.”
CHD’s lawsuit also challenges Facebook use of so-called “independent fact-checkers,” which, in truth, are neither independent nor fact-based, to create oppositional content on CHD’s page, superimposed over CHD’s original content, about matters of heated scientific controversy.
To further silence CHD’s dissent against government policies and the pharmaceutical industry, Facebook deactivated CHD’s donate button and uses a variety of deceptive technologies, including shadow banning, to minimize CHD’s reach and visibility.
In short, the lawsuit contends Facebook and the government collude to silence CHD and its followers. Such tactics violate the First Amendment, which guarantees the American public the free flow of information in the marketplace of ideas.
The First Amendment forbids the government from censoring private speech — particularly speech that criticizes government policies or officials. As Justice Holmes famously said, “The best test of truth is the power of the thought to get itself accepted in the competition of the market.”
The ongoing COVID crisis makes the need for open and fierce public debate on health issues in our democracy more critical than ever.
Mark Zuckerberg publicly claims social media platforms shouldn’t be “the arbiters of truth.” Yet his acts to suppress critique of government officials and policies belie those pronouncements.
The court will decide whether Facebook’s new government-directed business model of false and misleading “warning labels,” deceptive “fact-checks” and disabling a nonprofit’s donate button passes muster under the First and Fifth Amendments, the Lanham Act and the federal racketeering statute. Those statutes protect CHD against online wire fraud and knowingly false statements disparaging to the organization, while the Constitution protects CHD against government censorship — even through third parties — and from uncompensated taking of its property interests.
“Mainstream media and social media giants are imposing a totalitarian censorship to prevent public health advocates, like myself, from voicing concerns and from engaging in civil informed debate in the public square,” said Kennedy.
Kennedy added:
“They are punishing, shaming, vilifying, gaslighting and abolishing individuals who report their own vaccine injuries. Anyone can see that this is a formula for catastrophe and a coup d’état against the First Amendment, the foundation stone of American democracy.”

The U. S. government, special interests, and academically educated idiots are literally tailoring a society based on the lowest common denominator, in an attempt to prop up and pander to a single race. To accommodate Black and Latino learning disabilities, we’re dumbing down the White and Asian races. On top of that, we have replaced reason, logic, intellect, common sense, and objective learning with diversity, reverse racism, and racial emotion, creating never-ending racial tension in our entire culture. The socialist Democrats feed off of the racial divide for their own political gain. Achievement, excellence, motivation, and curiosity to learn are demeaned and vilified as being racist. In the name of equity, every child is BEING left behind and America suffers declining achievement across all disciplines and all races. Socialist Democrats have been pandering to the Black race for decades in order to keep them trapped in the Democrat stronghold by promising and delivering special treatment and benefits, in exchange for the Black vote. Instead, they have created a singular race of people totally dependent on the government who have been taught and convinced that they are victims of White oppression, White privilege, and White systemic racism. This false perception of White oppression, purposely planted there by Democrats, has led the Black race to be combative, irritable, frustrated, and intolerant of anything White. They believe that all of the ills that Blacks must endure are due to White racism because everywhere they go from public education to jobs in the private sector and even in Black churches for all we know, this false narrative is drummed into their heads. Have we forgotten so soon Obama’s Pastor of the Trinity Church of Christ in Chicago, one Jeremiah Wright, where he said in a shrill voice, “God Damn America?” Blacks have been elevated to a special class of people with a special name, African American, and special status in everyday life, such as affirmative action and generous benefits paid by the taxpayer. Evidently, for several reasons, many of them cultural, Blacks just can’t compete on a level playing field with Whites and Asians. Nevertheless, they demand parity. Even Latinos perform slightly better than Blacks. Therefore, in the name of equity in our public schools and institutions we must reduce all normal achievement standards to the lowest common denominator of substandard Black achievement levels. Case in point. In California, the achievement gap is quite pronounced between races where Blacks and Latinos consistently fall behind Whites and Asians starting in the early years. This gap is illustrated by the following: Only 10% of Black students and 15% of Latinx students in California met targeted benchmarks in eighth-grade math, compared to 44% of White students. (Even 44% for Whites is unacceptable.)The gap begins in elementary school for both Black and Latinx students— by the 4th grade, White students in CA are consistently above state and national averages for math, while Black and Latinx students score below those averages.In every county in the state the majority of Latinx students are not proficient in math or English language arts.California’s Latinx students attend the nation’s most