Several months ago, I wrote an article that included a reference to HBO removing the movie Gone With The Wind from its film catalog until it could add a disclaimer to the introduction explaining the film’s unfavorable treatment of Blacks and slavery. This morning I happened to read two stories in the New York Post about two NYC School administrators, one White and one Hispanic, who were removed from their positions as school administrators. 
The white administrator, Karen Ames, who is Jewish, over 40, had to take a demotion to protect her pension, is now suing NYC. During an administrative bias workshop, participants were asked to tell personal stories; Ames, who talked about her grandparents’ experiences in the Holocaust, was chastised, told she wasn’t Black enough. She refused to participate at the end of the Superintendents meeting by singing black power “Wakanda” and performing the “black power salute. (New York Post, Susan Edleman, 2/20/21.)
A Dominican-American administrator and veteran Bronx educator, head of Community School District 12 in the Bronx, Rafaela Espinal, after the conclusion of an administrative meeting, also refused to use the black power salute and sing “Wakanda.” She was fired only one year short of her pension. Desperate to keep her retirement benefits and health insurance, she accepted a demotion to school investigator, a relatively minor role without a phone desk or office. When coupled with the turbulent “cancel culture” and the “politially correct” movement, these seemingly insignificant incidents indicate the hysteria being forced upon this country by a minority of Black activists and their radically left Whites, enthralled by their newfound power over the majority White and Hispanic population. The general population is now being brainwashed into thinking that not being black or brown is disgraceful and racist. 
Guess who the brainwashers are? Yes, you’re right. They are the far-left communists and socialists (Black and White) committed to using race as their tool to weaken and divide our country. The political aspirations of the Democratic/Socialist party benefit from this mayhem. The Biden’s, Harris’s, Schumer’s, Pelosi’s, Schiff’s, and the rest of their political hacks keep getting elected on their false promises to make things better for the poor inner-city Blacks. They never have!
There can be no plausible denial that communist-trained activists dominate the BLM leadership and strategies. Now add the far left print and television media whose ranks are overrun with Marxist ideals. Now add to this mix the Hollywood elitists falling all over themselves to preach to the general public how much Black Lives Matter. They postulate their message of shock and dismay to Whites in upper-middle and higher socio-economic ranks who are made to feel guilty of being White and can’t wait to apologize over our past southern historical connections to slavery and Jim Crowism. 
American corporations are frightened by the threats of being blackmailed by protests, strikes, and boycotts. They would like us to falsely believe that poor inner-city blacks’ problems and Blacks’ image today are still solely the results of slavery that ended over 150 years ago. That is just nonsense. 
The radicals would like to paint a picture of all Blacks the same way. However, each year more and more black families in our country increase middle and upper-middle-class socioeconomic levels. The BLM hustlers and the far-left politicians, for political purposes, use poor inner-city Blacks as the true story of our country’s Black experience. It is just not true, and it is deliberately distorted.
After the end of the Civil War and despite segregation and “Jim Crow” laws, a close examination of southern Black culture reveals that southern Blacks, largely dependent upon an agricultural-based economy, led to the development of independent black-owned small businesses and professionals catering primarily to the Black community. Predominately Black Educational institutes turned out a plethora of teachers, religious leaders, administrators, lawyers, nurses, and professionals serving Black communities all over the south. A culture of religious observance grew stronger, and family life flourished despite financial hardships and being considered second-class citizens. Despite the hateful restrictions of prejudicial “Jim Crow” legislation, Black families retained religious affiliations and reinforced their family bond and family culture.
The promise of a better life, a promise made by northern Mayors, State Politicians, and Industrialists. “Come on up and work for a better life away from the struggle of the fields.” So they came north to cities and factory jobs booming in the late thirties and through the second World War and the recovery after the war. They discovered that the prejudice of the North was even more insidious because it was covert. 
While the money they earned in factories was better than working in the fields, northern living expenses were considerably more costly living in urban neighborhoods. Depression poor Whites resented the influx of black workers into the northern cities and urban areas. White flight resulted, and soon ghetto neighborhoods sprung to life in urban areas. The Utopia of promised northern migration failed to be realized. It was replaced by a realization that life in the North was just as difficult as life in the segregated south. Perhaps even more so without the comfort, culture, and support of the deep south’s Black infrastructure and culture. 
So, with the end of the war and the return home of millions of veterans, job opportunities became scarce. White flight to the suburbs contributed to the deterioration of the inner city. Scarcity of good civic services such as schools, hospitals, and social services became acute, and most importantly, large factories fled, causing massive unemployment. 
Crime in the Ghetto became a major source of employment. Even today, Black upon Black crime flourishes and grows. Prostitution, drugs, theft, muggings, and fraud exist. Then through the generosity of Lyndon Johnson’s “Great Society,” many poor inner-city blacks became dependent upon government handouts. One could estimate that about five or more generations of inner-city blacks have not had the opportunity to have gainful employment in many cases. 
As Daniel “Pat” Moynihan wrote, family instability and the loss of a stable family structure effectively contributed to the deterioration of poor inner-city blacks’ lives today. The number of children born to unwed mothers grew, while the political left’s answer to addressing culture’s destruction is increased handouts, and its answer to crime is to defund the police. How is that working in Chicago, Minneapolis, Portland, New York?
The passage of public assistance bills, loaded with handouts and pork, will not solve poor inner-city black families’ problems. 
Encouraging and increasing private sector employment opportunities will. 
Providing on-job training funds to employers of inner-city blacks will. 
Providing school choice to inner-city children will. 
Getting mentally disturbed individuals off the streets into institutions will. 
Providing educational day-care options for working inner-city families will. 
Most importantly, enforcing crime prevention and restoration of funding for law enforcement in inner-cities will.
The image of the inner-city black person today, among many, is at the lowest it’s ever been. Thanks to the BLM efforts, Antifa and the Democratic/Socialist politicians’ encouragement, rioting, burning, robbing, murdering, and mugging are now descriptors of Black behavior. Portraying BLM and Antifa thugs as heroes encourages criminal behavior. Is it any wonder that Whites, Hispanics, and Black families are intimidated and receptive to shakedowns and afraid not to speak out for fear of violent reprisals. Is it any wonder politicians and hustlers like Al Sharpton, Maxine Waters, Kamala Harris, and BLM leaders take advantage of horrific behavior and encourage such actions for votes. Does anyone think that removing historical names from schools and buildings will help inner-city Blacks improve their status in life? I don’t.
Now that the Democratic/Socialists in the house established a process of impeachment of individuals after their Presidency is completed, what next? Impeach George Washington? Thomas Jefferson? How about John Kennedy and Barack Obama? It’s silly. 
The denigration of our history and denying our children the right they have to learn about the good and, yes, the bad, is the abandonment of reality for the sake of affixing blame upon the public. It accomplishes nothing but divides and conquers. 
For years the Democratic/Socialist Party has been perpetuating a big Ponzi scheme on this country. They create a crisis, cry the “Sky is Falling,” and use the crisis to further their political power desires. 
But that is the goal of the Democratic /Socialists and the far-left radicals. Our job as responsible Conservatives is to concentrate our efforts on regaining control of the house and senate in 2022 and again in 2024. 
To do this, we will have to talk, scream and fight to expose the lies and harm that is being perpetrated upon this country. We must do no less than a fully committed effort.

