It started in international soccer. Dennis Rodman brought it to the NBA in the 1980’s. Other great players over the years, Bill Laimbeer, Reggie Miller, Karl Malone, made it an important part of their game. But LeBron James has turned it into an art form. It has become so prevalent that the NBA has taken measures to curtail it by issuing warnings and fines. What is it? Flopping. A flop is pretending that you were fouled so you get rewarded and your opponent gets penalized. It helps to lunge backwards, flail your arms, and pretend to crash hard into the floor. Drawing fouls has become a such a big part of the NBA that players like James Harden and Trae Young have incorporated it into their offensive arsenal. Recently, flopping has bled over into Major League Baseball. This past Sunday, Oakland A’s shortstop Elvis Andrus flopped on the base paths as he was caught in a rundown facing a sure out. He grazed arms with Twins’ catcher Ben Rortvedt, and sent himself sprawling to the ground as if he were shot by a sniper, causing umpire, John Libka to award him home plate. You can see Andrus lean in and flip out his chicken wing toward Rortvedt creating the minor contact needed to send himself to the ground. The video shows Andrus in the dugout demonstrating the tricks of the flopping trade to his teammates. That is the common denominator with all these floppers. They are the ones who initiate the contact, and then they pretend to be the victim of the contact. It happens all the time in the NBA, create the contact and flop as if you’re the one who was fouled. Sunday was not the first time this type of behavior has shown itself in MLB. On September 16, 2010, in a game against Tampa Bay, New York Yankee Derek Jeter, pretended that a pitched ball struck him, and was then awarded first base. Replay clearly shows that the ball struck Jeter’s bat not his hand. Jeter defended his behavior, “It’s part of the game. My job is to get on base.”Former Yankee manager Joe Torre applauded Jeter’s actions when he said, “Hell, yeah, he did the right thing… it’s not being immoral… Anything you can get away with is fine.” This is all fine and good within the context of a sports competition; it can be written off as gamesmanship. But flopping is showing up in our everyday life. America has become a victim culture. If you can create a narrative that paints you as a victim, you will be rewarded. This is happening all over our society. Jussie Smollet and Bubba Wallace are the biggest examples of the victim-culture when they feigned being a victim of a hate-crime. Why would anyone pretend to be a victim? They knew they will be rewarded. Create yourself as a victim of a hate-crime, and your social media profile, your social status will immediately be elevated. This is the root thinking behind the call for reparations. People who never were slaves are presenting themselves as the victims of slavery and demanding billions of dollars in reparations from people who never owned slaves but are painted as the beneficiaries of slavery. Black people living in America continually present themselves as the victims of society, even though they enjoy the highest standard of living, the most freedom, the most opportunity than black people living in any other country in the world. We now have the Duke and Duchess of Sussex Harry and Meghan claiming to be victims of their royalty. Two people whose unearned net worth is greater than the average person could earn in five lifetimes went on TV with Oprah Winfrey in March to tell the world how victimized they were by being part of royalty. To quote Chandler Bing, “Oh no, two women love me. They’re both gorgeous. My wallet’s too small for my fifties and my diamond shoes are too tight!”Only in a victim-minded culture, can a multi-millionaire Duke and Duchess have the audacity to paint themselves as victims, and have millions of average citizens feel sorry for them. If Harry and Meghan are the Duke and Duchess of flopping, Michelle Obama is the queen. She has a master’s degree in the art of flopping. She has claimed to be a victim of white flight, and after the Derek Chauvin trial, Ms. Obama told Gail King, “many of us [black people] still live in fear as we go to the grocery store or worry about walking our dogs or allowing our children to get a license.” One of the most privileged people in the world is pretending to be a victim? She lives in a $10 million mansion in Martha’s Vineyard. She has a net worth of over $100 million, and she and her family have 24/7 secret service protection for life, and she wants to play the victim. There are about 160 million white people who should be more afraid to live in America than the Obama’s. But we are being asked to feel sorry for them, and many people much less privileged as the Obama’s, do. With every fake victim, there is a false victimizer. Every time LeBron James flops, there is a player on the other team who unfairly gets charged with a foul. We used to tell our players in the NFL, ‘they always get the second guy.’ The first guy, the player who shoves or punches first, rarely is seen by the refs. The second guy, the player who shoves or punches back, gets flagged, penalized and fined. It is like the kid in grade school who intentionally hit you in the back of the head, and when you turned around and punched him, you got detention for a month. The instigator of the violence becomes the victim, and gets rewarded. This is what we are seeing this play out in the Middle East in real time. Hamas attacks Israel with over a thousand rockets sorties aimed at civilians. They set-up their terrorist operations in schools, hospitals, mosques, and other civilian buildings, use Palestinian men, women and children as human shields, and then they paint Israel as the villain because Israel’s response to Hamas’ terrorist attacks injures or kills a child or a civilian. Hamas and the Palestinians are the ultimate floppers, playing the victim when they are the ones who instigated the violence. Fake victims should never be tolerated for one instant. Not only do they create false villains, but they harm actual victims. Real victims are less likely to be believed because fake victims have created skepticism about accusations of wrong-doing. Christine Blaise-Ford’s false charges of sexual assault against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh made it that much harder for real victims of sexual assault to come forward because they fear they will not be believed. This is what our culture has become. 50 years ago, if a player tried what Elvis Andrus did, the pitcher would have planted a 90-mph fastball in his ear on his next at bat. There was no tolerance for fake victims. Acting as a victim, playing the martyr was not accepted in our culture back then. He is a husband and father of two young children. A software engineer, Patient U. was leading a very active, full life when he was hospitalized for a lung infection. He, too, is awake.Both cases will be heard by hospital committees at the beginning of this coming week. These committees will decide whether to begin the deadly 10-day countdown to end Bill’s and Patient U.’s lives.