segregated schools; are often pushed away from college-prep coursework, and are sometimes perceived as less academically capable than their White or Asian peers. To counter this disparity between the races, school boards dumb down the test standards so as not to offend or embarrass Blacks and Latinos, in the name of equity. As a result, White and Asians are held back from achieving their potential. The extended Coronavirus epidemic, which has kept kids out of the classroom for over a year, has only widened the gap. Unfortunately, the government, in the process of helping Blacks with massive social programs, has managed to decimate the Black culture and destroy the bonds of the Black family, leaving them extremely vulnerable to broken homes, poverty, gangs, guns, and drugs. In 1965, 24% of Black infants were born to single mothers. By 1990 single-mother births had risen to 64%. Single-mother births are now in the lower 70% range. In this tribal, fatherless environment, it is Blacks killing other Blacks by the thousands, not cops killing Blacks. Consequently, society will never fix the problem until they find a way to elevate the Black tribal culture and bring it into to the 21st Century. Nothing will change as long as there are substandard schools and teachers in the inner cities. Nothing will change until cooler heads prevail and racial injustice, diversity, and equity are eliminated from school curriculums. Would it not be wiser to establish two branches of education, a branch where any kid can excel and achieve to their full potential and a remedial branch where those that are falling behind can be tutored to catch up? If there are programs like this, they are failing miserably. Nevertheless, making broad-brush assertions about anything is inherently flawed. There are many fine black men and women that have escaped the bonds of poverty, racial resentment, government dependency, and victimhood and have excelled in their various fields of endeavor. Asian students in America are cleaning the clock of all other students, White, Latino, or Black by several percentage points. While all other races get mired in the racial injustice, diversity, and equity nonsense, invented by educated idiots and mandated by insane American politicians, Asians are paying no attention and focusing on objective learning. In China, education is even more emphasized than here in America. They have some of the top universities in the world. Once more, the Asian culture is over 5,000 years old. Family bonds are very strong in a man-woman-child relationship, the work ethic is paramount and they strive for excellence. It should be noted that Asians are also receiving considerable discrimination but you don’t see them crying “Asian Lives Matter”, or rioting in the streets, looting and burning. Why is that? Because the 5,000-year-old Chinese culture is familial, not tribal. Much of this diversity and equity insanity can be laid at the foot of federally mandated education programs like Common Core State Standards, No Child Left Behind and Every Student Succeeds Act. In another article, we gave a dissertation on “Common Core State Standards” on math. What we discovered should make every parent furious and ready to do battle with his or her school board. Even worse, public school curriculums now contain “Critical Race Theory”, a theory mind you that tells all Whites that they are inferior to all other races because they are guilty of systemic racism, White privilege, and White oppression. A theory that “aims to reframe the country’s history by placing the consequences of slavery and the historical evidence of Black Americans in the United States national narrative”. A theory that states America is fatally flawed and needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. According to the theory, Whites are the reason behind all social and cultural ills, especially for Blacks. The truth is “White Men Built America.”) The Programme For International Student Assessment (PISA) compares 15-year olds in developing countries. The 2015 PISA study showed that American 15-year olds placed 38th in math and 24th in science, out of 71 countries. Those numbers alone demonstrate the abysmal failure of the American education system, for any race. Future leaders of a nation are spawned in an education system. What students learn in public or private schools will literally determine the future direction of a nation. Just like they say about computers, “Garbage In, Garbage Out,” we’re filling our kid’s heads with social justice garbage in a government-induced race war based on a fabricated lie, systemic racism. Perhaps the dismal performance of American students over the last several decades explains why America is in so much trouble today and how socialist Democrats have become the party of choice of a majority of the purposely dumbed down American voter. Perhaps that is why socialist-in-chief President Biden has a 53.9% approval rating after only 100 days in office. This is a pre-ordained outcome hatched over 100 years ago in a socialist laboratory, directed by one Karl Marx. Until the moment when, after more than a year, this fortunate friend concluded his period of isolation and returned to the world, believing that he would find it just as he left it. What will this person, who was far away while we were all locked up in our houses due to the lockdowns imposed by almost every government in the world, find upon his return? Well, our friend will discover that while he devoted himself to his novel or to meditation on the Fathers of the Church, the world has literally gone mad. A flu syndrome, which according to official data causes almost the same number of deaths among