Biden’s “United States is now a Sanctuary Jurisdiction for Sexual Predators”

The American Citizen Press reported that Joe Biden’s “cancellation of this program effectively broadcasts to the world that the United States is now a sanctuary jurisdiction for sexual predators”:

President Joe Biden’s administration canceled an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) program targeting sex offenders for deportation.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt (R) is leading a coalition of 18 states to reinstate Operation Talon. Schmitt and the 17 other attorneys general signed the letter to Biden, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, and ICE Acting Director Tae Johnson.

The letter states, “The cancellation of this program effectively broadcasts to the world that the United States is now a sanctuary jurisdiction for sexual predators. This message creates a perverse incentive for foreign sexual predators to seek to enter the United States illegally and assault more victims, both in the process of unlawful migration and after they arrive. Last year, it appears that Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò summed up why this is happening when he stated: 

“The enemy, in reality, is no longer invisible. The web of corruption, pedophilia, child pornography, ritual homicides, and Satanic worship unites all – and I repeat, all – of these servants of the global elite. Even those who pursue only economic interests, in the end, know that their bosses in one way or another are involved in criminal trafficking and are friends with people linked to the occult and witchcraft – think of Marina Abramovic, for example – who in turn are celebrity endorsers of Bill Gates and the Rothschilds, are invited to parties with the Clintons and John Podesta, with the Obamas, or to Epstein’s island.”