I’ve been reading the Satyricon again, which I taught for a number of years in early imperial Latin literature classes for advanced Latin students. The Latin, outside of the slang and neologisms, and the fragmented text, is pretty easy. The style flows. The Cena Trimalchionis is a brilliant damnation of the combination of wealth and leisure. What I was struck by again were Petronius’s symptoms of a “decadent” society: obsessions with showy materialism such as food, dress, and high-price luxuries; idleness or the notion that lots of young people are just wandering around without jobs but not starving either; polite mockery of those who work with their hands; childlessness and infertility; legacy hunting or the idea of easy money by flattering one’s way into an inheritance, cults, and not just promiscuity but also pan-sexuality, orgies, pederasty, pedophilia, transgenderism, transvestism, mockery of past marriage customs and traditions, general fear of impotence, and infidelity. The novel satirizes widespread ignorance about Roman myths, traditions, and customs, and the general cynicism about traditional morality, of the Milesian Tales, Widow of Ephesus, and Pergamon Boy sort. Education is discussed but from the view that pedants like Eumolpus and Agamemnon are bankrupt souls, and it has bifurcated into meaningless rhetoric for the elite and dumbed-down learning for the less wealthy others. The author Petronius Arbiter was likely the famous suicide Petronius of the Neroian Court. And he seems to think in the early days of the Principate that globalization (Mare Nostrum) has resulted in a leisured and corrupt Italy (the novel takes place, no surprise, in the Bay of Naples). His world is made possible by the huge influx of slaves, risk-taking non-Italian entrepreneurs, provincial money, and the rise of transcontinental commerce that has replaced the staid old Italian agrarianism, that Virgil recreated in his Eclogues and Georgics a generation after it had died. It is hard to know whether the author has more contempt for the played-out old Italian stuffy establishment or the crass, uncouth, and richer imperial wheeler-dealers like Trimalchio—or both. Unspoken but implied is that the entire circus is predicated on slave labor, a still potent army on the border, the fumes of what was once Augustan court stability, and the riches of the east that are becoming Romanized and globalized — and that it won’t go on for much longer (in fact, the empire would endure for another 400 years in the West, and 1400 in the East). When one collates the Satyricon with the poems of Catullus and works of Tacitus and Suetonius, the picture from say 60 BC to AD 100 is that leisure, over-refinement, money, rapid growth in urbanism, and cheap labor (chattel slavery), destroy the collective Roman character. They conspire to ensure cultural decadence and are twins to political corruption. No wonder the pessimistic determinist schools of Hegel, Spengler, and Toynbee concocted their evolutionary scales of Western struggle, maturity, and inevitable decline and self-loathing, as if stable government, and private property combined with freedom, both economic and political, eventually become passé, leading to consumption rather than investment and thus ultimately suicide—until the cycle repeats. Contempt for one’s ancestors and forefathers is a sure sign of societal pathology. No comment on all this, other than to suggest that older people see third-generational decline, younger people first-generational ascendence. Where AOC sees a dynamic green new utopia and an energetic diverse more capable demography replacing the played out fading 1950s sort, others might see a generation that will not be able to return to the moon (at least in public fashion) or can’t ensure safety in the streets, or can’t build a railroad, or an affordable middle-class existence for its people, or do much of anything but obsesses about themselves in their selfies and tweets.

They are publishing translations from Archbishop Viganò, as well as of LifeSite and many others. Mrs. Walterskirchen and her daughter also publish the journal Kultur-Magazin, for which this new interview with the Italian prelate was conducted.
Archbishop Viganò covers in this lengthy interview many aspects of the Great Reset, its connections with China and its harsh lockdown policies; its connections with key global players such as the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Bilderberger Group, the Rockefellers, and the Rothschilds; and its essentially “Masonic matrix.” As we see, it is a replacement of Christianity with a masonic world rule that is similar to that of older Communist experiments in the world. What connects the olderexperiments with this new international one is indeed Freemasonry.
There is a very interesting and revealing declaration by Pierre J. Gilbert (here) that dates back to 1995, which lists all of the steps that today we see taking place before our eyes with the tragic farce of Covid, from mass inoculation with a vaccine to the creation of detention camps for dissenters. This converted Freemason revealed the aims of the infamous sect 25 years ago.

One sign that he could be right here is the fact that one of the major leaders in this corona agenda, Bill Gates, is currently under much criticism for his closeness to the then-already known sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein. More and more information is currently coming out into the light, and this information is seriously undercutting Gates’s credibility.
Viganò trusts Our Lady of Fatima’s words, according to which the Consecration of Russia will take place late, but it will come, and then there will be “a time of peace.”
“The failure to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary,” Viganò explains, “led to the spread of Communism throughout the world; today we see Communism allied with the other sworn enemy of Christianity, Liberalism.” He continues by saying:
This infernal alliance is meant to lead to the establishment of the New Order and the advent of the Antichrist. But let’s not forget that Our Lady has said that, before the final persecution, the world will enjoy a period of peace. I think that the Great Reset and the Satanic project of the New Order under the Masonic Synarchy has not yet managed to impose itself, even if we have come very close to it.
But while we await Our Lady’s victory, Archbishop Viganò calls upon us to lead lives in accordance with Christ’s Kingship, admonishing us to “seek to make Christ reign above all in our hearts, and, as a result, in our families, so that he may also reign in our societies.”