the elderly and weak people as any other normal seasonal flu, has been used as a pretext to sow terror amidst the population, thanks to the complicity of politicians, the media, doctors, and law enforcement. He will see himself surrounded by people who wear masks even outdoors, because someone has said that it will prevent infection. When he returns to his hometown and wants to go shopping, he will find that he is expelled from the grocery store because he is not wearing that ridiculous muzzle, and he will not be able to go out to eat at a restaurant without being subjected to a swab test that, up until last year, was indicated as ineffective for diagnostic purposes. He will hear it said that this “pandemic” has caused millions of deaths, even if in 2020 in every nation of the world the number of dead was basically exactly the same as in preceding years. And he will also hear that, because of an influenza virus that notoriously mutates like any other coronavirus, global authorities have purchased billions of doses of vaccines that are admittedly useless, given that they do not guarantee immunity and indeed have serious side effects, which nobody wants to recognize. Our friend will be disconcerted to learn that, at the first outbreak of infections in a remote location in China, instead of blocking flights and contacts with foreign countries, there were those who shouted “racism” and took great care to show solidarity by going to eat spring rolls at the local Chinese restaurant, with a bevy of photographers and reporters in tow. He will learn from the newspapers that many nations, for more than a decade previously, had weakened public health, closed hospitals, and left their pandemic plans out of date. And he will not understand why effective treatments and home health care have been banned, instead waiting for the infected to get worse so that they can be hospitalized in intensive care units and made to die using ventilators for deep breathing. He will be shocked when they tell him that the dead were deprived of an autopsy and subjected to cremation without any religious funeral services, as if those who let them die did not want to leave any traces of their misdeeds. You can imagine how the absurdity of all this sounds incomprehensible, for a person who is not bombarded daily by terrorist news from the media. And how incomprehensible is the passivity and resigned obedience of the masses to the diktats of the civil and religious authorities. Because our friend will discover that also in church things have changed: the holy water is no longer there, the kneelers have disappeared in order to make a place for chairs spaced with signs indicating where to sit, how many persons can enter, and that Communion must be received in the hand for hygienic reasons. He will learn that not only the parish priests and the bishops have adapted to the collective madness, but they have even made a personal contribution to it, in some cases going so far as to require testing swabs and vaccines for those who want to attend services. They will show him the famous video of Bergoglio all alone in Saint Peter’s Square, or the interview in which he promotes vaccines as a “moral duty,” even if they are produced with material coming from aborted fetuses. And they will tell him that the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith hastened to declare these vaccines morally licit. When he talks with friends he has not heard from in more than a year, our friend will learn that they have been forbidden to go out, to gather for holidays, to celebrate Easter and Christmas, to go to Mass, to go to confession, to receive the Sacraments; that the State has imposed lockdowns and curfews, closing stores and restaurants, museums and gyms, schools and libraries. Everything closed, for fear of a flu virus that could be cured – that can be cured – with treatments that the WHO and other “experts” have prohibited, ordering “watchful waiting” instead. And if he asks why no one protested, he will hear that demonstrations of dissent have also been banned and repressed by the police with truncheons. They will say to him that in some nations detention centers have been constructed for those who do not want to undergo vaccination, while an app has been made mandatory that allows the tracking of citizens movements, and today the use of a subcutaneous microchip is theorized that would detect positivity for the virus or act as a vaccine passport, thanks to which it would be possible to travel in a plane or go to a restaurant. And all this was possible thanks to the silence of the magistrates, while anonymous scientific committees bossed everyone around with absurd and ineffective protocols. Millions of people confined to house arrest should have reduced the number of infections, while in reality the countries in which lockdowns were not imposed have had less deaths. Millions of people forced not to work, reduced to misery by illegitimate and unconstitutional decisions, have obeyed, waiting for ridiculous alms that are promised a thousand times and never arrive. Millions, indeed billions, of people have suffered the decisions of a few “philanthropists” who have succeeded in imposing vaccines produced by pharmaceutical companies of which they are the main shareholders, with the approval of supervisory bodies that they primarily finance. No conflict of interest, no crime against humanity, no violation of natural liberties and of the fundamental rights of citizens. Everything has gone smoothly, like in a dystopian movie. Well, dear friend, what our friend is facing is the fantasy world desired by the Great Reset, by the proponents of the New World Order, by the followers