A STATE OF WAR

No sane person relishes the thought of War. War is the greatest scourge of mankind and anyone who has been to war will tell you that. But make no mistake, America is at war today. The guns are silent in this conflict but our nation has been paralyzed by fear from largely an unknown and invisible invader known as COVID-19. It was unleashed on the world by China who seized upon an opportunity to launch a virus manufactured in a lab in Wuhan, China, and that virus, is a weapon of mass destruction equally as potent as any cyber or nuclear attack. We were caught asleep at the wheel as were 188 countries around the world. We have responded with typical American resilience, tenacity, dedication, ingenuity, and resolve. But what if it happens again? Do we have the stamina, the will to achieve victory?
The other day while picking up a prescription from my pharmacy, I asked a very bright pharmacist how he would re-open America. Well, I wish I had a camcorder to record his emotional, justified tirade. “John, I just don’t have the facts, and it seems that neither does anyone else. I turn to one source for information and they say one thing. I turn to another and they say something different. There are the “openers” and there are the “status quo” advocates looking at the same available information like economists and coming up with different conclusions. People are increasingly afraid – big time – and no one seems to be able to explain the true story to them because they are confused themselves. I’m frustrated as hell and give up on trying to figure things out. Frequently, the patients ask me for my opinion and I feel like I let them down for I have none.”  So, this essay is an attempt to help clarify what is the broader message of the Wuhan Virus and, in addition, suggestions on how to begin to open America, alleviate fear and focus attention on the things we can do to address this crisis. But first, we need to set the record straight and cite some incontrovertible facts:                                    THE TRUE UNTOLD COVID-19 STORY This relatively benign virus, as far viruses can go, arrived like a thief in the night, and all we had as a defense against it were questionably effective masks, gloves, social distancing, and ventilators for when patients were in crisis.  Our nation’s military has satellite imagery capable of viewing a gnat on the ass of an elephant from hundreds of miles in space, sophisticated radar able to track missiles and aircraft, but none of these modern military technologies were capable of identifying this invader! And, puzzlingly, few asked why we had no other weapons. But, more importantly, we have been lulled into incorrectly believing that a vaccine is the solution to this national continuing catastrophe. It is not! Not by a long shot. Let me explain. There are few vaccines that are totally effective against viruses and bacteria. Regarding viruses, to develop a single vaccine – to my knowledge, no one has proposed administering two different types of vaccines together – requires an enormous effort, time and costs. Even if successful, it won’t be 100% effective as well as not lasting a lifetime. That is the nature of vaccines. Just think about the flu vaccine…people still get the flu and die from the flu…and we have a vaccine for it! 
Succinctly put, the Wuhan Virus will not disappear but become dormant and will remain with us. That is a clinical fact. The vaccines that have been developed and are now being distributed to the public are not vaccines. They have not undergone rigorous human clinical trials. They are biological agents. There is a profound difference between biological agents and vaccines. More importantly, you should know that when you receive the agent you are required to indemnify the company and the government from any claims should something go wrong. You are bearing great risk. Equally, you should know that being injected with this agent will not prevent you from spreading the virus. So, we now have two and possibly three injectable agents available to the public. The next task is how we go about insuring everyone in America receives the injection? The hard-nosed answer is we cannot. 
There are people who will refuse the vaccine based on the fact that they feel it cannot be safe and because democrats and their media twits will say “Trump forced this into the market too fast.” Then there are those who will refuse vaccination for themselves and their children because they read someplace that vaccines cause autism. I have no doubt the machinery is in place to effectively distribute the vaccine but getting people to accept it is entirely a different subject. 
Now, if you think giving Governors’ and Mayors’ power over people in their states and cities works think about this: How about new rules which say restaurants cannot serve patrons who have not been vaccinated! So, all of a sudden you will need a card from a physician or clinic indicating you have been vaccinated in order to go out to eat. What about school? Can you imagine children being turned away from school because they have not had the magical Wuhan injection? What about travel and vacations? How long will it be before rules are enacted that prohibit people from flying to other states, staying in hotels, etc without proof of receiving the Wuhan Injection? 
The list is endless and puts power into the hands of the wrong people who have demonstrated time and time again that they do not have a clue about leadership and that they are woefully inept during this crisis. I give you Andrew Cuomo Governor of New York, Phil Murphy, Governor of New Jersey, and Gavin Newsom of California. Frankly, I wouldn’t put these bozos in charge of cleaning horse dung from stables.
Now, just imagine if another different coronavirus is “accidentally”released into our country. I am not trying to create unnecessary fear but such an occurrence is not very difficult to imagine and must be viewed as likely to happen. When and if that happens, the entire lengthy vaccine process must begin anew with virtually zero probability of success for the total eradication of the infection. These are just the facts and Anthony Fauci, MD, the new Hollywood darling of TV and the people at the NIH and CDC know it full well. WHAT CAN BE DONE Modern inexpensive, relatively easy to perform technology such as CRISP and gain-in-action experiments make it possible to create new, highly infectious, and lethal microorganisms even in a hidden small rogue controlled laboratory. For example, the bacterium which causes the bubonic plague that historically has killed multimillions of people and changed the course of history is still with us. Fortunately, current antibiotics are effective clinical treatments against this lethal bug. But with modern bioengineering technology, however, the genome may be modified to make it resistant to such antibiotics. 
The unequivocal message of THE Wuhan Virus is that biological warfare, in addition to conventional, nuclear, and cyberspace warfare, has arrived, and we are woefully unprepared to fight potential enemy microorganisms, a daunting challenge to any President regardless of political party or affiliation. Yes, we have the Biological Weapons Convention which prohibits the creation of lethal microorganisms and the dismantling of existing ones, but it is generally ignored and also impossible to regulate or enforce. Because of the power of our competitive, pervasive modern information-misinformation system, and a mainstream media who long ago scrapped the disciplines of journalistic integrity, the public and even our leaders have been lulled into believing that a Wuhan Injection is the answer to our problem. It clearly is not. Yes, we should continue to develop a vaccine but let’s not be fooled. What then, you ask is the answer? It is to develop pharmaceuticals or drugs like penicillin and insulin or biologicals which, for example, contain mixtures of immunological substances that will effectively treat and cure viral and bacterial infections. 
Unlike vaccines which require thousands of patients and long periods of time for testing of efficacy and safety, treatment remedies can be rapidly and inexpensively clinically evaluated to determine their effectiveness in a small number of patients within months. But, of course, continued research and development of vaccines must also continue for there is the possibility of discovering treatment vaccines however remote and, also because the scientific knowledge gained is invaluable. 
Equally, the use of cocktails including Hydroxyhloriquine, Zinc, and Azithomyacin have indeed proven effective as an initial treatment regimen early in the diagnosis of the Wuhan Virus, but a corrupt media, in an ongoing effort to demean President Trump spread falsehoods and misinformation about this simple remedy. Though treatment therapies are clearly the answer, this solution is generally ignored and decried by the media and, therefore the public is generally unaware of it. For example, physician and former Commissioner of the FDA, Scott Gottlieb, wrote an opinion piece in the Wall Street Journal emphasizing that treatment therapies such as pharmaceuticals or drugs are the best answer. To date, however, I have seen no media follow-up on this critical message which is a message unto itself regarding our information system and understanding what we are dealing with. Fortunately, I do know that President Trump and the NIH have authorized ongoing research into therapeutics but that one salient fact is largely unknown because the media hasn’t publicized it. RESEARCH-WHERE ARE WE That brings us to the next question of what exactly is going on with research? Well, that’s difficult to precisely answer for we, with certain exceptions regarding controversial drugs, are inundated by information solely regarding vaccines. But the good news is that expanding technology such as Artificial Intelligence coupled with our superb men and women scientists and research-oriented medical doctors are now in full gear. 
