Only 106 republicans out of 196 joined Texas demonstrating that behind the curtain, nearly 50% of republican politicians prefer Trump to leave because he is not one of them.

No side has the right to oppress the other and the Supreme Court will  NOT defend the people or the Constitution. The rule of law was the foundation of civilization, and refusing to comply with that duty condemns the nation to oblivion.
The Supreme Court has NO DISCRETION whatsoever to deny the petition and I do not say that as being supportive of the action. The only way to settle this dispute is to rule then both sides would have no choice but to settle down. 
This way, the election will always be in dispute. Biden got more votes in each of these swing states than Hillary or Obama which was NOT  the case in any other state. This is indicative of fraud and it should have been addressed yes or no. 
This election was STOLEN not by Biden, but by an international agenda that has taken over the entire West and they needed Trump removed. 
Just look at the Agenda 2030 coming from Klaus Schwab and you will see the real future we face. This is the man who is destroying the future of civilization, will fail in his Marxist dreams, and will leave the West in shambles as the financial capital migrates to China. UNCONSTITUTIONAL ON ITS FACEThe Judiciary Act of 1925 held that the Supreme Court would have the discretion to select what it wants to hear in direct violation of the Constitution, which has NEVER been addressed. 
The Constitution ONLY established the Supreme Court as part of a tripartite government and the separation of powers as laid out as essential to constrain tyranny by Montesquieu, who was also the inspiration for the Second Amendment which was to keep citizens armed rather than maintain standing armies to prevent war.
As such, the lower courts were created ONLY by statute under Congress and could just as easily be shut down. The only court required by the Constitution is the Supreme Court and all Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States are required to take two oaths before they may execute the duties of their appointed office – (1) the Constitutional Oath to defend it and (2) the Judicial Oath.
Therefore, anyone can see on its face that the Judiciary Act of 1925 is unconstitutional for it violates their oath to defend the Constitution when they have the discretion to not hear cases. 
Previously, the Supreme Court ruled and ignored this time when it defined “discretion” by saying “the term ‘discretion’ denotes the absence of a hard and fast rule.” Langnes v Green, 282 US 531, 541 (1931). This means that those in power do not have to obey any law, even the Constitution. The Supreme Court also said, “it is obvious that discretion does not exist where there is no power to act except in one way.” Jones v SEC, 298 US 1, 18 (1936). 
When judges and politicians claim discretion, they claim to be ABOVE the law of men.
Now, turning to the Texas lawsuit, I agree with Justices Alito and Thomas that the court had “no discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction.”
Article III, Section II of the Constitution establishes the jurisdiction (legal ability to hear a case) of the Supreme Court. The Court has original jurisdiction (a case is tried before the Court) over certain cases, e.g., suits between two or more states and/or cases involving ambassadors and other public ministers.
This case squarely fell within the original jurisdiction since it was a case “between two or more states” and therefore, this denial was in itself unconstitutional relying on the discretion granted illegally by the Judiciary Act of 1925. Obviously, the majority of the court simply did not want to get into this election dispute. 
Like Dread Scott, which tried to avoid the issue of slavery by ruling that blacks had no rights under the Constitution to avoid ruling which led to the Civil War, the Supreme Court has once again condemned the country to Civil War for is the Democrats try to implement the Agenda 2030, they will unleash violence no different than the Russian revolution. 
Klaus Schwab knows this will lead to revolution and has flipped to claiming if his agenda is NOT adopted there will be a revolution from the BLM movement he helped to inspire.

The Texas lawsuit turned on the Electoral College Clause.
“Constitutional BackgroundThe Electors Clause requires that each State “shall appoint” its Presidential Electors “in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct.” U.S. CONST. art. II, § 1, cl. 2
As set forth in the Complaint, executive and judicial officials made significant changes to the legislatively defined election laws in the Defendant States. … Taken together, these non-legislative changes did away with statutory ballot-security measures for absentee and mail-in ballots such as signature verification, witness requirements, and statutorily authorized secure ballot drop-off locations”

There is no doubt that they had an argument and that it fell squarely within the Original Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. Alito and Thomas recognized that. 
The fact that the other 7 justices denied cert merely shows they did not want to rule on this matter which is an exercise of discretion that has now doomed the USA to continuing violence. 
In doing so, they have violated the civil right of the entire nation and condemned the world to the ruthless tyranny coming out of the World Economic Forum. Based upon information and belief, this entire “Build Back Better” movement has been designed by the marketing firm Edelman which already appears to be pushing this new world order and is also in a partnership with the World Economic Forum.

WHY EVERYONE HAS STANDING IN A CIVIL RIGHTS CLASS ACTION
In the Supreme Court decision Bush v Gore 531 U.S. 98 (2000), it did raise the equal protection problem with different election procedures nationally. The court held Per Curiam:

• Despite violating the Fourteenth Amendment by using disparate vote-counting procedures in different counties, Florida did not need to complete a recount in the 2000 presidential election because it could not be accomplished in a constitutionally valid way within the time limit set by federal law for resolving these controversies.