of the globalist sect. A transhuman world, in which algorithms born from sick, diabolical minds decide if you can leave the house, which treatments should be administered, which activities are allowed to continue, and which people have the right to work. And while we were imprisoned without bars in our homes, believing in the maniacal ads on television and social media, under the cover of darkness they were installing 5G towers everywhere, in order to make possible the technological breakthrough that is meant to connect everyone and everything, from blenders to iPads, from electric cars to distance learning. With the perpetual obligation of maintaining “social distance” and being vaccinated every six months, even if things go well, in the name of a pandemic whose damage is not seen except in the media narrative and in its unfortunate management by politicians and doctors of the regime. Our friend is not a doctor, but since he has not lived this year and a half of health delirium bombarded by mainstream news on his TV, computer and cell phone, he is able to grasp the madness of what has happened to all of us, together with the criminal plan that has been perpetrated by the elite. Nor will it escape him – as it does not escape us – that the Catholic hierarchy has played a role in imposing the official narrative, using the authority of the Church to ratify a monstrous crime, a colossal fraud against both God and man. If we make a comparison between how we lived in January 2020 and how we have been reduced to living today, we cannot fail to recognize the success of this infernal plan, accepted by the majority of people as unavoidable. There are those who, unable to accept the intrinsic irrationality of the provisions adopted by their rulers, suspend all judgment and hand themselves over to their executioners. Others, trying to find a supernatural meaning in collective madness, pray to God for the end of a non-existent plague or adapt to the new pagan liturgies of Covid. Still others, more combative, are unable to resign themselves to the monstrosity of what is happening and hope for a divine intervention. If only we had the good sense to think autonomously, to use the rationality with which we have been endowed by the Eternal Father, we would immediately understand that this horror is nothing but the “world turned upside down” that is desired by the eternal Enemy of the human race, the hell on earth longed for by the servants of Satan, the New Infernal Order that is the prelude to the advent of the Antichrist and the end times. Only in this way will we be able to understand the apostasy of the highest levels of the Church, all taken to give proof of obedience to the globalist ideology, to the point of denying Christ on the Cross and preferring the heavy chains of Lucifer to the gentle yoke of Christ. If there is a “Great Reset” that humanity really needs, this can only come in the return to God, in a true conversion of individuals and of society to Christ the King, which for too long we have allowed to be dethroned in the name of a perverse freedom that permits and legitimizes everything except the Good. Anthony Fauci Gave Scientists Over $400,000 to Make “Humanized Mice” With Scalps From Aborted Babies

According to its research, Fauci’s agency, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) under the National Institutes of Health, gave more than $400,000 in taxpayer funding to University of Pittsburgh researchers to conduct the experiment.

Researchers involved with the study did not respond to queries for comment on the research. The NIAID and Anthony Fauci also did not respond to queries seeking more information about the project’s funding, including how often the NIAID funds projects using aborted fetal remains.

Federal records show that the NIAID supplied the project with about $430,000 in funding over 2018 and 2019.
The information comes from a study that University of Pittsburgh researchers published in September 2020 in the journal “Scientific Reports.” The study also mentions receiving support from National Institutes of Health award P30CA047904 and the NIH Fogarty International Center source D43TW010039; so it is not clear exactly how much tax money was spent in total on the experiment.
In the study, scientists used scalps from aborted babies between 18 and 20 weeks of pregnancy to create “humanized” mice and rats to study the human immune system. The researchers described it as “full-thickness human skin.”
Along with their article, the researchers published photos of their experiment – horrific images that show tufts of babies’ hair growing on the rodents.
Earlier this week, a new video from the Center for Medical Progress shared details about the gristly experiment and other research projects at the university involving aborted baby body parts. CMP founder David Daleiden also testified about his research to Pennsylvania lawmakers.
Herb Geraghty, executive director of Rehumanize International and a graduate of the university, expressed horror at the recent revelations.
“As a proud Pitt graduate, I was shocked to learn the extent to which my alma mater participates in this type of medical and scientific research,” Geraghty said. “As a taxpayer, I was horrified to learn that our government is actively funding this cruelty.”
Rehumanize International, Students for Life of America, the Pennsylvania Family Council, Choose Life at Pitt, 40 Days for Life Pittsburgh and others are planning the protest. They also are collecting signatures on an open letter that calls on the University of Pittsburgh to end its experiments with aborted babies and for the Pennsylvania General Assembly to conduct a full investigation.