Stephen DeFelice, MD, a close friend, and colleague, is now retired from a lifetime of medical research which included a time at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. DeFelice, among many other things, introduced a drug into the United States that saved the lives of thousands of children and adults with mitochondrial myopathy, a devastating often fatal condition in children and adults. Steve has been heavily involved with medical discovery and clinical research for over half a century. He tells me that our capacity to discover new therapies is now breathtaking and he would not be surprised if some major medical breakthrough of some type comes soon. 
It’s marvelous to observe how our private pharmaceutical and biotech industries have, with never before experienced speed, teamed-up together with the government to meet the Wuhan challenge, orchestrated by the swift action and leadership of President Trump. For example, because of growing antibiotic resistance and increasing deaths due to septicemia, particularly in the hospitalized elderly, private pharmaceutical companies have teamed up in a novel type of joint venture to conquer these stubborn superbugs, the discoveries of which can be applied to bacterial warfare. 
Regarding research, efforts on pharmaceuticals and biologicals, though with surprising little media coverage, continues unabated, a very good thing for America. Now the gripping question is what do we do in the meantime?  WHY AND HOW TO OPEN AMERICAThanks to a corrupt and undisciplined media and ineffective leadership of Congress, our country is in a phase of turmoil, fear, and social unrest, much of it fueled by the Wuhan threat, but a great deal of it driven by well- funded Marxist and Communist groups who have seized upon the upheavals in our society to throw gasoline on the fire. And, if truth be told, much of this is encouraged by liberal/ progressive democrats who want to use this and any other means at their disposal to denigrate Trump and keep him out of the political arena in 2024. They simply fear him because they know he has been right. 
In this climate of hate and fruitless division, our domestic and international adversaries, and they are more than a few beginning with China, are observing how this relatively benign virus is paralyzing our country and wondering about how an “accidental release” of another coronavirus or other type would play out. Make no mistake about it, we are at war with this virus, and need a battle plan to defeat it. That plan should also be helpful in responding to future microorganism attacks.  A DECLARATION OF WARThe first step is for Congress to declare war on this virus; to justifiably label the Wuhan bug as an enemy of war similar to those of World War II where lives were both risked and lost in order to defeat the enemy. The famous Prussian general, Carl von Clausewitz, wrote, “War is an act of force to compel our enemy to do our will.” 
Is there any doubt that COVID-19 is forcing us to bend to its will? It has permeated every aspect of American life from economic stability to children confined to their homes instead of school. A long- time friend and colleague of mine, whose career has been exclusively dedicated to helping parents of children with disabilities and disease, told me how this virus is depriving children with disabilities and special health care needs, such as children with autism, of receiving critical therapies as well as causing familial turmoil among their parents and siblings. This exists for other conditions as well such as cerebral palsy, neuromuscular disorders, epilepsy, Tourettes, etc. 
In America, that cannot continue. There are 6.0 million families in America caring for children with disabilities and special health care needs….conditions that medicine cannot cure. We cannot abandon them. Now, I do not hold out much hope for Congress to take such action but if they do not, the President should clearly call for it and act as if we are indeed at war. And, as General Douglas MacArthur so ably reminded us, in war there can be no substitute for victory. CONCLUSIONThe logical and compelling conclusion is to immediately have a strategy to re-open our country. And, to do so resolutely and with purpose. So let us take stock in what we have learned over this past year: What we have learned in dealing with the Wuhan scourge is that we have developed excellent treatment regimens and therapeutics to deal with serious cases of the infection so that a relatively minuscule number of people actually die from the disease. Indeed, we now know that only .003 of our population actually dies from this infection. We also know that the vast majority of serious level infections occur in the elderly, so we should be able to focus our attention on that segment of our population. And we must remember that the vast majority of people who do contract the infection recover quickly and completely.
That needs to be driven home often and with conviction because it is true. Two close personal friends, husband and wife, ages 77 and 78 were hospitalized in New Jersey back in February 2020 with COVID 19. They were in serious condition and on ventilators. They were treated with a cocktail of Hydroxychloriquie, AZT, and Zinc and recovered completely in one week’s time. Both are doing fine today. Currently, there are two major paths regarding a national strategy:(1) stay the course and continue our retreat until an unequivocal effective therapy is discovered, or, (2) boldly move forward with the opening. 
Regarding the latter, we need to stop the media’s attention to the rising level of those testing positive for the Wuhan virus because, in many respects, the testing we are doing is extremely sensitive and picks up traces of bacteria that are actually dormant and have little consequence in terms of manifesting serious illness. The likelihood that the infection will cause sickness in non-elderly patients with no co-morbidities is remote. We must stop the fear-mongering and dwelling on the number of deaths 24/7 because it has now been established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that only 6% of the recorded deaths actually were due from COVID-19 as opposed to dying with COVID-19. 
There is a huge difference in these terms! It is a major distinction. President Franklin D. Roosevelt calmly and directly in his famous “Fireside Chats”, told a nation in the depths of the depression that “the only thing we have to fear is fear itself”. His words seem fitting today. We must stop seeing shadows, and put aside our fear, and get on with living our lives. We are not facing an existential threat to our existence. Stop worrying about dying and start enjoying living. Our schools need to open and our teachers need to get back into the classroom because it is safe to do so, and because they owe it to those young girls and boys to provide them the best education possible. That is why they became teachers in the first place. 
Honor your commitment to education; it takes priority over your membership in a union. Again the preoccupation with the number of cases is essentially irrelevant. There is more harm to our population in terms of depression, anxiety, fear, drug addiction, and an inability to put food on the table and care for those in need by keeping our schools closed than by reopening. Ditto for small businesses, airlines, hotels, and restaurants. Machiavelli wrote that “in threatening times people are highly receptive to trustworthy leaders and will, despite the real or potential spelled-out hardships, eagerly accept and follow their leadership.” Emmanuel Kant echoed this in his writings as well. 
President Trump demonstrated the skill, courage, and will to guide us through this crisis. The democrats would have you believe that his actions have been deficient but that is pure nonsense. He orchestrated a private sector/government partnership and quickly resolved the state deficiencies in PPE such as ventilators; ordered the retrofitting of two U.S. Navy Hospital Ships and deployed them in record time to New York and New Jersey and Los Angeles where they sat for over a month unused despite a 1,000-bed modern hospital/surgical rooms. 
Trump used the Army Corps of Engineers to build massive 3,000-bed hospital facilities at the Javits Center in New York and Mosconi Center in San Francisco where they went essentially unused. He did the same in Central Park, NY. 
Trump launched a massive effort to conduct research into the development of a vaccine streamlining a process that typically takes 4-7 years before approval is given by the FDA to less than a year. And, at the same time, he authorized under “Operation Warp Speed” the simultaneous research into vaccines, biotherapeutics, and treatment regimens. All have yielded remarkable positive results. 
Had Trump not taken immediate action to restrict travel to the U.S. from China and Europe, we would have had millions dead. But, if we are to be successful as a nation, the media needs to put aside its unproductive hatred of all things Trump, and start reducing fear, and emphasizing the courage of Americans. This is about our ability to survive and defeat an enemy, just as we did in World War II. It is time to show courage. Speaking of courage, it was wise old Aristotle who rated courage as the highest virtue because of its quality to overcome fear in order to achieve goals and objectives and to help others. And it was his student, Alexander the Great, when asked what was one of the greatest qualities of his leadership answered, “Do not hesitate in times of crises.” The time for bickering and posturing is over. We are at war. Act accordingly.

