Contend, O Lord, with those who contend with President Donald Trump;

    fight against those who fight against him!

Take hold of shield and buckler,

    and rise for his help!

Draw the spear and javelin

    against his pursuers!

Say to his soul,

    “I am your deliverance!”

Let them be put to shame and dishonor

    who seek after his life!

    with the angel of the Lord driving them on!

Let their way be dark and slippery,

Rarely has the fate of the nation hinged on the outcome of two Senate races — from the same state.

The distortions in the campaign and voting that we saw on November 3 will likely be child’s play compared with what will march through Georgia next January.
If recounts don’t change the November 3, 2020, result, the January 5, 2021, Georgia senatorial election becomes a black-swan event like none other in our age.
Incumbent senators rarely have runoff elections. Even if they do, states almost never have two senators up for reelection at once — and never both in runoffs. While control of the Senate has sometimes hinged on the outcome of one senatorial race, rarely has the fate of the nation hinged on two — from the same state.
In January, we will discover whether the Republicans hold the Senate, or whether Democrats and Vice President Kamala Harris announce that it is past time to junk many of the very rules by which America makes its rules.
Such melodramatic language is justified. Unlike normal changes of senatorial control, this time around the Democrats have boasted that with a Democratic Joe Biden, a Democrat-controlled House and Senate, Americans will see changes not just in policy per se but in the very manner of how we are governed. Or as now revolutionary Chuck Schumer in melodramatic fashion boasts from the metaphorical barricades: “Now we take Georgia, then we change the world.”
If Democrats pick up both seats, first anticipate the end of the Senate filibuster. With its disappearance after 180 years will go the last check on hard-Left power. Then expect a 15-person Supreme Court. With the end of that 151-year tradition will come the birth of a new “living” and fluid Constitution.
Watch for novel efforts, by hook or crook, to navigate around the amendment process of the U.S. Constitution to end the 233-year-old Electoral College. With all the reins of power, perhaps the Left will figure out a way, on Obama’s prior prompting, to admit two new states (and thus four more reliably Democratic senators).
Don’t count out efforts to see congressional legislation to override state legislatures’ voting laws and enforce on the states lunatic new protocols of the sort we saw this November. The effort will be to “broaden” the electorate, discourage “voter suppression,” and enhance “equity and inclusion” — everything from enfranchising 17-year-old voters, ex-felons, and legal non-citizen residents to mandated early and mail-in voting and rules against requiring an ID to vote.
Georgia’s outcome will determine whether federal legislation will likely smother gun rights akin to Europe’s restrictions, strangle the First Amendment to prevent “hate speech,” and re-create an open border and with it hundreds of thousands of new illegal aliens — future progressive constituents all in need of amnesties. Knocking down the wall seems absurd, but such nihilism may offer powerful iconic and psychological relief to the unhinged Trump-hating Left and their Never Trump allies.
One could go on with such political Armageddon scenarios. But suffice it to say, fairly or not, Georgia will not have seen anything like the upheaval since Civil War hero William Tecumseh Sherman marched from Atlanta to Savannah.
After the ongoing contested presidential election, the Georgia-election contours of the known unknowns of the race are pretty clear. That map with a sea of red-county rural expanse pitted against the deep-blue urban cores on Election Day will reappear inside Georgia.
The greater Atlanta metropolitan area and its environs of over 6 million make up a little more than half the Georgia population. The sprawl is supposedly becoming a blue continent inside a red state. So in a fairly evenly matched race, will the Trump base rise up and come out to vote in numbers sufficient to offset urban minorities and suburban professionals?
How many, if any, appearances will Trump make to refashion his campaign rallies on behalf of incumbents David Perdue (if he does not win outright a projected Georgia recount) and Kelly Loeffler? And will some embittered conservative primary voters split on the two?
Will Trump’s perceived utility in Georgia depend on his own fate and status in the current contested election — or intimations that he may run in 2024, that in Jacksonian fashion that he was cheated in a “crooked bargain” by the very miasmic forces he was elected to drain?
Will the “deplorable” vote in two months hinge on perceptions of how well the Republican Party got fired up over charges of fraud inherent in November mail-in voting and computer-glitched distortions that seemed always to go one way? Like it or not, a mob of 2024 Republican wannabe presidential candidates will pour into Georgia, and they will likely, willingly or not, reflect MAGA agendas to the core.
We more easily can anticipate the Democratic strategy, based on the party’s tactics in the 2018 and 2020 elections.
Remember how the stealthy Left won back the House in 2018 on the deception that veterans, conservative women, and moderate business people were running as Democrats to reclaim their party from the socialists?