Seasonal influenza, also known as “the flu,” visits America every year, similar to tornados, thunderstorms, heat waves, and snowstorms. As tracked by the CDC, over the past decade symptomatic flu cases ranged from 9 to 45 million cases per year in the US. Hospitalizations varied from 140 to 810 thousand, and deaths from 12 to 61 thousand, depending on the particular year, strain of influenza, and effectiveness of the vaccine. This year, “flu activity is unusually low at this time” according to CDC surveillance. Since late September 2020, they recorded only about 2000 cases, a minute fraction of the tens of millions of cases in past years. Hospitalizations this flu season are minimal with only 224 confirmed influenza hospitalizations from September 2020 to mid-April 202, nowhere near the hundreds of thousands of hospitalizations in past seasons. Deaths are harder to measure since the CDC conveniently changedhow deaths are characterized this past year. Instead of pneumonia, influenza, and COVID being in separate categories, now it’s called PIC, lumping the three entities together. For children, the CDC doesn’t use PIC as COVID hospitalization or death in children is exceedingly rare, unless the child is immunocompromised. In each of the past three years, pediatric deaths ranged from 144 to 198 per year. This current flu season has seen only one single child die from the flu. So what happened to the flu? From millions of cases to a few thousand. It would like having a winter with no snow, which despite predictions of NY Times climate experts, hasn’t come close to happening. Perhaps the flu cases are mysteriously lost, like Hillary Clinton’s emails, Hunter Biden’s laptop, or John Durham’s sealed indictments. A virologist was perplexed and honest. According to the New York Times, “We don’t really have a clue,” said Richard Webby, a virologist at the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. “We’re in uncharted territory. We haven’t had an influenza season this low, I think as long as we’ve been measuring it. So what the potential implications are is a bit unclear.” Other than an occasional news story like the one above, the media has been rather uninterested in this fluke of science, instead, wringing their paws over an election audit in Arizona or Frank Luntz and Kevin McCarthy shacking up. As big media is too busy looking for racism hiding behind every Republican, let’s explore why the flu might have mysteriously vanished. One theory is that public health measures for COVID eradicated the flu. Did we just now discover hygiene? Was last year the first time that Americans washed their hands and used hand sanitizer? We have always done these things. And if they worked to stop the flu, why didn’t they stop COVID? We didn’t need Dr. Fauci scolding us into isolation when sick. Those ill with the flu stayed home until better. We naturally distanced when sick. Again, if these measures, far more draconian this year, stopped the flu, why didn’t they also stop COVID? Perhaps the flu vaccine last season was a home run, unlike the 40-60 percent effectiveness of past seasons, one year as low as 19 percent effective. In a normal flu season, the vaccination rate is between 50-60 percent. It was likely much lower last year during COVID as a flu shot was not a priority and many avoided going to the doctor unless necessary. Maybe it was the incessant mask use, going from none to one to two to one, according to Dr. Fauci’s whims. If masks worked so well, why weren’t we told to wear them every flu season, preventing tens of thousands of deaths and hundreds of thousands of hospitalizations? It is not like masks were just invented last year. Does size matter? The influenza virus is 80-120 nanometers. COVID is similar in size, 50-140 nm. If, as we are incessantly told, masks work to save lives from COVID, then they should work similarly for influenza. Yet COVID cases are high and influenza cases are near zero. Why is that? The pore size in standard surgical masks is 300 nm to 10,000 nm, far larger than either virus, meaning masks cannot explain the discrepancy. Masks don’t stop either virus, which is why we never masked up during past flu pandemics. Unless the masks contain a pore bouncer, letting in only COVID but telling influenza to get lost. In addition, if masks work, why the push for the vaccine? If the vaccine works, and it does far more effectively than the flu vaccine, why are we still masked up? It can’t be both ways. Except in Congress where the few Biden speech attendees, all vaccinated, were distanced and covering their faces. Do they consider the message they are sending? Apparently not. The NY Times article suggests previous public exposure to influenza with no previous exposure to COVID might explain things. But every year there is “previous public exposure” to influenza and every year plenty of flu cases. Until this year. As influenza occurs every year, there is always natural immunity to influenza yet there are always many cases the following year. What changed? Could “the mere presence of the corona virus” suppress flu cases? As in the big tough Chinese alpha male coronavirus scaring away the metrosexual beta male influenza virus? Has social justice and wokeness penetrated viral capsids? Perhaps that makes sense to CNN anchors. I’ll throw out an idea, namely testing. Perhaps COVID numbers are artificially high due to PCR cycle thresholds, as I have written about. At cycle threshold of 35-40, “up to 90 percent of people testing positive carried barely any virus”according to the NY Times, meaning most positives are false positives. Deliberately attributingaccidental deaths to COVID falsely inflates the death counts. What if influenza cases were incorrectly labeled as COVID? After all, everything now is called PIC. Perhaps the influenza numbers are much higher and COVID numbers much lower based on misclassification. The CDC wouldn’t play numbers games like that would they? Sure they would. The CDC changed its cycle threshold for “vaccine breakthrough cases,” those cases occurring post vaccination, to 28, far below that for normal cases of 40 or higher, to reduce COVID cases numbers after the vaccine. Imagine if they had done that last year. COVID cases numbers would resemble that of a bad flu season. The CDC was happy to let high case numbers work against President Trump last year when he was campaigning for reelection but now want to lower case numbers to favor their heralded vaccines. This is the same CDC that allowed a national teachers union to help draft school opening guidance, just as Congress lets lobbyists write legislation. Can the CDC be trusted? The CDC director said their data, “suggests that vaccinated people do not carry the virus” yet vaccinated people are still distanced and masked. Is the CDC about public health or just another political arm of the ruling class, like the FBI and DOJ? Are the vanishing flu cases just a numbers game, the CDC playing three-card Monte, hiding flu cases while America bets her economy on this con game, the American people coming up short, and the Democrats always winning? Facebook Board Scolds Company for Trump Ban Decision

The company later announced the ban was indefinite, but said its independent board would be taking a look at the decision. They have now done exactly that and made a surprising comment.