With the stolen election in hand and a demented President in place to rubber stamp anything, America is being dismantled piece by piece. Whether the American people know it or not, they are under attack. This is a military operation. Whenever, a country is attacked, critical infrastructure is first taken down. We are presently witnessing such an operation as evidenced by the following:

• 1. Use of weather modification to diminish the food supply. 
• 2. The continued closure of meat packing plants designed to fulfill Bill Gates latest proclamation of taking away meat consumption from rich nations like America. 
• 3. The continued slaughter of millions of cattle designed to destroy the meat industry. Food’s use as a weapon is upon us. 
• 4. Attacks upon the infrastructure of the US, beginning in Texas, designed to reduce America to a helpless population which can be bent to the will of the globalists. 
• 5. The importation of assassination hit teams into America from Mexico as they race for pre-supplied weapons caches similar to what was identified in Louisville last year. The source of the weapons are Chinese. The red list will soon be acted upon

• 7. Wealth redistribution strategies implemented through climate change policies.
• 8. Gun confiscation bill designed to rob America of the ability to defend themselves from both foreign and domestic genocidal tyranny.

The most notable table-setting, nation-destroying elements that Obama left behind for Clinton included the NDAA and Executive Order (EO) 13603. The NDAA could be called the Gestapo Extermination Act for Resisters to the Satanic New World Order, in which anyone, could be declared to be an enemy combatant (ie a domestic terrorist) and be snatched from society, killed, or permanently incarcerated and nobody else would know.

EO 13603 allows the President to declare a national emergency, based upon his say so. As has been emphasized on several occasions, the NDAA allows for the complete control of everything including energy, all property, any semblance of freedom, slave labor conscription, the breaking up of families, etc. There is no stone left unturned in this EO and it awaits a Democrat to enforce the provisions and once and for all destroy that last bastion of freedom on the planet. The Democrat in waiting are the globalist, Deep State forces behind Biden who have employed the despotic Kamala “heels in the air” Harris to manage the day-to-day operations.

Under Biden’s Satanic-globalist puppeteers, the elements of America’s subjugation are expanding exponentially. Biden signed over 10 times more Executive Orders than any other president in history in his first 10 days. Every EO is about stealing freedom and wealth from the American people. Under Biden, populism, which flourished under Trump is now illegal. The most notable element of the Big Pharma ads are the so-called black box warnings which lists the contraindications of the product. The contraindications are often as long as the ad itself. However, there is one place in our medical community where a medical intervention seemingly has no contraindications and that would be the lengthy list of vaccines aimed at the CCP virus. Patients with side-effects, some fatal, are being obscured. There are absolutely no contraindications. Never before in medical history has this taken place. At the risk of engaging in a wild-eyed conspiracy theory, how can society be expected to trust in what is an example of tremendous medical fraud and the hiding of the truth. Please remember that the FDA, in April of 2020 announced that it would not force CCP virus testing kits to subject their accuracy to independent, third-party testing because of the emergency nature of the CCP virus. In other words, I can find no proof that this policy was ever reversed. Subsequently, it is hard to believe that America even has an accurate test. It is easy to believe that the test is designed to produce a high number of false positives. Local health departments around the country are producing statistics which serve to further validate nation-destroying lockdowns.