1. What does the Great Reset mean?
“The Great Reset” is an expression coined a few years ago by the Masonic elite that dominates the world. It means a sort of global revolution that has been decided on by this elite in order to “reset” the entire social fabric, imposing a series of changes on the masses that are intended to prepare for the reign of the Antichrist, which in the absence of calamitous events would be difficult to have democratically adopted with their consent. The ideals of a better world, respect for the environment, fraternity between peoples, and inclusivity are only a hypocritical and deceptive way of delivering this revolution and cloaking it with an alleged nobility of purpose which in practice hides the true ends of the elite: by their own admission, “nothing will be as it was before.”
2. Who are the key people behind the Great Reset? What do we know about their personal beliefs?
The elite which promotes the Great Reset is composed of the main world organizations, from Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum to the O.N.U., from the Trilateral Commission to the Bilderberg Group, with the support of their servants in governments, high finance, multinational corporations, and the media. This process has gone on for centuries, led by the great dynasties of capital such as the Rothschilds and Rockefellers, who heavily interfere in the politics of nations thanks to their immeasurable wealth.
The matrix is essentially Masonic, both in the principles they express as well as the hatred they display towards religion, and even more towards Our Lord Jesus Christ. If we consider the requests promoted by the supporters of the Great Reset, we can trace them back to the triad of the French Revolution and Freemasonry: liberty, equality, and fraternity. Any Catholic who is instructed by the Magisterium of the Roman Pontiffs knows what infernal subversion is implied by these principles: liberty means rebellion against the Sovereignty of God and His Holy Law; equality places all people on the same level, the lowest, denying the differences and individuality of each person, and above all annulling the fundamental distinction between those who recognize Christ as the One God and Lord and those who reject Him; and finally fraternity seeks to establish a society in which men can be brothers without any reference to the divine paternity of God or belonging to the family of the redeemed in Christ.
Let us consider an important thing: man is made in the image of God in the sense that he reflects, in his faculties, the attributes of the Most Holy Trinity: the power of the Father, the wisdom of the Son, the love of the Holy Spirit. The Great Reset wants to overturn this connatural correspondence of man with his Creator, Lord, and Redeemer in a blasphemous parody: unhinging his memory, distorting his intellect, and perverting his will.
Everything that is done in the name of globalist ideology has this unacknowledged but very evident purpose: we must no longer remember our past and our History, we must no longer know how to recognize Good and Evil, we must no longer desire virtue and reject vice; indeed, we are driven to condemn the Good as intolerant and to approve Evil as a liberation and redemption from Christian morality. And if God is rejected as Father, there must no longer be paternity even in the natural order, because natural fatherhood is a mirror of divine paternity. This is why there is this theological hatred against the natural family and against unborn life. If God did not die for us on the Cross, there must be no more suffering, no more pain, no more death, because in pain we are able to understand the meaning of sacrifice and accept it for love of Him who shed His Blood for us. If God is not Love, there must no longer be love among men but only fornication and the satisfaction of pleasures, because if we desire the good of others, we are led to share with them the most precious gift that we have, Faith, and we cannot abandon them to fall into the Abyss in the name of a perverse concept of freedom. They are not atheists; they do not deny that God exists; rather, they hate Him, just as Lucifer hates Him.
3. Is it a battle between Good and Evil, in your opinion?
The Great Reset is not only the last stage prior to the establishment of the reign of the Antichrist, but it has acquired all of the connotations of a true religion, borrowing its language, creating ceremonies, appointing its own priests. The rituality of the present pandemic is quite obvious, especially in the way they have wanted to give the vaccine a sacramental value, to the point of resorting to priests and bishops – and even the pope himself – to promote it, even preaching that it is indispensable for salvation, identifying it as a “moral duty” for every believer. Thus, in prohibiting the Holy Sacrifice to the true God and banning the administration of the true Sacraments, the new Covid religion has imposed itself with new hygienic rituals and new sacraments of health.
The faith of the disciple of the Coronavirus in the media narrative is the grotesque parody of the act of faith required of the Catholic, with the difference that the dogmas of the health religion to which unconditional assent is required are totally irrational, unreasonable, and illogical; there is not an adhesion to a truth that transcends reason but rather to a dogma that contradicts it, showing that, like all false religions, Covid crosses the line into superstition. Those who believe in Covid thus find themselves in the position of having to give proof of their submission to its sacred ministers, even in the face of concepts that are repugnant to medical science and common sense: the use of masks is obligatory even if they do not protect against contagion; the vaccine is imposed even if it does not give immunity, treatments not approved by the Health Sanhedrin are prohibited even if their effectiveness is obvious. And we should add: the more absurd the order that is given, the more the disciple feels that he is a member of the sect precisely by the very act of obeying.
It is disconcerting that those who today abdicate from reason in the face of the proclamations of the virologist-pontiffs declare that they are “rationalists” and convinced supporters of science against any sort of dogmatistic fideism. On the other hand, when people do not believe in God, they end up believing in anything.
4. In light of the fact that the World Economic Forum supports the strong lockdown policies implemented in light of the Corona virus, even praising the benefits of the lockdowns for the clearing of the air, it seems that the Corona crisis corresponds with their plans very well and is a useful tool for their Great Reset. Do you see any ties there between the WEF and the managers of the Corona crisis?
In conclusion, Covid is a pretext with which to give the semblance of legitimacy to restrictions on natural freedoms and fundamental individual rights, in such a way as to create an economic and social crisis with which to make the Great Reset irreversible. The present state of economic exhaustion in European countries – in particular those of Catholic tradition like Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, and Poland – forces them to submit to the blackmail of the European Union and to be despoiled by American, Chinese, German, and French… multinationals. In tandem with the unhinging of the economic fabric, it was decided to concentrate profits in a few multinational companies, such as Amazon, Just Eat, Ikea, and others – including large retailers – which have benefitted enormously from the closure of small and medium-sized businesses and restaurants. Not to mention the profits of the pharmaceutical companies, behind which are investment funds headed by, among others, Microsoft, Amazon, and Facebook.