On May 5, the Oversight Board upheld the ban on Trump’s use of Facebook and Instagram. However, the members of the board ruled it was “not appropriate” for the social media company to “impose the indeterminate and standardless penalty of indefinite suspension.” They explained that Facebook typically removes the questionable content, permanently disables the account, or imposes a ban for a certain period of time; in this case, none of those steps were taken.https:
The Oversight Board then threw the case back to Facebook and told the company it should review the ban again to determine a “proportionate response” that’s consistent with the punishments it has handed out to other users. In other words, Trump should not have been treated differently because of who he is.
The ruling seems to confirm what Conservatives have known all along: the 45th president was unfairly banned from the platform because he is Donald Trump.

If one came from Mars and examined the policies of the California legislature, courts, state-wide officials, and governor, one would conclude that it is designed to destroy the emerging Mexican-American middle class (if we can even use such a sloppy term for vastly increasing numbers of so-called mixed marriages and families). The cause ultimately is that California is overrepresented by those in Bay Area zip codes and underrepresented by those from Sacramento to Bakersfield. The former are idealists, the latter pragmatists. The consequences of the ideas of the one fall in reality on the other. In extremis, we require more a man who can put on a roof or pour cement than we do a Facebook auditor who censors what he is told by his monopoly employer. Examine the following: EnergyCalifornia, after Hawaii, has the most expensive gas and electricity prices in the country. Why? The state sits on top of billions of cubic feet of untapped natural gas. It could double its oil output. Its gas taxes are the highest in the nation; its highways among the very worst. What is the purpose behind punishing hard-working families with charging them exorbitant rates for turning on their air-conditioning (Bakersfield and Fresno do not have tolerable summer-time temperatures like San Francisco or the coast in general), or charging them an extra $1-a-gallon as they drive trucks and trailers to do landscaping, carpentry, and general construction? Who created this green mania? Mostly coastal elites whose chief experience with Hispanics is as employers of domestic help, gardening, cooking, nannying, and cleaning, mostly in the sense of hiring resident aliens, both legal and illegal. SchoolsMastery of language, spoken and oral, history, math, science, and engineering are the keys to upward mobility, and most second-and third-generation Hispanics want an opportunity for competitive schools. We are baffled that California housing has soared 30-40 percent in the last 12 months when labor is short, and building materials scarce, while regulators are plentiful and zero-interest keeps the entire house of cards standing for maybe a year or so more. In sumThe state is waiting for a middle-class populist who runs on the issues of fairness to the middle classes, appeals to all races and ethnicities on the basis of practical rather than tribal affinities, and renounces cheap virtue signaling. Britt Beemer, thought that the Columbine shooting had changed our country’s mindset. His surveys show 70% of parents now think danger in schools will continue to increase. “Informed parents” are, also, dissatisfied with public school’s drugs, peer pressure, and poor teaching. He sees a trend towards single income families and home schooling.
After 60 years of feminist propaganda, parents appear to be realizing that children are smarter and healthier when they spend more time with them. After 150 years of education propaganda, parents are beginning to see public schools as unsafe to the moral, intellectual, and bodily safety of their kids. John Taylor Gatto — former New York City and State Teacher of the Year — documents how the education system purposely has created a mass of illiterates. His book, The Underground History of American Education, demonstrates that in 1840 — before public education — 93% to 100% of poor and rich had “complex literacy.”
But, since “compulsory” schools began, each succeeding generation has become more illiterate. After WWII, with increased funding of public schools, black illiteracy doubled and white illiteracy quadrupled. Notice that the increased funding of our public schools preceded the “dumbing down” which in turn preceded the violence.