There were indications that the Court recognized the need for nationwide electoral reform under Due Process and the Equal Protection Clause. How states do their own elections do not impact other states. However, election of anyone federally impacts the rights of everyone. Looking at the lower courts, at least one federal court has suggested that the courts could order a new election. In 1976, an Eastern District Court in New York heard a case, Donohue v. Board of Elections of State of NY, 435 F. Supp. 957 (E.D.N.Y. 1976), where it was alleged that voter fraud in several urban locations took place not unlike what we see right now. In that decision, the court maintained that federal courts had a role to play in ensuring free and fair presidential elections. It held:

• “It is difficult to imagine a more damaging blow to public confidence in the electoral process than the election of a President whose margin of victory was provided by fraudulent registration or voting, ballot-stuffing or other illegal means.”

Interestingly, the court didn’t find sufficient evidence that voter fraud had altered the outcome, or even occurred at all. 
Still, experts disagree about whether courts can order presidential elections to be held again. 
If there is a violation of rules that would change the election outcome, then the courts would be compelled to act and federally this is why Texas is suing Pennsylvania. Now 17 other states are joining Texas v Pennsylvania. What Pennsylvania and Georgia for that matter do to try to prevent recounts impacts the Equal Protection of the Law and Due Process rights of everyone else in the entire country.
ELECTION VIOLATED OUR CIVIL RIGHTSWithin the Legal Code Title 18, Section 241, it has been an important statutory tool in election crime prosecutions. It has long been held to apply only to schemes to corrupt elections for federal office. It has been applied to stuffing a ballot box with forged ballots, United States v. Saylor, 322 U.S. 385 (1944); United States v. Mosley, 238 U.S. 383 (1915) as well as preventing the official count of ballots in primary elections, United States v. Classic, 313 U.S. 299 (1941), which may come in handy in this election. This means private suites can be filed claiming that interfering with the ballots is a civil rights violation to all in the country.
Destroying voter registration applications is also applicable (United States v. Haynes, Nos. 91-5979, 91-6076, 1992 WL 296782, at *1 (6th Cir. Oct. 15, 1992)), as well as destroying ballots (United States v. Townsley, 843 F.2d 1070, 1073–75 (8th Cir. 1988)).
Anyone who exploits the infirmities of elderly or handicapped people by casting absentee ballots in their names is also a violation of civil rights, United States v. Morado, 454 F.2d 167, 171 (5th Cir. 1972), just as anyone who illegally register voters and cast absentee ballots in their names, United States v. Weston, 417 F.2d 181, 182–85 (4th Cir. 1969).
Anyone who threatens injury, threaten, or intimidate a voter in the exercise of his right to vote is also a serious actionable issue under this statute, Fields v. United States, 228 F.2d 544 (4th Cir. 1955). This even extends to someone who impersonates qualified voters, Crolich v. United States, 196 F.2d 879, 879 (5th Cir. 1952).