Another sector that has benefited enormously from the lockdown has been pornography: the multinational Mindgeek has increased its turnover, contributing to the corruption of millions of young people and adults forced to stay at home by the pandemic emergency, by means of promotional offers and free subscriptions, as a result of which the number of its clients has increased enormously and consequently also the price of third-party advertising. As we can see, the pandemic offers a precious opportunity for those who cultivate the vices and perversions of the masses in order to be able to better manipulate them.
5. More concretely, as it turns out, the West has imitated a lockdown policy that was first used by China, a totalitarian country. Does this not show us how much we in the West are already influenced by China? How else can we explain why the West would imitate Chinese methods?
The Chinese communist dictatorship is certainly one of the protagonists of the tragic pandemic farce: there is the concrete suspicion that it produced the virus, and the certainty that it spread it abroad, banning domestic flights but permitting international ones. China is also certainly taking advantage of the economic crisis, in whose wake Chinese financial groups are acquiring infrastructures, strategic companies, hotels and prestigious real estate, beginning in Italy. Beijing is aware that the establishment of the New World Order obtained via the Great Reset will entail a “communization” of liberal ideology, and it is taking advantage of this to expand its power in the world, also thanks to the fifth columns it finances in various nations: this is exactly what Edward Luttwak has denounced in the past few days in saying that Italian ministers and undersecretaries are in the pay of China (here).
6. You were one of the early voices warning us that the Corona virus is being used for political purposes. I remember how in the very early stages, last year in March I was heavily influenced by people such as the immunologist Dr. Richard Hattchet, who stated that “this is the most frightening disease I have encountered in my entire career,” compared the Corona virus with the situation of World War II (minute 11.45) and praised the successful and “incredible sets of interventions” undertaken by the Chinese Communists in Wuhan. Now I realize that he is working on a vaccine for this virus and is funded for it with $20 million by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Could this example explain how we came to accept such stark restrictions in our lives and there was indeed a collaboration of different forces to scare us?
The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is among the principal sponsors of the virus, and at the same time, as I mentioned earlier, Microsoft is the first shareholder of the Blackrock investment fund, which finances Pfizer, Moderna, and Astra Zeneca. Furthermore, the Foundation is among the primary sponsors of the WHO and has ramifications in many national and international health organizations. We know that in many speeches Bill Gates has theorized about using the pandemic to reduce the world population, and that he holds the patent on population health tracking systems, as well as a payment system that interfaces with the tracking chip. To say that Gates is a philanthropist is like saying that Jack the Ripper was a fan of anatomy.
I would like to recall, confirming the conflict of interest of international institutions with regard to their sponsors, that Bill Gates and George Soros gave about 1.4 million euros to the Council of Europe between 2004 and 2013 and about 690,000 euros between 2006 and 2014, effecting “a real privatization of international organizations and, what is worse, of human rights” (here), as denounced by the French lawyer Grégor Puppinck, the Director of the European Center for Law and Justice.
The purpose of Gates, Soros and other “tycoons” committed to the globalist agenda is the decimation of the world population, the enslavement of the masses and the concentration of power and finance in the hands of a few criminals who aim at world domination and the preparation of the coming of the Antichrist. In the face of this infernal plan, the tool of the Covid-19 virus to impose vaccines that make billions of people chronically ill is perfectly coherent with their claims and with the unfortunate complicity of religious and political leaders from all over the world, including Jorge Mario Bergoglio, who, as we know, has betrayed Chinese Catholics with the Beijing agreement, handing the laity and hierarchy over into the hands of the schismatic sect under the orders of the Communist Party, in exchange for generous funding.
7. You recently mentioned in an interview that “the Secretary-General of the United Nations recently stated that the virus was used to suppress dissent.” Could you tell us more about what the Secretary-General said?
The statements of the Secretary-General of the United Nations can be understood both as an accusation and as a warning to nations not to proceed with the suppression of dissent, as well as an acknowledgment of the real intentions of the elite. Let’s just say that this statement confirms the evidence of the facts, especially with regard to the effort to impose the vaccine passport and with it the mass vaccine or discrimination against those who do not accept being inoculated. I do not exclude that this admission may serve also as a way to assuage dissenters, making them believe that the UN is extraneous to the globalist plan.
8. Could it be that we are already at a point where the global elites working for a Global Reset are effectively aligned with China, independently of China’s dictatorial rule of its people?
The Chinese dictatorship is the paradigm of what awaits the entire world, if the alliance between liberalists and communists becomes definitively sealed. China demonstrates that dictatorship is the only possible form for imposing the Great Reset on the masses, replicating in a form adapted to today’s situation what Mao Zedong did with the Great Cultural Revolution in the 1960’s. Nonetheless, I believe that, at a certain point, the goals of the Great Reset and the goals of China will no longer coincide, especially when it comes to abolishing the debt of nations from which China collects enormous interest: it would find itself deprived overnight of an economic power over other nations which it is not willing to give up, unless an alternative that is equally profitable from the financial and political point of view is proposed.
9. Since we have imitated China’s lockdown rules, are we to expect that the West will also be more and more inclined to imitate China’s suppression of political dissent and religious groups, especially Catholics and in general Christians?
It seems clear to me, as I have just said, that the model of dictatorship currently in force in China will have to be applied also to those nations on which the Great Reset is to be imposed: civil, political, and religious dissent is neither contemplated nor tolerated, above all when it demonstrates the grotesque conspiracy of the New World Order against the peoples of the world with valid arguments and obvious proofs. The indications have already been present for some time in the West and in the “free” nations: ruthless censorship on social media, the total subservience of the mainstream media, exasperated control of the life of individuals, tracking of movements, and last but not least, so-called “social credit,” which has already been adopted in China and that some suggest should also be used by us.