Justice Department records show that violent criminals are overwhelmingly (80%) illiterate. Since WWII, as illiteracy increased, so did crime. Out-of-wedlock births quadrupled and in the 60’s “bizarre violence … became common.”
Why the “dumbing down”? Gatto documents that throwing money at education is a waste unless certain instituted changes are reversed. The first “well-documented” change that gave rise to illiteracy was the American schools’ massive conversion to “non-phonetic ways of teaching reading.”
Then, in the 1960’s, schools began replacing Christian morality and discipline with reinforcement schedules. There was no longer right or wrong, only the sterile, therapeutic concepts of “positive and negative reinforcement” to maintain the “social order.” It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why in the 60’s “bizarre violence… became common.”
As the strange psychology of “planned smiles”, “stern looks”, “self-esteem” and “aggression management” replaced the Ten Commandments, school security guards and metal detectors became a growth industry.
And teachers that were true educators, like Jaime Estalante of Stand and Deliver fame, and teachers-of-the-year like John Gatto were weeded out. Look it up on the Internet — they were both forced out. We all can remember two or three good teachers like Estalante and Gatto, but they were the exceptions, not the rule.
If it is true — as Gatto with overwhelming evidence shows in his book — that the educational system purposely has created a mass of illiterates, and if Justice Department statistics are true that violent criminals are overwhelmingly (80%) illiterate, then is it possible that the education system is creating a Communist “army of monsters”?
Renowned statistician William Briggs may be right in saying that public schools are creating a Communist “army of monsters” that needs to be “[d]efund[ed]… [i]mmediately”:
This was written in a fit of optimism, and with the tacit assumption that you should no longer go to college or let your kids go to college.
I cannot insist on this strongly enough. You should consider removing your children, if you love them, from all public schools. Home school if you can. In any case, get them out of college. If you are a professor who still believes in Truth and Reality now is your time to be a man. Go down fighting. Do not get purged as a coward.
College is not necessary. Listen: the oligarchs will not do their own plumbing or wiring, and they’ll still want it done competently. Remember a line from 1984: only the proles are free…
… The original reason for college was sound: train men in the ways of the scholar and the pursuit of Truth, all Truth being from God. That purpose still exists, and the need is just as strong as ever. Which is to say, it is not that strong. This calling is only for the very, very few. We need, in a country of our size, perhaps four institutions devoted to training and housing scholars.
We also need electronic toys. Trade schools, which take in fresh boys of, say, thirteen, and spit out electronists at eighteen would fill our needs of men to make these toys. These trade schools would produce better electronists than the current practice of forcing boys to sit through four years of mind-numbing high school and four more of college, half of which is devoted to indoctrination.
We do not need to worry about these electronists not being “well rounded”, just as we do not worry that car mechanics are not “well rounded.” If electronists want to read, they will read, and they are less likely to read bad books when on their own. If they do not read, they won’t. Why worry about it?
Naturally, we can expand trade schools to cover every subject that requires memorization and facility with a deep background of facts. Medicine, math, chemistry, priests, hairdressing. Whatever. The hairdressing is not a joke: we need good barbers (England in particular does). Priests and hairdressers already have their own trade schools, as does medicine and law, but entrance is inefficiently and inexplicably restricted only to the indoctrinated, except for hairdressers.
We also need car mechanics, plumbers, carpenters, surveyors, people who can wrestle PowerPoint to produce slide “decks” to annoy people with at meetings in megacorps.
All of these things, indeed everything but becoming a scholar, could be done faster, better, cheaper, and with less political manipulation at tech or trade schools. If Intel was smart, they’d fund their own, requiring those that graduate to work for them a certain number of years. The students would emerge without astronomical debt, and without anything stuck up their nether regions to demonstrate their commitment to Pride.
If there is an interest in a trade school for grievance studies, why, they can create one for that, too. As it is, a griever emerges from a college with a “degree” which tells its holder she is much smarter and more deserving of respect than she really is. Just as the blubber, piercings, and blue hair dye hide her beauty, the “degree” disguises her mental weaknesses. Colleges are the Dr Frankensteins who created the army of monsters, Karens and Karls, who think they know something because a piece of paper says they do.
We barely listed the benefits of defunding colleges and universities. It would eliminate the farce of “amateur” sports, it would cancel High school, it would keep schools lean and as free as possible from infiltration, it would lessen publish or perish, it would to some extent lift the weight of government influence over research. Kids get jobs and start families earlier, without all that de rigueur campus “experimentation”.

During the 2016 presidential election, for example, an analysis by The Hill revealed that 99.7 percent of all political spending by Department of Education bureaucrats went to Hillary Clinton—the highest of any federal department.