The Real Culprits By: Judd Garrett February 21, 2021 The state of New York had the worst record of any state in infection and death rate from Covid-19, yet for almost a year, the media gushed all over New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. He won an Emmy award and wrote a book on leadership because of his handling of Covid. Now, he is coming under fire for covering up the actual number of deaths that occurred in New York nursing homes as a direct result of his flawed March 25 executive order of forcing Covid-positive patients back into nursing homes. He knew this policy was responsible for thousands of avoidable deaths because he then used his power as Governor to cover-up the actual death totals. For as bad as Andrew Cuomo was at his job during the pandemic, the media was equally abysmal. The media’s unwillingness to hold Democratic politicians, like Governor Cuomo, accountable for their decisions was deadly. The difference between Andrew Cuomo’s press conferences and those of President Trump is night and day. Cuomo’s Covid-press conferences were love-fests while Trump’s Covid-press conferences were cage matches. Trump was bludgeoned with question after question about every policy, every decision, every recommendation. The media, rightfully so, took the contrarian position on everything the Trump administration was doing to ferret out the truth and the efficacy of the policies.  Governor Cuomo, on the other hand, was met with a sycophantic press corps that tossed him softball questions and allowed him to dictate the narrative. There was no pushback, no incisive questions. The media nodded along and supported everything he said. Meanwhile, his deadly policy was in place for 48 days. Imagine how many people’s lives would have been saved if someone in the press corps actually read his executive order, and asked the simple question, “Why would you order Covid-positive patients back into nursing homes where the most vulnerable people reside?” If Cuomo had been forced to defend his executive order the day he signed it, maybe the idiocy of its policy would have come to light much earlier, and maybe he would have been forced to change it much sooner than May 11, saving thousands of lives. But, instead, our media was hyper-focused on framing Trump for every Covid death and supporting every Democrat, that they missed calling out this deadly decision that was sitting in plain sight. It took a fellow Democrat, New York Assemblyman Ron Kim to call-out Cuomo, for the media to wake up. When covering Republican politicians, the media leads the charge against them, but when covering Democrats, the media is content to lead from behind. If the scandalous story comes to them, they will eventually cover it, but they will never uncover it. This is the ultimate problem with such a biased media. Not only do they ask distorted “gotcha” questions to unfairly impugn the side they don’t like, but they also fail to hold the politicians on their side accountable. They defend and obfuscate for them. The politicians become weak and stop being self-critical which makes them even more likely to make more poor decisions because they know they won’t be held accountable. In the end, the media that wants to be your friend really isn’t your friend. They don’t make you stronger, sharper, better. They make you weaker, duller, worse. When there is no pushback, when everything a politician does is above criticism, it becomes a very dangerous situation. Is Joe Biden better that he never had to answer a tough question during the campaign, that the media ran cover for him, or that they had been obsequiously fawning all over him since the election? Does that make him better? How will Joe’s mental acuity be when he has to negotiate with Vladimir Putin or President Xi or the Ayatollah in Iran when he hasn’t been through the rigors of an oppositional media forcing him to defend his positions?  Has Joe Biden been asked a tough question in a year? Has Joe been forced to defend any of his 50+ executive orders he’s already signed? Has one member of the media asked him a tough question on any one of those policy decisions? Has one person in the media asked Joe Biden about the nearly 100,000 Covid-deaths that have occurred during his first month in office, a rate much higher than during the Trump administration? Has one of these so-called journalists asked Joe Biden, ‘After all your talk during the campaign that you would handle Covid better than Trump, why are the death numbers much worse even with millions of the most vulnerable already vaccinated?’ Has that question been asked, been thought of? No.  The media aggressively attacked Florida Governor Ron DeSantis because he did not lock down his entire state and shut down the schools for an extended period of time like Cuomo did in New York, and Governor Gavin Newsome did in California. Florida did not experience the negative economic and emotional effects of the total lockdowns while faring better with Covid than those other states. Has any reporter asked why that would be? Has any journalist connected the dots about the studies that say people with high levels of Vitamin D have a greatly reduced risk of contracting Covid, and that over 80% of Covid-19 patients have a Vitamin D deficiency? And maybe locking people in their homes out of the sun (a primary source of Vitamin D) is putting more people at risk, not less? Maybe that’s the reason why an open Florida is faring better than a closed California. No one connected those dots because no one in the media is interested in the truth if it means holding politicians on their side accountable. This is why the blue states have fared much worse than the red states during Covid. This is why cities run by Democrats have much worse crime and unemployment rates than Republican-run cities; 18 out of the top 20 violent cities are run by Democrats, yet they continue to re-elect Democrats in those cities. Why? The lack of media accountability is the main reason. Doing away with checks and balances leads to poor decisions and harmful policies because the politicians know they won’t be held accountable. The media should never back off on any politician. They should continue to hold all their feet to the fire regardless of their party affiliation. That’s their job. It is good when the media is hard on politicians. But in the year 2021, the media’s job is not to push and prod to find the truth or hold politicians accountable; the media’s job is to act as kingmakers, or, more accurately, promote the politicians with whom they share an ideology, and attack those they don’t, and, as we have seen, it is all very harmful and even deadly to our country. Biden’s Secular Vision Of Faith-Based Programs February 16, 2021 Catholic League president Bill Donohue comments on President Biden’s faith-based programs: President Trump and President Biden could not be more different when it comes to religion. Trump never gave the impression that he was a deeply religious man; Biden has. But Trump delivered on religious liberty, passing many key policies and appointing religion-friendly judges. Biden, on the other hand, is content to check his religion at the church door. Biden’s decision to appoint Melissa Rogers to head the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships is telling. She will also serve as senior director for faith and public policy in the White House Domestic Policy Council. He could not have chosen a more seasoned secularist to steer these faith-based entities. Rogers may be a Baptist, but it is her secular vision of faith-based programs that will direct her decision-making. This not a matter of speculation. This is her second appointment as director of faith-based programs: Obama chose her to head this initiative in his second term. So we know what we are getting. When Rogers worked in the Obama White House, her idea of reaching out to faith communities was to invite the Secular Coalition of America to the White House. She welcomed the professional atheists in the name of religious pluralism. As I previously said, this was “akin to welcoming racists in the name of racial harmony.” The clash between religious liberty and the LGBT agenda is well known. It is fair to say that we would not expect an LGBT activist to champion the cause of religious liberty. Nor would we expect a religious leader to champion the LGBT cause. That’s what makes Rogers special. She sides with the homosexual agenda against people of faith. Does this mean that Rogers would ban Orthodox Jews from exclusively hiring their own to run their day-care centers? Yes it does. Does this mean that she opposes Catholic foster-care programs from following Catholic teachings when deciding whom to place children with in adoptive settings? Yes it does. Rogers doesn’t miss any salient issue. For example, she wants to ban “government-sponsored religious displays.” Not sure whether she would approve of the Catholic League’s display of a life-size nativity scene in Central Park. After all, it is on public property. Biden obviously shares Rogers’ secular vision, which is why he went back to the well and brought her on board again. In doing so, he is right in step with his previous boss, President Obama. Three months into his first term, the Obama advance team told Georgetown University that the president would not speak there unless they put a drape over religious symbols. Then there was the serious debate over whether to display a manger scene at Christmastime in 2009. These anecdotes are revealing, but it was secularization of faith-based programs that angered religious leaders. Matters got so bad that on January 15, 2010, I released a statement, “Time to Close Faith-Based Programs.” On June 24, 2011, after another round of dumbing-down the religious element of these programs, I issued another news release calling to “Shut Down Faith-Based Programs.” President Biden has a right to appoint whomever he wants to command his faith-based programs. But in choosing Rogers the “devout Catholic” has sent an unmistakable message to people of faith: You lose.