Undetected, half the country thought that the United States was being incompetently managed by a bipartisan claque of permanent federal officeholders and financial and celebrity and academic elites, for their own benefit, indifferent to the welfare or opinions of middle America, and oblivious to the damage done by the 2008 economic calamity, disadvantageous trade agreements and immersion in fruitless Middle Eastern wars. A political death struggle has ensued between that formerly complacent elite and a populist mass of people presciently rallied by Trump, which agrees with his bluntly expressed views and policy prescriptions. The contest between these closely matched forces is straining the American political system.  From the outset, Trump has been running against the entire political establishment and promising to “drain the swamp”: radical changes of policy and personnel. The battle of his opponents to preserve their incumbency and repel the barbarian (Trump) has been fanatical, ingenious, and absolutely ruthless. Trump is the first American president never to have sought or held any public office or high military command. He pioneered a technique of promoting his own name recognition in all echelons of American society, changed parties seven times in 13 years looking for his moment, and exploited an unsuspected depth of public discontent. From the start, Trump singled out the national political media elite as almost uniformly biased and a corrupt resident of “the swamp,” and they have fully returned his contempt.  The White House changes hands every eight years and the separate houses of Congress approximately every four or six years, but with practically all of them holding indistinguishable opinions and the senior government people almost all liberal Democrats.  The Bushes, John McCain and Mitt Romney didn’t vary far from the Clintons and Al Gore, though Barack Obama was a significant nudge to the left.  Trump enacted drastic deregulation, reduced the taxes of almost all personal and corporate taxpayers, maintained anti-pollution standards but suspended efforts to reduce fossil fuel use, and denounced climate change as unproved and an insufficient excuse for radical economic dislocation.  He renegotiated America’s principal trade arrangements, sharply raised awareness of the Chinese challenge, imposed tariffs in response to unfair Chinese trading practices and currency manipulation, directly threatened Iran and North Korea with military intervention if they persisted in the deployment of nuclear missiles, made more progress toward Middle East peace than there has been in over 40 years and required America’s NATO allies to raise their defense budgets closer to the previously promised levels that were being almost universally ignored. Trump also ended the immense bipartisan scandal of permitting the illegal entry across America’s southern border of between 500,000 to one million unskilled immigrants every year; a terrible burden to the welfare, education and justice systems of the southwestern states, which was tolerated by Democrats who harvested their (illegal) votes, and Republican employers who like to exploit the cheap labor.  He ended once-huge American oil imports, effectively ended unemployment, incentivized investment in economically disadvantaged areas, and caused incomes to rise among the lower third of American income earners (their first increase in purchasing power in 15 years) more quickly in percentage terms than the incomes of the wealthiest 10 percent of Americans. He was well rewarded by minority and working-class voters in November. The establishment ignored his policy successes and focused on fanning Trump-hate, which his often garish behavior frequently incited. His policies were effectively ratified in the congressional and state elections last month.  Prior to the onset of the coronavirus in March, it was generally conceded that Trump would be re-elected. The virus reinvigorated the Democratic resistance.  In 2016, to defeat Trump and then undo his election, the Democrats had politicized elements of the intelligence services and the FBI, circulated to the press a wildly spurious pastiche of lies they were able to represent as legitimate intelligence and promoted the total falsehoods that Trump’s election had been enabled by the collusion of the Russian government, and that was impeachable because he asked the president of Ukraine if the son of former vice-president Joe Biden had committed financial improprieties in his country. He only asked for the facts, not a condemnation, unaware that a criminal investigation of this subject had been underway in Delaware for over a year. The Democrats won the public-relations battle over COVID-19; Trump shouldered his vice-president aside as head of a special commission and handled the daily press briefings personally for many weeks, allowing himself to be baited by nasty reporters and sometimes flippant about the virus. He inherited a completely deficient public health emergency response system from Obama and in a few weeks made the United States the world-supplier of ventilators and other necessary medical paraphernalia, and he was personally responsible for advancing the timetable for a vaccine by years.  The Democrats and their 95 percent-supportive media terrorized the country and stigmatized the president as glib and callous. The COVID-revived Democrats ditched socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders, and retrieved defeated Joe Biden but adopted Sanders’ left-wing platform. They outspent Trump two-to-one in the election campaign and their media allies suppressed anything negative about Biden. They could not run on real issues. They may evict Trump from the White House, though the Texas lawsuit against evident election irregularities in four states under cover of dubious COVID-related executive orders and questionable legislation, is a good deal more serious than the Trump-hating media admit.  The Democrats are now a hodgepodge of miscellaneous Trump-haters and far leftists who played footsie all summer with well-organized and heavily armed rioters masquerading as civil-rights crusaders. Their platform is far too socialistic for the American public, they are unlikely to win the Senate, almost certain to lose the House of Representatives in two years, and Biden is a spavined old milk-wagon horse who couldn’t lead America across the Brooklyn Bridge. His running mate, Kamala Harris, is an authentic leftist, but she’s no world-beater either, though she may well finish Biden’s term.  The presumptive Democratic administration is already shaking; half of Biden’s cabinet nominees will not be confirmed by a Republican Senate and most are tainted by the failures of Obama. The criminal investigations of Biden’s family are already very serious and were banned from the media and social media during the campaign and dismissed as Russian disinformation. The revelation that one of the chief congressional hyenas of Trump’s impeachment, Rep. Eric Swalwell, had an intimate relationship with a Chinese spy is a piquant expose of his sanctimonious hypocrisy. The Biden administration, if it takes office at all, will be a clangorous “Gong Show.”  Either Trump or a Republican approved by him and continuing his policies will be the Republican candidate in four years.  Then we will have the final round in this battle for the political soul of America.  What we are hearing now is the Trump-hating goose cackling too loudly and too soon. Pope Francis: Let us Dream of a New World Order

Pope Francis recently published a new book titled, Let us Dream: A Path to a Better Future, which is being touted “an inspiring and actionable blueprint for building a better world for all humanity” (Simon & Schuster). What is strange is that the book is void of the instructions for a better world given to us by Christ. There is nothing about doing penance (Mt 3:2) and obeying rules and commandments (John 14:15).

In his book, Francis talks about “creating something new”, “our new principle”, and “reimagining a new world.” This immediately calls to mind the lyrics of John Lennon’s anti-religious song “Imagine,” in which he says, “Imagine there’s no Heaven … and no religion too.”

Sees COVID as a Launch into “Great Reset”

The pope indeed appears to be dreaming, as if he is saying a “new world” with a “new principle” is too good to be true, i.e. a dream. His book is all about emerging from the COVID crisis and arriving at a new plateau they call the “Great Reset” – a New World Order dreamed up by globalists in which man forgets his religious past and bows to the planetary idol of “mother earth.”

Francis says:

“This is a moment to dream big, to rethink our priorities – what we value, what we want, what we seek…. God asks us to dare to create something new. We cannot return to the false securities of the political and economic systems we had before the crisis.”

Nowhere in Francis’ discourse is there anything about returning to morality or Catholic tradition but his whole thrust is to move on to “new ways.” And while he does advocate “sacrifice,” it’s not in the penitential sense but in the Reformationalist sense that we give up the former rule (tradition) with the understanding that it has failed us. He continually says that returning to former ways is a poor response to crisis.