Even after Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos took up her post, the left-wing extremism from the department continued to spew forth. Indeed, on Feb. 12, 2017, the department’s Twitter account posted a quote by Communist Party USA member W.E.B. Du Bois—with his name misspelled, no less, drawing national ridicule.
Among other absurdities, Du Bois claimed the USSR, led by one of the most brutal and murderous regimes in human history, was the “most hopeful country on earth.” During the darkest depths of the “Great Leap Forward,” Du Bois even held multiple meetings with mass-murdering communist Chinese dictator Mao Zedong, and the two were always pictured with smiles on their faces.
These are some of the people who control U.S. education. Under the previous administration, the department, using “stimulus” money to bribe states into compliance, even imposed Obama-backed national standards on the nation—standards that are aligned with international schemes, too. … Liberals and progressives, of course, don’t want Trump in charge of their children’s education, any more than conservatives want Obama or Biden running it.
“Unelected bureaucrats in Washington, D.C. should not be in charge of our children’s intellectual and moral development,” Massie said. “States and local communities are best positioned to shape curricula that meet the needs of their students.”
The group U.S. Parents Involved in Education (USPIE) is working to end all federal involvement in education, too.
“Although this experiment with federal control of local public schools has gone on for half a century now, it has failed,” USPIE President Sheri Few told The Epoch Times. “The U.S. Department of Education has existed because it is about control and not about children.
“We need to stop treating children like guinea pigs in some social engineering laboratory.”
The U.S. Constitution and common sense both demand that the federal government gets out of education. That would be a great step forward. However, as this series has documented, the government education system has been controlled by collectivists from the very beginning. That means getting the feds out, by itself, won’t solve the systemic problems plaguing education in the United States today.
Still, ending all “Fed Ed” may be a decent place to start. And with Trump in the White House, perhaps both sides of the aisle could work together on this, as a first step to much more far-reaching reforms.

Biden’s Border Problem Is Exploding May 6, 2021 Catholic League president Bill Donohue comments on President Biden’s border problem: President Biden is getting high marks for his overall performance, but if there is one issue that is dogging him, it is the crisis at the border. He even refuses to call it a crisis. Indeed, neither he nor his border-in-chief vice president has shown any interest in visiting the border. Two new surveys spell disaster for the president on this subject. The Pew Research Center poll found that almost 7 in 10 Americans say Biden is doing a bad job dealing with the increasing number of migrants who are crashing our border. Most want more staffing and resources made available to handle the throngs of people, often unaccompanied children, who are seeking asylum. The majority also favor improving the safety and sanitary conditions facing these people. The public knows that the situation is worse now than before. In fact, over the past year there has been a 20% increase in the share of Americans who say illegal immigration is a “very big” national problem. A poll by tippinsights (TIPP), commissioned by the National Sheriffs’ Association, found that 55% of Americans think the border crisis is making matters worse for migrant women, many of whom are forced into indentured servitude and prostitution. Almost 6 in 10 say that the increase in migrants who are suffering (e.g., drowning) is preventable. Half believe the southern border crisis is contributing to the spread of Covid. Since Biden took office, he has issued almost 100 executive orders on immigration, approximately half of which reversed initiatives taken by the Trump administration. According to Rep. Scott Franklin, “What’s happening to our border is unprecedented. We are on track for more illegal border crossings in 2021 than any time in the past 15 years—perhaps ever.” Biden is not only out-of-step with the public; he is at odds with the bishops as well. The bishops along the border of the United States and northern Mexico released a joint statement last month saying, “Undoubtedly, nations have a right to maintain their borders. This is vital to their sovereignty and self-determination. At the same time, there is a shared responsibility of all nations to preserve human life and provide for safe, orderly, and humane immigration, including the right to asylum.” The Pew survey suggests that the public and these bishops are pretty much on the same page. We need to protect our borders and improve conditions for migrants. It is Biden who is out of sync. A Lexis-Nexis search of Donald Trump and “we must protect our borders” turned up 884 instances where his name appeared with these words in a news story. A search of Joe Biden on this measure turned up one (that was over a year ago, and it was conditional in nature). We need to know why. Why is there such reluctance on the part of President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to speak forthrightly about this issue? Why do they seemingly want to have more illegal aliens in our country? Moreover, Harris needs to stop with talk about “root causes.” It is a dodge: If we treated every problem this way, it would be a prescription for paralysis. At the very least, Harris needs to speak directly to those who are suffering, as well as to border patrol agents who are burdened by current policies. That, however, cannot be done from Washington, D.C.