THE BANDAGES TO THE INVALID RENUNCIATION

In 2017, we are told, Pope Benedict XVI wrote a private letter to Cardinal Brandmueller to explain what he did on Feb. 11, 2013.

You can read the original German and an Italian translation of the letters, by clicking the image above.

The articles published about these letters all aim to demonstrate that Pope Benedict XVI himself chose the title Pope Emeritus to signify that he is no longer the pope and that his renunciation was valid.

But the letters have 2 glaring problems.

1. Joseph Ratzinger signs them, Pope “Benedict XVI”.
2. Before signing them, he gives the Papal blessing!

So, I have to laugh when anyone cites these letters as proof that Pope Benedict XVI is not the pope, therefore.

But if you look at the argument in the letters, it is just as convincing. Because therein, it is made to appear that Pope Benedict XVI resigned in an entirely novel and new manner so that he could have, not like a mere cardinal, but as Pope emeritus, an untouchable position from which he could be protected from the press and all inquiries and requests.

Untouchable.

Hmm.

That means that Bergoglio cannot rermove him from that position.

That means that Bergoglio does not have the authority to remove him from that position.

That means that Bergoglio does not have the authority to make him stop wearing the clothing of the Pope or signing as the Pope.

That means that Benedict XVI has resigned in such a way as to retain an authority highter than Bergoglio.

Now what authority is that?

He has not become Jesus Christ, who is the Head of the Church.

And yet he has more authority than Bergoglio.

But in the Church there is only one office which has authority below Christ and above every other Bishop by every other name.

And that is the Vicar of Christ, the Pope.

So that means, that Bergoglio is not the Pope.

And that means that Benedict, XVI, in wearing white and signing “Benedict XVI P. P.” is saying that he is still the pope.

Or it means that he is confused and thinks he is not the pope but has an authority above the pope.

But if we look at his act, he clearly renounces the ministry of the Pope, but not the munus of the Pope.

But the munus is the source of the authority.

Therefore, Pope Benedict XVI remains the pope, whatever his intentions are.

Is this confusing?

Well if he has to write a letter to Cardinal Brandmuller 4 years after he resigns whatever he resigned, to explain it, when the Cardinal lives only a few hundred meters away and can speak to him, then, yes, he admits there is public and manifest and lasting confusion.

Therefore, his resignation was not duly manifested.

Therefore, his resignation did not meet 2 of the criteria necessary for a papal resignation, namely, that he renounce the munus, and that it be duly manifested.

Therefore, his resignation never happend and is not valid.

Therefore he remains the pope.

And thus, the letters to Brandmuller are bandages which do not work, but try to cover the problem.

WAS IT SUBSTANTIAL ERROR, OR DIVINE INSPIRATION?

A frequent question that I receive is that which regards why Pope Benedict XVI renounced the ministry which was committed to me through the hands of the Cardinals and not the petrine ministry which he received when he accepted his election as Roman Pontiff.