“In a crisis there is always the temptation to retreat,” he says. “You can’t retreat, pull back into old ways and roles.” So doing a retreatful examination of conscience and being contrite for errant or new ways [sin] is a temptation? This calls to mind how Martin Luther referred to contrition as “an abomination.”

Francis says that we shouldn’t allow the sufferings of COVID to go to waste but should look forward to how COVID can launch us into a new world.

“From this [COVID] crisis we can come out better or worse. We can slide backward or we can create something new. For now, what we need is the chance to change, to make space for the new thing we need.”

True Positive Approach

The pope indeed should not “slide backward” into the errant ways that brought COVID upon us. The sufferings of COVID should be an occasion for him to reflect on how his public display and veneration of the Pachamama idol in the Vatican last year helped to spawn the COVID-19 crisis.

He needs to humbly admit that COVID is a punishment for his profanation of the Church and that his wished-for “new world” will be the ultimate punishment for having not recognized the punitive hand of God in the COVID crisis. He of all people should learn by this.

He furthermore should confess that our new progressivist church of today offends God and is bringing upon humanity a great chastisement in the form of enslavement under a new world government run by the global elite masters he colludes with. He needs to admit that COVID is not a pandemic but a political tool to shackle us and destroy our regard for the past.

Francis: Obey Globalists

What is mind-boggling is that Pope Francis habitually bows to the U.N. globalists behind this “new world” ideology and in 2015 he went so far as to say that “There is urgent need of a true world political authority” (Laudato Si’). He later accentuated this point, saying:

“When we acknowledge international organizations and we recognize their capacity to give judgment, on a global scale – for example the international tribunal in The Hague, or the United Nations – If we consider ourselves humanity, when they make statements, our duty is to obey … We must obey international institutions. According to Francis, “our duty is to obey” these agents, and the same are they who are “creating something new” and “reimagining a new world” with a “new principle” and who have put these ideas into Francis’ head.

The proper response to the present crisis is to return to traditional values in all spheres of life and to confess that our failure to do so is what has brought us to the brink of destruction. Looking for “something new” or a “new principle” shows ingratitude and disrespect for the perfect rule given to us by God in the beginning.

The positive response to COVID or any crisis is to reject rebellious dreams of a new world order

and to “ask [God] for the old paths, which is the good way, and walk in it.” (Jeremias 6:16) What more is needed? Hasn’t it occurred to Francis that our bowing to the “golden calf” of Vatican II for the past fifty-odd years is what has contributed mightily to the present crisis in the Church and the world?

Despite the “Pontius Pilate” Supreme Court breaking “their own constitutional oaths,” be bold, for fortune favors the bold, the deplorable are growing in numbers as Steve Bannon has said “There are going to be good and bad days… we’re not going to give an inch.” I didn’t expect a victory to come easily or right away. I thought all the fraud revelations would reach a crescendo point where some event would be the pivot point where we would begin to see the victory as at the Christian victory at Lepanto. 

Remember the victory is not our, it’s God’s! 

There are other lawsuit coming in place from within the battleground states which are in the Supreme Court docket that are stronger and more forceful according to legal experts which are waiting to come into play. The media propagandists shouldn’t get all that jacked up because we now know all the states who stand against the Biden Steal.

Also, the battleground states legislators are still having voter fraud hearings and recounts on the massive voter election fraud, but, also, remember there is, as a last resort, a nuclear option.

Trump Should Not Surrender the White House

The overwhelming preponderance of the evidence on the Trump side is matched only by the intensity of the criminal suppression of it by the anti-Trump side. Now even President Trump is admitting that it may be impossible to get his case to the Supreme Court for vindication of his election night victory through a full disclosure and review of that evidence by the constitutionalist majority of justices.

IF that turns out to be the case, and the elites have so thoroughly solidified control over the legal and political mechanisms which the Founders established for us, it will mean that they have broken the US Constitution itself. They will have accomplished what none of us believed possible – a coup d’ etat by means of the Purple Revolution, which is the domestic version of the color revolutions by which the globalist left and our CIA have overthrown governments across the globe. I have been writing about this Purple Revolution since before Trump’s inauguration in January 2017. 

Now we know why Pelosi and the other narrative-setters of the Purple Revolution began injecting the then-mystifying accusation (without a shred of evidence) that Trump might refuse to vacate the White House on January 20th. They expected to be able to block Trump from getting his case to SCOTUS, and to be able to gaslight such a huge portion of the electorate with the “no evidence of fraud” Big Lie that we would accept their theft of the presidency as “constitutional,” and acquiesce to a “peaceful transition of power… “