Social credit is used to assign each citizen a score that is meant to indicate his or her reliability in the eyes of the State, on the basis of information possessed by the government based on the analysis of big data regarding the economic and social condition of its citizens. In essence it is a form of mass surveillance aimed at classifying individuals and companies, with the possibility of excluding individuals and organizations from social life whenever they do not respect the parameters decided on by the government. Every citizen is rewarded or punished on the basis of his own behavior. Some types of punishment include being banned from flying, being excluded from private schools, having one’s internet connection slowed down, being excluded from high-prestige jobs, not being allowed to book stays in hotels, and finally being registered on a public ban list. If we consider the measures that are being adopted thanks to the pandemic regarding the “vaccination passport,” it seems to me that the Chinese model is already on its way to being implemented almost everywhere.
As regards the repression of religious dissent, it should be noted that Bergoglio has demonstrated that he wants to replace the Catholic Church with an ecumenical and globalist structure that preserves only the name or the “brand” of the Spouse of Christ. It is no coincidence that even in Catholic circles there is an ever stronger delegitimization of those who are not willing to renounce the Faith in the name of subservience to the dominant ideology; and, on the opposite front, the Holy See is careful not to condemn the heterodox doctrines promoted by various Bishops’ Conferences, beginning with those in Germany, Belgium, and Holland. Indeed, the ideological basis of those doctrines – for example the blessings of sodomitical couples or religious indifferentism promoted by so-called ecumenical dialogue – is found in the “magisterium” of Bergoglio and is coherent with the heretical approach begun by Vatican II, which began the process of the dissolution of traditional society which followed the revolution of 1968 in Europe and America and, as we were saying, the Cultural Revolution in China.
10. In light of a possible growing collaboration between the Global Elites of the Great Reset and China, working toward a less free society, what do you think about Our Lady of Fatima’s warning that without a proper consecration of Russia, Russia would spread its errors throughout the world, with Communism being her main error?
The failure to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary led to the spread of Communism throughout the world; today we see Communism allied with the other sworn enemy of Christianity, Liberalism. This infernal alliance is meant to lead to the establishment of the New Order and the advent of the Antichrist. But let’s not forget that Our Lady has said that, before the final persecution, the world will enjoy a period of peace. I think that the Great Reset and the Satanic project of the New Order under the Masonic Synarchy has not yet managed to impose itself, even if we have come very close to it. I hope and pray that Providence is using this pseudo-pandemic to show us the dystopian world that awaits us if we do not return to God, if we persist in offending Him and violating His Commandments, if we deny the divine Kingship of Our Lord, preferring instead to live under the tyranny of Evil. Many people who up until yesterday were still convinced of the goodness of the globalist project and its compatibility with the Faith are beginning to understand how anti-human and antichristic it is. Perhaps all is not lost, if we know how to understand that there is no peace except where Christ is recognized as King: pax Christi in regno Christi. Those who believe they can build a prosperous and peaceful society without placing its foundation on the rock of Our Lord will have the same end as those who wanted to build the Tower of Babel to challenge God. Dextera tua, Domine, magnificata est in fortitudine: dextera tua, Domine, percussit inimicum – Thy right hand, O Lord, is magnified in strength: thy right hand, O Lord, hath slain the enemy (Ex 15:6).
11. What can we Catholics do in order to stop such a frightening process throughout the world and restore our constitutional liberties that have been encroached upon and limited in the name of a health crisis?
The violation of “constitutional liberties” is only one aspect of the problem: before this there is the violation of the Law of God, in the name of which abortion, euthanasia, sodomy and the worst perversions are called “rights,” while in fact they represent a challenge to the Majesty of God. Let us remember this well: Deus non irridetur – God is not mocked (Gal 6: 7) – one cannot play games with God, let alone challenge Him. In order to stop this infernal race towards the abyss we have only one solution: to change our lives by radically converting; to evangelize those who do not believe by word and example; to pray to the Lord asking Him to make the Hierarchy of the Church return to being a witness of Christ and not a slave of the world; to invoke the Most Holy Virgin, asking Her to grant us a holy and God-fearing Pope, who will carry himself as a new prophet in this Nineveh that is the modern world, admonishing the powerful of the earth as John Paul II still knew how to do on fundamental themes like respect for life from conception to natural death or the family.
Let’s stop believing that we can do without God, thinking that it is enough to follow any creed we like in order to be saved, or that the One and Triune God who has revealed Himself to us and Who sacrificed His Only-Begotten Son for our salvation can be placed on the same level as false and lying idols, beginning with the accursed pachamama.
Rather, let us seek to make Christ reign above all in our hearts, and, as a result, in our families, so that he may also reign in our societies. If we know how to be the salt of the earth (Mt 5:13) for the restoration of the Kingdom of Our Lord, society can only benefit from it; if instead we go along with the infernal plan of the Great Reset in the name of an impossible brotherhood between Good and Evil, we will be inexorably destined to the condemnation of being trampled on by men (ibid.), along with the enemies of God.

This can be as early as six weeks’ gestation using methods according to the standard medical practice.
This measure will save thousands of lives and is a vital step in the road to abolishing all abortions in Texas. Though this is a landmark victory, we know that countless children, women, and hospitalized patients are still threatened by abortion and euthanasia in Texas. The abortion industry continues to threaten vulnerable preborn children with discriminatory and early abortions.

“Grace to you and peace from Him Who is, Who was, and Who is to come” (Revelation 1:4).
