IN MY NOT-SO-HUMBLE OPINI0N (WHICH I FEEL PRIVILEGED TO HAVE AT 96 YEARS OF AGE) GOVERNOR Andrew Cuomo AND THE STATE OF New York SHOULD BE SUED BY THE HEIRS OF THOSE ELDERLY PATIENTS WHO WERE NOT INFECTED WITH THE CORONA VIRUS PRIOR TO THE FORCED INTRODUCTION INTO THEIR New York NURSING HOMES OF INFECTED PATIENTS, RESULTING IN THE DEATHS OF OVER 5,000 WHO WERE NOT INFECTED WITH THE CORONA VIRUS PRIOR TO THE ADMISSION OF CUOMO’S PEOPLE. THE ELDERLY ARE THE MOST VULNERABLE TO THE VIRUS. A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT SHOULD BE FILED AGAINST CUOMO AND THE STATE OF New York BY THE HEIRS OF THE DECEASED PATIENTS FOR BEING THE PROXIMATE CAUSE OF THE DEATH OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE NURSING HOMES. THE HEIRS HOPEFULLY WILL AT LEAST RECOVER THE FUNERAL EXPENSES OF THEIR DECEASED LOVED ONES!!!