So too radicals Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff will campaign as third-way Bill Clinton circa 1992 — on the correct assumption that the hard Left tolerates these deceptions for the greater good of getting power over the supposedly blinkered nation.
For a few weeks during the campaign, both Warnock and Ossoff will shed their former fringe-liberal positions on abortion, guns, support for fringe leftists, open borders, the new Green Deal, radical identity politics, and Israel. Then, like shedding a constraining exoskeleton, all that moderate sheath will be replaced by a renewed robust liberal coating after the election.
Just as the pollsters disgraced their profession to massage the vote in November 2020, so too will they at some point show a blue surge and all sorts of bizarre and contorted reasons why particular demographics have switched, flipped, evolved, and changed to supposedly make Georgia a blue state? If a disreputable Washington Post and ABC could claim that Trump was toast in being down in Wisconsin by 17 points five days before the election, why won’t they broadcast late-December polls showing Perdue and Loeffler as down by 10 and sure losers in Georgia?
Georgia’s ability to run an early-voting/mail-in second election in little more than two months will hinge on what the looming manual recount tells us about the accuracy of its unproven new computer balloting and its misadventure in early voting and mail-in voting.
The media, we know, will muzzle some news, and blare out other news. But it may have less effect on a state electorate that has access to local TV channels not entirely on board with the monolithic narratives crafted by the national networks, the cable stations, and public television and radio. More “fact-checkers” will appear to sort out “disinformation” by contextualizing crazy left-wing narratives and trashing conservative “conspiracy” blogs.
We know the Hollywood celebrity script. By late December, “they” — second tier, has-been stars eager for a virtue-signaling career-boost — will began appearing in “We Are the World”–like commercials, convinced of their limitless power to seduce Georgians into becoming as enlightened as those in Malibu — so they will “do the right thing” and thus vote accordingly.
Silicon Valley will issue warnings about “misleading,” “deceptive,” and “unsubstantiated” tweets, postings, and ads. Twitter, Facebook, and Google in partisan fashion will deplatform, cancel, blue-check, and suspend what is considered incorrect and unhelpful — all in an effort to provide several hundred million dollars in free advertising.
The noble liberal commentariat will advocate patently unethical, illegal, and unhinged nostrums to warp the vote that they think they will otherwise lose. Already the New York Times’ Tom Friedman, as the voice of the good citizen, has urged the anointed to take advantage of Georgia’s liberal voter-residency requirement and move temporarily to the Peach State to deform the vote there: “I hope everybody moves to Georgia, you know, in the next month or two, and votes for these two Democratic senators.”
Former presidential candidate Andrew Yang fleshed out Friedman’s rhetoric by claiming he was soon going to do just that:The best thing we could do for Joe is to get him a Democratic Senate. There should be coordination of resources. Everyone who campaigned for Joe should get ready to head to Georgia. I’ll go. It’s the only way to sideline Mitch and give Joe a unified government.
Note the left-wing emphasis on subverting Georgia law as “the only way to . . . ”
Meanwhile, Georgia officials reminded such humanitarians and civil libertarians that it is a felony to move to Georgia temporarily to take advantage of its residency laws in order to vote.
The subtext of these elite contortions is, of course, fear that Georgians might still be Georgians. And thus too many of them just might not be entirely deluded by the charade that Warnock and Ossoff are moderates — and thereby something other than the will of the people is needed. Or as Yang put it more clearly: “It looks like Democrats have an uphill climb in Georgia. It seems like it’s because Democratic voters actually need a little bit more awareness.” Is that the logic — dumb Georgians must be made a “little bit” more aware by undermining voting laws?
Should Biden have won the election, the Georgia race will be a showcase for every jockeying Biden-administration wannabe to prove how his greater fealty and zeal deserve greater career spoils. The ubiquitous fabulist Stacey Abrams will hover about, claiming all sorts of superhuman feats to justify an administration appointment.
In the age of No Dark Money, expect left-wing billionaires to pour cash in. Michael Bloomberg, the Steyers, George Soros, and Silicon Valley zillionaires all vie for the honor of “who won Georgia” for the Enlightenment.
In such a climate, Georgia might at least remind us (again) of the new progressive convergence of unverifiable early/mail-in voting, looming threats of street violence, third-party vote harvesting, court-ordered nullification of constitutionally and legislatively sacrosanct state election laws, massaged polling, 1984 Big Tech Trotskyization, billionaire gifting, celebrity vanity, and pathetic elite appeals to alter the voting electorate — all in service of the noble cause of ensuring a packed Supreme Court or ending the Electoral College.
So there is a pattern to all this. The progressive project has — and feels it must have — all the powers of American capitalism, information, technology, and government on its side.
Yet despite all those assets, why does the “people’s party” still act as if it lacks the people?