I am writing to you today to provide clarification about SB 917 that the Texas Catholic Conference of Bishop’s (TCCB) wrongly opposes. Regrettably, I would guess that most of the Texas bishops who oppose this pro-life legislation have never read it.
I am sure you are familiar with Baby Tinslee Lewis whose rare medical condition has placed her in the news. It is the Texas Advanced Directives Act (TADA), with its “10-Day Rule”, that provided doctors legal protection when they threatened to “pull the plug” and end her life against her families wishes—and against a reasonable medical prognosis in favor of Life. Only a court injunction stopped this fatal action, and thankfully Baby Tinslee is alive today. She is alive, 19 months after her attending doctor said she would die, and her family continues to fight for her life sustaining medical care. SB 917 will replace this infamous “10-Day Rule” and allow a patient and their loved ones 90 days to find alternative options for care if a doctor decides he is no longer willing to provide it. I beg you to join me in defense of life. Voice your support for these bipartisan bills and help bring an end to the violence being done to so many in Texas.
It is a regrettable reality that the TCCB as an organization—not all its individual members—has been outspoken in its opposition to this pro-life bill. For the sake of Life, I am compelled to set the record straight. The TCCB has claimed that the passage of SB 917 would undermine physicians’ medical expertise and compromise their conscience rights. This is simply not true. As an authentically pro-life bill, SB 917 protects the conscience rights of doctors AND patients. SB 917 would allow a doctor to withdraw his or her participation in treatment, but NOT allow the critical treatment to be withdrawn from the patient for 90 days. This allows both the doctor’s and the patient’s consciences to be respected without harm to the patient. In essence, SB 917 replaces the 10-Day Rule with a 90-Day Rule, allowing patients and their families more reasonable time to work through the emotions of the situation and secure a transfer to a doctor and/or facility who will continue care.
Despite their public presentation, the TCCB is not in consensus on this matter. At least two Catholic Bishops in Texas have spoken against the troubling position taken by the TCCB. Still more have misgivings but are unwilling to voice disagreement with their fellow bishops. I would surmise that many of the Texas Bishops have not even read SB 917, and do not know what is in it.
In accord with Catholic moral teaching, decisions about critical care and end-of-life care should be made by the individual, or the family members they have entrusted with that responsibility. Doctors are right to provide expert knowledge about a patient’s condition and treatment options, but they should never be given the responsibility or the power to decide when and how a patient dies, especially when their opinion about such matters is in direct opposition to the wishes of the patient and their family. As the Vatican has stated:
If there are no other sufficient remedies (to a critical condition), it is permitted, with the patient’s consent, to have recourse to the means provided by the most advanced medical techniques, even if these means are still at the experimental stage and are not without a certain risk. By accepting them (the advanced and even experimental treatments), the patient can even show generosity in the service of humanity. It is also permitted, with the patient’s consent, to interrupt these means, where the results fall short of expectations (Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Declaration on Euthanasia).
Discontinuing medical procedures that are burdensome, dangerous, extraordinary, or disproportionate to the expected outcome can be legitimate; it is the refusal of “over-zealous” treatment. Here one does not will to cause death; one’s inability to impede it is merely accepted. The decision should be made by the patient if he is competent or able or, if not, by those legally entitled to act for the patient, whose reasonable will and legitimate interest must always be respected(Catechism 2278).
These are only two quotes from the Ordinary Teaching Office of the Catholic Church. Both make it crystal clear; a person can choose to accept or reject extraordinary treatment. That decision belongs to the patient, not the doctor. Removing the patient’s will from the situation is nothing short of forced euthanasia and a violation of individual conscience. The 10-Day Rule is legalized, forced euthanasia.
A legitimate question to ask is, “What is the motivation for an otherwise ‘pro-life’ Texas to allow such a draconian practice?” Well, the Culture of Death is strong and very motivated. Aside from that, I have one theory that is based on testimony given during the hearings I attended: organ harvesting could have a lot to do with why hospitals and doctors want to control the moment of death. Organ harvesting is a huge business in the medical field. I encourage you all to investigate this yourselves. While organ donations can be a beautiful and life-giving opportunity, that gesture of good-will has been exploited by the Culture of Death for monetary profit at the expense of Life. Based on testimonies given during the hearings, the 10-Day Rule has been an opportunity for this to occur.
If you were contacted by a TCCB representative or bishop, and mistakenly listed your opposition to SB 917/HB 2609, please reverse your decision. Please, contact your state senator and state representative and tell them you wish to reverse your position. Tell them you support SB 917/HB 2609.
I can say with certainty, the TCCB does not speak for all Catholics in Texas. It does not even speak for all its member bishops! Our civil liberties hang in the balance. Lives hang in the balance. Please do not let TCCB be the only Catholic voice on this issue. Contact your state senators and representatives to support SB 917/HB 2609.

On January 11, The Associated Press (AP) headline was “Arnold Schwarzenegger compares US Capitol mob to Nazis.”
On the same day, Twitter, in “What’s happening” or trending under “Arnold” it said “Arnold Schwarzenegger, the former governor of California and actor, compares the insurrection at the Capitol building in Washington DC to the rise of Nazi Germany in a personal video message.” In the video AP reported that Schwarzenegger compared the January 6 United States Capital protest incident which was apparently partly infiltrated by leftist activists to the Nazi ” Night of Broken Glass” incident :
The Republican said in a video he released on social media on Sunday that “Wednesday was the Night of Broken Glass right here in the United States.” In 1938, Nazis in Germany and Austria vandalized Jewish homes, schools and businesses during an attack that became known as Kristallnacht or “the Night of Broken Glass.”