Why They Hate Trump

Simply put, they hate Trump because he represents ordinary Americans — those who are not part of the political and corporate elite, who lack the advantages and connections of the Deep State, who are not media, academics, or celebs.  President Trump puts ordinary Americans first, and it drives the elite nuts.
The elite have spent so many years enjoying their advantages, including the psychological advantage of despising ordinary people, that they panicked when someone tried to take it all away from them.  They can’t go on living without that warm, reassuring sense of superiority.
Contempt for average Americans was palpable in Hillary Clinton, which is why she lost the election of 2016.  It was just too obvious.  Joe Biden conceals it somewhat better, or perhaps he just cares more for other advantages of office — for both himself and family members.  Either way, he is taking advantage of ordinary people.   
What really upset the elite was that average Americans were beginning to believe in themselves.  Their wages were rising for the first time in decades, and they felt proud to be restoring America to what it could be.  If Biden wins, that will be lost.  The everyday American can crawl back to his cell and watch the country stagnate for another four or eight years.
What if the deplorables — the guy who delivers the bread to your supermarket, the woman caring for three children at home, the insurance salesman, the Target checkout clerk — were actually smarter than the Washington types, smarter than you in the universities and the media?  For the elite, it would mean that the world had been turned upside-down.
That’s exactly what President Trump began to accomplish in four years.  For four years, those everyday Americans were treated like something special, listened to, moved to the front of the line.  Trump rallies were exciting because they were primarily a celebration of the rise of the real America — of those who get up five mornings a week to an alarm clock, start the car in the cold, drive to work in the dark, put in eight or ten hours, come back to football on TV in a two-bedroom apartment, bathe and sleep, and do it again and again.  On weekends, they coach and volunteer and attend church, and care for family and neighbors.
This is a way of life that the Washington elite despise.  They prefer $300 restaurants, chauffeured limos, escort services funded by lobbyists, drugs and alcohol, junkets to exclusive resorts, secret bank accounts, and the status of high office.
The elite think they are so far above us, but they are not happier for it.  It’s the parents in Oklahoma with their newborn child, the kid in Indiana receiving his first promotion, the grandparents in Florida living on not much more than Social Security but still giving of themselves — these are the great Americans who understand what President Trump is talking about, and they are the Americans he understands and respects.
Can you say Obama understood and respected these ordinary Americans?  Or the Clintons, or even the Bushes, with their New England heritage and Texas money?  Or Nixon, LBJ, or Kennedy with his serial adulteries?  Or Carter, with his twisted ideology of “save everyone in the world at the expense of the American middle class”?  Only Reagan and Trump put ordinary Americans first.
Now, unless the Supreme Court steps in, it’s back to “normal.”  Already the word has come down from Biden appointees — herd the riffraff back to their pens, tape their mouths, steal their votes, and strip them of their rights.  It’s high times again in Washington.
What is really important to the elite is the illusion that only they know what’s “smart” and what’s right.  “Smart” was the byword of the Obama/Biden administration, and it implied that anyone who questioned their policies — policies designed to enrich the elite — was truly dumb.  It was their way of ending the discussion, like saying “the science is settled.”  Now, from being “smarter” than we are, the next step is to prosecute those who oppose them, and they’re halfway there with the accusation that those who question anthropogenic climate change are “deniers.“
The elite are evolving from political snobs to something more sinister.  It’s not enough to condescend to conservatives.  Now the elite want to imprison them.  The persecution of Gen. Flynn by a politicized Justice Department should be a warning to the rest of us.  Michael Flynn is a hero for standing up to it, but most Americans would probably buckle under the pressure, and we’d be living in a totalitarian state.  We’re close to that already. 
There are many policies to fear from Biden/Harris, but censorship and persecution of opponents may be the worst thing.  Progressives have a history of elevating their goals above the law and established practice — Woodrow Wilson’s Espionage Act, FDR’s attempt at court-packing, LBJ’s bullying of Congress and the courts, Obama’s pen and a phone.  Obama/Biden was the most activist administration since LBJ, intent on promoting universal abortion “rights,” open borders, and globalist policies that weakened the United States, and they used the Justice Department and FBI, along with many other agencies, to persecute those who opposed them.  What they especially attacked was the traditional faith of the heartland.
Hobby Lobby found that out, so expect there to be more Hobby Lobbies under Biden.  When the CEO and Founder of Hobby Lobby, David Green, stood up for what he believed and refused to fund contraceptive coverage mandated under Obamacare, Obama’s Justice Department sued with the intention of fining and imprisoning him into submission.  Green refused to bow to the Deep State and ultimately won in the Supreme Court.
Thanks to President Trump’s appointees, the Court may be the salvation of others like David Green, but it can go only so far.  And there is nothing except a Republican Senate to prevent Biden from packing the Court with liberals.
Even the Court can’t defend us against the corruption of the political elite.  They believe they have a right to practice graft and influence peddling, and to reap the benefits of drugs, fine liquor, call girls, and the rest.  Eliot Spitzer and “Client 9” aren’t the only politicians caught up in prostitution — Hunter Biden may be worse.  As progressives see it, this behavior is just something to smirk about and look the other way.  They think it’s provincial to think there’s anything wrong with Hunter’s behavior.  Will Hunter Biden’s behavior change if his father becomes president?
The one thing progressives will not surrender is their sense of superiority to the American people, and their tactics are becoming more aggressive, shifting from disparagement to criminalization.Should Biden take office, expect the censorship and persecution of conservatives to continue and increase.  
The only way to stop them is to speak the truth and hope the public will vote them out of office.