The First to Answer is Ann Barnhardt

The first to answer this question substantially, was Ann Barnhardt. And she did that in June of 2016, way before anyone else. Her explanation is that Pope Benedict XVI made a substantial error. His declaration, therefore, does not effect the loss of the papal office because this error of naming the wrong thing in the act of renunciation causes the act to be irritus – Ann, however,  nearly always says, “invalid” for simplicity sake — in virtue of Canon 188, which means that it has no legal effect.

Her analysis and argument was the first to break through the Big Lie of our age. And it has rescued countless minds from the lies and propaganda of the Bergoglian party. It was the first convincing argument I ever heard. I watched it in one of her videos in August of 2018 and in October of 2018 I actually made the time to look at the Latin of the Declaratio of Feb. 11, 2013 and the Latin of the Code of Canon Law, canon 332 §2, two things I had never done. I saw she was 100% correct in about 5 seconds.

That is all it should take for anyone to see that she is correct. Because the act of the intellect which is needed to see it is the first act of the mind: that ability — given to us by the Most Holy Trinity who creates our soul out of nothing in the moment of our conception — to recognize the essence of any thing for what it is before comparing it to anything else.

And there is only 3 ways to not be able to exercise that ability. The First is that your are mentally impaired or retarded. The Second is that, in this case, you cannot read.  And the third case is that you allow your will to prevent you from thinking, either by bad will or because you allow yourself to be seduced by an unsubstantiated doubt, gratuitously asserted.

Those who have the first problem are not guilty. Those who have the second problem should study if they can. And those who have the third problem will be damned, because in matter so grave as who is the true Pope, the forcible intervention of will to prevent the mind from seeing what God gave it the ability to see, is a direct attack on the Divine Will for you, and thus a mortal sin.

As regards a substantial error, it can be caused by any number of causes. But that is another thing all together. Regardless of what was the cause, the substantial error is objective. No amout of ink, argument or bluster, no amount of insults or villainy can change the historical fact that Benedict renounced the ministerium, but Canon 332 §2 requires the renunciation of munus.

The Second Answer is Divine Inspiration

I was not the second to give answer, nor was I the first to suggest divine inspiration. Archbishop Gänswein himself said that Pope Benedict XVI was inspired by God to do what he did. I think in the book length interview with Peter Seewald, Pope Benedict XVI confirms this.

But what many do not realize, there are at lest 19 kinds of Divine Inspiration, and not all of them have the same effects. I know this because many years ago, when I was in a library with some ancient manuscripts, I read Saint Bernardine of Sienna’s tract on divine inspiration written in the 15th century, in Latin.

I will not summarize the 19 kinds, but I will simplify the classifications.  There is Divine Inspiration which is perfectly efficacious and is the cause of the whole act. There is Divine Inspiration which is efficacious but requires collaboration in the act by the fallible recipient of the inspiration, and then there is Divine Inspiration which is only motive and puts all the burden of work in the one inspired, infallible as he is.

So, even if it be true that Pope Benedict XVI was divinely inspired to renounce, that does not mean that what he did was Divinely Inspired in every aspect of it.

I have no reason to think Pope Benedict XVI is a liar and thus accept what he says about being inspired by God. And in several articles, here at FromRome.Info I have speculated that he acted to defend the Church from Freemasonry. In this I presume not to judge the Pope, as the Rule of Saint Francis requires me. I also presume that he did not sin in the least.  And in this I am merely obeying charity, which thinketh no evil of any man.

Third Answer is Both

The third possibility is that he was both inspired by God and made a substantial error. And that this happened because God gave him the inspiration to resign, but not the grace to do it perfectly. And that God did this because God wanted to protect the Church from Freemasonry, but did not want Pope Benedict XVI to be guilty of making a fake resignation or of being accused of deceiving anyone.

If such was the case, God also acted perfectly. Because He owes no man grace to be perfect and impeccable in what he does, not even the Roman Pontiff.

In this case, too, it may be that God blinded the minds of the Cardinals and Bishops to not see the substantial error in the act of renunciation because He was completely disgusted with them and wants to cut them off from His Church, or at least to so humiliate them before men as to produce from them a wholesome repentance and conversion which would not be achieved through any other means.

In this third supposition, Pope Benedict XVI may have sinned through pride, imprudence, haste, fear or avarice, depending whether the substantial error was conceived and executed out of vanity, neglect of seeking sound counsel, fear to avoid being assassinated or desire to have something after resigning that he had no right to have.

As can be seen, the First Answer addresses the objective facts and presumes personal fault or error and excludes divine inspiration. The second presumed divine inspiration and excludes personal fault or error. But the third and last presumes in part divine inspiration but in part some personal fault.

Yes, as Pope Innocent II teaches, we cannot judge the Roman Pontiff except when he errs in matters of the faith. And thus, we must say that it was a substantial error and affirm that it is an error to hold that the papacy can be divided. But as the Church has not definitively taught this truth — though it be clear in the Deposit of the Faith — holding this error does not cause you to be a heretic canonically. And acting on the basis of this error is not the same thing as professing the error, because, as I said, the error can arise out of passion and not dissent of mind.

But whatever was the reason answer, (1) we are all obliged to pray for Pope Benedict XVI and (2) urge that the right canonical order be restored in the Church: that he be recognized as the one and only true Pope, that it be affirmed that Bergoglio was  never the pope, and that Bergoglio be publicly reproved for teaching heresy and promoting schism, if not also for usurping the papal office (on the supposition he does know the resignation is invalid).