Schwarzenegger was monstrously wrong and should have compare it to the Reichstag Fire incident where the German people lost their civil liberties. The On This Day website gives a summary of the Reichstag Fire:
Four weeks after Adolf Hitler was sworn in as the new Chancellor of Germany, the seat of the German Parliament in Berlin, the Reichstag, was burned down. This is one of the most contested and controversial events of Hitler’s early years in power, as a mere one day later, Hitler signed the Reichstag Fire Decree which gave his government the legal authority to imprison opponents of the Nazis and suspend many civil liberties in Germany.
The Nazis arrested Marinus van der Lubbe, a Dutch Communist, with setting the fire. He was tried, and executed on January 10, 1934, for the arson act. There has been much debate on whether Lubbe acted alone or whether the Nazis set the fire as a false-flag attack in order to pass the Reichstag Decree and increase their power.
Foremost Nazi historian Ian Kershaw wrote in 1998 that the consensus was that Lubbe had acted alone and that the fire was merely a stroke of luck that the event occurred so the Nazis could use it to their advantage. However, new evidence since then has pointed to the possibility of a Nazi conspiracy. In June 2019 an affidavit in the archives of former investigator Fritz Tobias was discovered. In it Hans-Martin Lennings, an SA operative, claimed in 1955 that he and his SA group drove Lubbe to the scene of the fire – and that the Reichstag was already on fire when they arrived.
Lennings claimed that his team were made to sign a paper denying knowledge of the event, and that they had protested Lubbe’s arrest. He later claimed that many involved had been executed but that he had been warned and fled to Czechoslovakia.

Many people believe the Schwarzenegger, AP and Twitter false narrative because they have already been sold a bill of goods about the Nazis being “right wingers.” It’s not true, but the left wing spent a lot of time for this narrative to be built up. You don’t have to be an experienced insurrectionist like the late Muammar Gaddafi (who was armed to the teeth during his, needless to say) to know the answer.
If you replied (b.) you are either a moron, a liar, or a Democrat—or some combination of the three.
What occurred in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 6 of this year was about as far from an insurrection as I am from being a spaceman living on Mars.
Were those people stupid? Sure.
Were they juvenile? Rather.
But were they insurrectionists? You gotta be kidding.
And that’s leaving out the obvious details that the only person who got killed in this so-called insurrection was a Trump supporter shot by a Capitol policeman—we still don’t know who—and that videos show other Capitol police waving the demonstrators through, including that “dangerous” Chewbacca guy, into the building as if it were a national holiday and they were rubbernecking tourists from Kansas.
In fact, these people were the true patriots, trying, in their clumsy way, to get their country back, or what they thought was their country…
… In actuality, they, the Jan. 6 accusers, the Biden administration, whoever runs it, and their ever-so-willing cohorts in what we formerly might have called the Department of Justice, are doing many things far worse for our country than those hapless clowns who entered the Capitol could even conceive.
Just now the administration—the same progressive thinkers who killed the Keystone pipeline from Canada minutes after inauguration, throwing tons of people out of work, dissing our Northern neighbor, and helping cause our recent gas shortages—announced they are lifting the sanctions on Russia’s controversial gas pipeline to Europe. This is a form of treason compounding utter stupidity.
Of course, these are the same repellent, tedious ideologues (cf. Reps. Schiff and Nadler) who were nattering on endlessly—more accurately lying endlessly, as it turned out—about Trump’s supposed collusion with that same Russia.
But there’s no sense rehearsing that because it is already clear no one important will be prosecuted for this incredibly undemocratic crime against our nation and its people—government spying on a presidential campaign and then on the president, all based on fraudulent, forged documents out of Russian intelligence—the kind of thing Stalin’s NKVD would do, only our FBI is led by dreary, self-interested bureaucrats nowhere near as interesting or clever as Comrade Beria.
The Department of Justice and the FBI are bad enough, but things have gotten far worse. These same people are gutting our military in the pursuit of these “extremists” and opening the door wide for the renewed Axis of Evil—China, Russia, and Iran.
Stop for a moment of silence, ask Jesus Christ what He want you to do next. In this silence remember God, Father, Son and Holy Ghost – Three Divine Persons yet One God, has an ordered universe where you can know truth and falsehood as well as never forget that He wants you to have eternal happiness with Him as his son or daughter by grace. Make this a practice. By doing this you are doing more good than reading anything here or anywhere else on the Internet.

A Senator Stands Up to Big TechWith new legislation and a bestselling book, Josh Hawley proposes to bust up our Big Tech overlords before they bust up our republic.