If you start with a cage containing four monkeys, and inside the cage hang a banana on a string from the top, then you place a set of stairs under the banana, before long a monkey will go to the stairs and climb toward the banana. Now spray ALL the monkeys with cold water. After a while, another monkey makes an attempt with same result. As soon as he touches the stairs, you spray ALL the monkeys with cold water. Pretty soon, when another monkey tries to climb the stairs, the other monkeys will try to prevent it.   Now, put the cold water away.
Remove one monkey from the cage and replace it with a new monkey. The new monkey sees the banana and attempts to climb the stairs. To his shock, ALL of the other monkeys beat the crap out of him. After another attempt and attack, he knows that if he tries to climb the stairs he will be assaulted.
Next, remove another of the original four monkeys, replacing it with a new monkey. The newcomer goes to the stairs and is attacked. The previous newcomer takes part in the punishment – with enthusiasm — because he is now part of the “team”.
Then, replace a third original monkey with a new monkey, followed by the fourth. Every time the newest monkey takes to the stairs, he is attacked.
Now, the monkeys that are beating him up have no idea why they were not permitted to climb the stairs. Neither do they know why they are participating in the beating of the newest monkey.
Finally, having replaced all of the original monkeys, none of the remaining monkeys will have never been sprayed with cold water. Nevertheless, not one of the monkeys will try to climb the stairway for the banana.
Why, you ask? Because in their minds, that is the way it has always been!
This is how today’s House and Senate operates; and this is why, from time to time, ALL of the monkeys must be replaced AT THE SAME TIME!
If you haven’t figured it out yet, this is EXACTLY how the Democrat Party operates.
1. They tell you that you HAVE TO VOTE Democrat – because EVERY Republican will screw you, take your MONEY and you will be left with nothing.
2. Then they explain that you don’t have to even THINK about it – just vote Democrat, because ALL Republicans are RICH – by TAKING from Democrats.
3. Then they tell you HOW TO THINK! They invent whatever is necessary to convince you that THEIR Idea is great and the Republicans’ Ideas are BAD!
4. Then, if they find that have voted (or even spoken) ANY WAY other than THEIR way, they tear you down – you are not a “Good Person”!
5. Then they re-enforce the original premise: Don’t Think about or even Question ANYTHING about the Democrat Party – to vote for ANY Republican will COST YOU…. PLENTY…. ALWAYS!
6.  Game Over!  All Democrats are TAUGHT to Never QUESTION anything their Party says or recommends – and they DON’T!
I have NEVER met even ONE that will even read ANYTHING about the Republican Party, or any other viewpoint! – NEVER!
How would I know?   I was a Democrat for 41 years – until ONE Day, for the FIRST Time, I did the UNTHINKABLE – the UNPARDONABLE – the WORST Thing Possible:  I read how the OTHER Presidential Candidates felt about the 40 most important issues of the day.  I, a LIFELONG Democrat, found I agreed with the Republican on 39 of the 40 issues!
  I was STUNNED – that COULDN’T BE!
  I realized that I had been DECEIVED – all my life!
 I had voted, for YEARS & YEARS, exactly the OPPOSITE of how I truly believed.