“Our aim is not to do away with corporations. … We are not hostile to them; we are merely determined that they shall be so handled as to subserve the public good. We draw the line against misconduct, not against wealth.” But for the words “shall” and “subserve,” which belong to a bygone century, the above quote could’ve been uttered by Senator Josh Hawley. It’s the Missouri Republican, after all, who’s been the most vocal critic of both the awesome influence and the political malfeasance of Big Tech. Those words, though, came from the 1902 State of the Union address of Teddy Roosevelt. Perhaps it’s time we reconsider them. In a recent op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, Hawley laid out a plan through which Republicans can return to TR and the party’s trust-busting roots. “The founders understood that concentrations of power in either government or the economy are dangerous, threatening the rule of the people,” he wrote. “That’s why they curbed monopolies and strictly limited the corporate form. … They wanted the people to govern the nation, not an elite, whether that elite resided in government or business.” Hawley proposed three measures for pushing back against the plutocracy: ● Breaking up Big Tech, which he calls “the most powerful corporations in the country and likely in American history.” ● Limiting the size of the other corporate giants, in part by banning mergers and acquisitions of more than $100 billion, and by paying closer attention to their efforts to corner a given market. ● Ensuring that our courts are asking the right questions — not just about low prices, but also about robust competition. The first of these measures, cutting Big Tech down to size, would seem to be the most urgent in Hawley’s mind. Last month, to little fanfare, he introduced the “Bust-Up Big Tech Act,” which he believes will restore accountability and competition to these industry titans. “Woke Big Tech companies like Google and Amazon have been coddled by Washington politicians for years,” says Hawley. “This treatment has allowed them to amass colossal amounts of power that they use to censor political opinions they don’t agree with and shut out competitors who offer consumers an alternative to the status quo. It’s past time to bust up Big Tech companies, restore competition, and give the power back to the American consumers.” Concurrent with his campaign against our modern-day robber barons is a new book, The Tyranny of Big Tech, which was published by Regnery earlier this month after the original publisher, Simon & Schuster, shamefully canceled Hawley’s contract in January. (Despite the worst efforts of the speech suppressors at Simon & Schuster, Hawley’s book is already a bestseller, having finished its first week ranked sixth on the Publisher’s Weekly list and 15th on Amazon’s list.) “The irony is, the book is about the control Big Tech has over our politics, and over our society,” notes Hawley, “and it was Big Tech that led the effort to get this canceled. … This is a book that corporate leftists don’t want anybody to read, and for good reason. This is all about how big tech and mega corporations are working hand-in-hand with big government to try to run our country, silence our speech, and take over our government.” Hawley’s book has three parts: the first is a look at the original corporate monopolies of the Gilded Age — the rail, steel, and oil barons; the second is a look at today’s version of these giants — Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Twitter among them; and the third is a look at his antitrust ideas, including the aforementioned legislation, and his ideas for lessening the extraordinary influence of Big Tech in our daily lives. Rather than being able to speak our minds and govern ourselves, we’re being silenced and crushed into compliance by Big Tech’s corporate leftists. As Hawley writes in his book, “Our republic has never been more hierarchical, more riven by class, more managed by an elite than it is today. That is corporate liberalism’s legacy. But it need not be our future.”

Catholic League president Bill Donohue comments on remarks made last night by Chris Cuomo on the subject of abortion: On his CNN show of May 17, Chris Cuomo made several remarks about abortion that deserve a rebuttal. The occasion of his comments was the decision by the U.S. Supreme Court to hear a Mississippi case that bans abortions after the 15th week of pregnancy. Cuomo is upset that we haven’t impaneled experts to decide what science says about fetal viability. Here is how he phrases it. “When does what is inside a woman become a person with rights under the law?” Pro-abortion enthusiasts such as Cuomo find that discussing this subject can be a linguistic minefield. They have to proceed in tippy-toe fashion, always being careful not to mention the obvious, namely that the pregnant woman is carrying her baby. They have to resort to talking about “what is inside a [pregnant] woman,” as if it were a mystery. Contrary to what Cuomo’s secular faith believes, science is not ambiguous about “what is inside a [pregnant woman].” If uninterrupted, what is conceived at conception will develop into a fully formed human being. All the properties that make us a unique individual—the contents of our DNA—do not suddenly manifest themselves at birth. No, they are there from the get-go, which is to say fertilization. In other words, “what is inside a [pregnant] woman” is another human being. Cuomo needs to follow the science. If he does, he will quickly learn that science validates what the Catholic Church teaches. It is not the Church that is out-of-step with science—it is Cuomo. Moreover, his injection of ideology into this debate belittles his position: it is not about race or religion. When he uses boogey-man terms like “far-right white fright,” and speaks derisively about pro-life Americans—they are people who “get up in their religion”—he comes across as a philistine. Cuomo says that “Most Americans want the court to uphold Roe v. Wade.” Not exactly. As reported by CBS last year, a Marist poll found that “65% of Americans are likely to vote for a candidate who believes an abortion should be outlawed after the first three months of a pregnancy; allowed only in cases of rape, incest, or to save the life of the mother; or not permitted under any circumstance.” In other words, most Americans expressly reject what Roe v. Wade permits, which is the unfettered right to an abortion for any reason and at any time of gestation. Cuomo does not want to see Roe v Wade overturned, arguing that we need to respect “stare decisis,” or legal precedent. People like him have no problem telling us how we need to unsettle “settled law” when it comes to reinterpreting the meaning of marriage, or what it means to be a man or a woman. It all comes down to “what is inside a [pregnant] woman.” If this cannot be answered, then abortion is not a moral issue. If it can—and of course it can—then it is. Indeed, attempts to justify it are patently immoral.

Bill is being treated at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple, TX. He was hospitalized in mid-April in order to see a cardiac specialist due to heart complications. Normally, he is a very active fellow who absolutely loves going everywhere with his beloved wife of 33 years. Together they have one daughter whom they love dearly. Bill has been living a very active and meaningful life. Even now, he is awake, nods appropriately to questions, follows some commands, and reports no pain.
Patient U. is being treated at a North Texas hospital. He is a husband and father of two young children. A software engineer, Patient U. was leading a very active, full life when he was hospitalized for a lung infection. He, too, is awake.Both cases will be heard by hospital committees at the beginning of this coming week. These committees will decide whether to begin the deadly 10-day countdown to end Bill’s and Patient U.’s lives. 
When the Texas Heartbeat Act takes effect on September 1, all elective abortions after the preborn child’s heartbeat is detectable will be prohibited. This can be as early as six weeks’ gestation using methods according to the standard medical practice.
Though this is a landmark victory, we know that countless children, women, and hospitalized patients are still threatened by abortion and euthanasia in Texas. The abortion industry continues to threaten vulnerable preborn children with discriminatory and early abortions.