The District of Corruption Has Overplayed Its Hand

This is just an observation (because I’m not looking forward to gulag life), but I think the only thing keeping Trump voters from burning the whole corrupt system down right now is that nobody knows whom or what to attack.  
That should be a pretty sobering consideration for an establishment class that thinks it just stole the 2020 presidential election fair and square.  If there were a ship out in the harbor loaded up with all the Democrats’ fraudulent ballots from the election, there’s no doubt in my mind that a hundred million Americans would dress up as members of the Washington Football Club and sink that ship to the bottom of the sea.  
If the politicians and journalists who call the District of Corruption home were wearing bright red coats, I suspect they’d find themselves tossed to the curb head-first by every small business–owner going belly-up right now due to political whims disguised as public health orders.  If there were a field of battle to defend or clearly demarcated enemy zones on the map, I’m guessing the powder keg ignited from mail-in ballot fraud this election cycle would have already gone boom!   The truth is that Americans are mad, and they should be.  
They have put up with four years of fake Russian collusion hoaxes and fake impeachments and fake judges using their powers to hamstring lawful executive orders from President Trump.  
They have watched the CIA abuse its powers to spy on a Republican political campaign and the FBI abuse its powers to punish political allies of the president, and the only person facing any semblance of justice in the whole mess is some no-name young lawyer from deep in the bowels of the Deep State’s operations against Trump who lacked the judgment to understand that his own side would use him as a scapegoat.  
Police officers have been totally thrown under the bus so that lawless Democrat mayors and district attorneys could send armies of Antifa thugs into the streets this election year as a show of strength. 
Old and young veterans have been watching elected officials tear up the Constitution they took oaths to defend, and if fighting broke out tomorrow, I think 90% of those former soldiers would be at the front lines the day after next.  We have a tinderbox right now, and about the only miracle saving the Establishment Club in D.C. from the impending inferno is that the Americans most fired up to tear the whole thing down are the same Americans who have spent their lives respecting the rule of law and American institutions.  
Drink that irony in!  The men and women in D.C. who see themselves as part of the “permanent government” have abused their powers to take down a sitting president, Establishment Club Republicans have looked the other way as Democrats used the cover of a pandemic to justify the dumping of unaccounted mail-in ballots across battleground states to overturn an otherwise likely Trump victory, and the only thing keeping Trump voters from destroying the whole corrupt system is their own self-restraint.  
As soon as enough of them decide that a two-tiered justice system that protects leftist agitators while persecuting the MAGA crowd is unacceptable or that a rigged election system that magically lifts establishment candidates to victory is illegitimate, then the whole house of cards comes crashing down.  Outside D.C., Americans have common sense, and their common sense tells them that the 2020 election for president was a sham.  By hook or by crook, and without changing current election laws through the state legislatures, Democrats transformed the 2020 election into a contest of which side could manufacture more fraudulent mail-in ballots.  
Since only the Democrats were manufacturing ballots, they won by default, but only after working well past double overtime to overcome the historic turnout for Donald Trump’s re-election.  Can you imagine how surprised those cheaters must have been when they realized in the hours after the polls closed that they’d have to double up their cheating efforts just to match the real voters who showed up for the president?  
Trump voters were so aware that they’d have to prevail over a “margin of fraud” that they turned out in numbers that shocked everybody. And instead of noting the huge surge in voters for the president, the Democrat press simply ignored it completely.  Even Joe Biden can’t believe how many votes Joe Biden received in order to eke a win past the incumbent president’s historic election night. 
When nearly half of America’s voters believe that the fix was in to steal victory from President Trump, you don’t have a conspiracy theory.   You have something approaching a general consensus.
So here we are in an American stalemate.  Democrat governors and secretaries of state know they ignored their states’ election laws in order to create so much mail-in ballot chaos that nobody knows which votes are real and which votes were cast by paid political operatives.
Establishment Republicans only too eager to get back to the pre-Trump status quo of cheap Chinese manufacturing, H-1B visa green cards for foreign workers, and endless illegal immigration labor are willing to play dumb and act as if it were completely normal for an incumbent president to break voting records and win almost all  bellwether counties in the country by an average of sixteen points but still somehow come up short of overall victory.  And the Establishment Club that transcends party membership is looking at the American people with one eyebrow raised and wondering whether it’ll be allowed to get away with it.  
In poker parlance, the D.C. crowd is bluffing that Joe Biden won the 2020 election, and it’s daring the American people to call it out.  It’s a dangerous gamble.  If these people get away with it, there’s really nothing holding them back from here on out.  If they can institute a system where the importance of the voter disappears and the only question is whether battleground state officials are corrupt enough to certify fraudulent election totals, then those darned rubes who value their individual rights cease to matter at all.  But if enough Americans call their bluff, well, then the D.C. corruptocrats lose everything.
If there were ever a political equivalent of 7-2 pocket cards, Joe Biden is it.  It’s time to push our chips in and see what happens.

Dear , “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” – Edmund Burke (or somebody) I have a Bible app called YouVersion and subscribe to various studies. My favorite study thus far has been a simple one: just Bible passages via Daily Bible Reading Guide (Catholic). A couple days ago the reading was from Matthew 10. It’s basically Jesus talking about courage and laying out the difficult work ahead to his apostles. In verse 26 he says:Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.27 What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. In these perilous times, it’s easy to go wobbly. We live in an era of deceit and lies and it can be tough to discern what to believe. In this same passage, Jesus talks about being wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Christians aren’t supposed to be idiots. They’re just charged with not being brutal with their knowledge. Harmless. Fraudulent Media A couple days ago, we found out that the media did what we knew it was doing: Hiding, lying about, and ignoring the Hunter Biden story. It’s all true, of course. When the New York Time’s Ken Vogel investigated before the election, he chose not to report it. Why? Because it was true. We’ve seen videos of votes being pulled out of suitcases. We’ve seen votes fed through machines multiple times. We know that votes with no signatures and addresses have been counted. What we don’t know is if all of this cheating changed the election outcome. If the media and corrupt politicians have their way, we’ll never know.  A note for the folks who fear the implications of all this widespread fraud. Yes, this has existed for years. Yes, there have been faulty election results and unfair elections and yes, we’ve had Senators, Congressmen, and even the presidential election stolen – from Nixon. What? You thought his paranoia was irrational? No. It’s painful to think that this evil exists in our beloved country. But face facts we must, and that might mean being laughed at, ridiculed, etc. Oh well.  The media has been using Nixon as an example we should follow for Trump conceding. Are they understanding what they’re saying? Today, some media doofus upset about Trump calling them out for their malice, noted that even Lincoln treated the media with respect. These ahistorical buffoons don’t even know what they’re saying. Anyway, it’s easy to lose heart. Don’t. If our elections are so easily corrupted, the whole foundation of our Republic has rotted more completely than imagined. It must be investigated, measured, and remedied.  Don’t give up seeking the truth. Don’t resign yourself to the lies. Have courage.COVID Questions With near universal mask use, why are COVID infections rising? With infections rising, why aren’t hospitals overwhelmed? The numbers of infected in my county have doubled in number at 4,000 plus but the number of patients in the hospital are 29 and have hovered in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s for months. The mortality rate is steady and low. No big jumps. That is not true everywhere, of course. I suspect that the nutritional state of the patient and quality of the health care system in various areas matters much regarding mortality rates. It also matters the age and vulnerability of those sick. There are outliers, of course. But there always are outliers.Music Interlude Sorry, no food this week. If you must know, my kids are obsessed with all things Asian and so there’s a lot of Ramen. I’ve even made some homemade Ramen. (It’s glorified chicken noodle soup, but don’t tell my kids that.) Instead, this week, I’d like to talk about organs. Not organ meat (gross, English people, so so gross) but the church instrument the Organ. With churches being shuttered and the coffers going unfilled, organists are seeing their profession or avocation going by the wayside. In England, they have had a fundraiser for these poor lasses and chaps where they play Bach’s Toccata & Fugue in D minor. You can listen here. Not my favorite Bach.  Here’s another Bach for you. Worth listening to for the Counter Tenor alone. (And also the Organ.) One of the best bits of Organ playing occur in the major motion picture Interstellar. Here’s a sample. I highly recommend the movie for the sweeping cinematography and score. I happen to love the story, too. Gorgeous movie. I saw it in I-Max with my son who is an astronomy buff. Blown away. Back to Counter Tenors for a moment. For the last couple of years, I’ve gone to the Houston Symphony’s Handel’s Messiah. Because of Covid, there will be no performance. I’d take different people every year so they had the experience, once in their lifetimes, of hearing one of most beautiful artworks ever created. In the second half, the audience stands up in honor of the Lord of Lords and sings the famed Hallelujah chorus. I’m overwhelmed every time. I will miss it this year. The first time I heard it, a delightful young Polish Counter Tenor, Jakub Józef Orliński, sang. Here he is performing Vivaldi. It was my favorite performance so far. I’ve had the pleasure of singing the Hallelujah chorus as a mezzo soprano and playing it in the orchestra backing the choir (I play –played– the violin. I have a kid who plays the cello and one who plays the viola.) Playing in the orchestra was fun. The trumpet player was super cute and asked me out! (He was 18 and I was 15. Very heady stuff!) We are writing to you with deep concern regarding more lockdown measures for our county. We feel the science is clear that more lockdowns lead to much more non 4covid morbidity and mortality as supported by the CDC. 
We are confused as to why this is happening as we are often overcapacity in our hospitals and ICUs every winter and we have never done this previously. We also run our ICUs normally at a high rate of occupancy as this is most cost effective.
Here are the issues in a nutshell:
1. Excessive PCR testing is leading to numerous false positive results.  The specificity of PCR testing is really unknown but I have seen many authorities claim it is no higher than the low 90% range because of the attempt to be 100% sensitive using cycle threshold standards of 40. (sensitivity is inversely related to specificity)2. For the sake of illustration, I will assume a 97-98% specificity which is likely far too high. Back in March when the county could only perform 300-400 tests per day, a 98% specificity would only lead to 6-8 false positive tests. Now we have reached up to 8000 tests per day. With a 98% specificity, that would lead to 160 false positive cases a day in our county. With a population of 1.1 million that would put us at 14.5 positive cases per 100,000 population and we would find ourselves in the worst possible tier based solely on false positive tests!!! This is absolutely a fact of epidemiology/science.3. Again we have normal ICU and hospital winter surges that happen every winter and we never had any county lockdowns.  Our county figures on your website show essentially a stable ICU occupancy from July 1st to today. In addition on your website, we only have a minimal surge in hospitalized patients as compared to last year. 4. When you test like this for everyone that comes into your hospital, ‘hospital covid patient” numbers will rise simply because you are capturing more asymptomatic disease in patients who otherwise are visiting the hospital for other reasons. 5. Public policy is being based on these erroneous numbers and assumptions.6. Public policy with shutdowns (various closures) leads to excessive non covid related deaths. Please see attached CDC article which shows clearly that these excessive deaths are most pronounced in the 25-44 year old age range with numerous weeks during this year that 40-50% excessive deaths are seen in this age group. When you measure in terms of life-years lost as compared to life-years lost with actual covid deaths, it is not even close. We are harming more people in our community who do not have nor are at risk of having significant covid disease with senseless closures of businesses and schools. This is data supported. 7. The CDC and pediatric societies across America have voiced their support of opening all schools. School age children are not significant vectors of the disease. 
 With this information above, can you answer the following questions:
1. how do you account for these high numbers of false positives with the county tiering system? Do you throw these numbers out so that only true positives are counted?2. Why did you not intervene with any type of community closure in the past winters when our hospitals were at overcapacity? What is different now?3. What data do you have that supports closures of businesses like gyms and outdoor dining while keeping other businesses open like walmart? What data do you have that supports that we stay indoors as opposed to outdoors? (all the science that we have reviewed supports a predominantly 99% indoor vehicle of transmission). 4. Why have you gone against the medical experts in not recommending the opening of our schools? 5. What about our county’s ICU figures caused you to trigger a closure? As you can see on the County website, ICU occupancy has been stable between 75 and 80% since July 1st despite changing covid admissions. Please be specific here. When we run normally at 75% occupancy, why is 85% so terrible? We handle these surges every winter. It is expected.