Be Encouraged! Developments in the Election Interference Scandal Point to Something Big Ahead

Washington, D.C. – Joe Biden and his running mate, Kamala Harris, with the help of the main stream media, may have declared themselves the winner of the 2020 Presidential Election, but who actually won has yet to be determined.  In fact, this race is far from over – especially in light of new information from President Trump’s legal team that something big is coming.

No state has yet certified any election results.  Legal challenges are underway and/or results are being disputed in several states, which makes calling the election for either Biden or President Donald Trump impossible at this time.

Over the past few days, attorneys representing President Trump’s campaign have indicated that a major lawsuit is expected to be filed as early as this week with sworn affidavits and other evidence that will show President Trump actually won the election by millions of votes. The attorneys claim they can prove the vote was sabotaged in a number of ways.

Voting Software

According to prominent members of President Trump’s campaign legal team, including Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani, the campaign has acquired evidence that Dominion Voting Systems and SmartMatic software, used by voting machines in up to 30 states, had a built-in capability for allowing third parties to alter, change, or remove votes during the tabulation process.

Both Dominion Voting Systems and SmartMatic are denying the claim that its software was involved in changing votes, as they would be expected to do. 

Sidney Powell is a renowned defense attorney who once served as a Federal Prosecutor.  She came forward as a whistle-blower to reveal corruption within the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation, which she personally witnessed. She also represents Gen. Mike Flynn in his attempt to dismiss – with DOJ approval – a case against him that was the result of corruption within the FBI.https://www.youtube.com/embed/-HFElf4H0t8

When questioned about the evidence to support the claims of voter fraud, Powell has stated that she has evidence to prove every allegation she has made.  Over the weekend Powell detailed the scheme to manipulate votes on the Fox Business Lou Dobbs Tonight program and vowed to “Release the Kraken,” meaning she was about to make public explosive evidence that backs up the shocking allegations of voter fraud that she says affected the outcome of the Presidential election.

Since then Powell was interviewed once again by Lou Dobbs, where she read from a sworn affidavit submitted a witness who claimed to have participated in meetings where the vote swapping capabilities of the software were discussed and approved.  The witness also claimed he watched Smartmatic voting software manipulate voting results in Venezuela and recounted an incident when voting was stopped for two hours so votes could be swapped between candidates. 

During election night, vote-counting was halted in several states where President Trump held leads, only to resume the counting hours later with new results that saw Trump’s leads mysteriously evaporate.

Illegal changes to voting rules?

The Trump campaign also alleged that Governors, Secretaries of State, and courts altered voting regulations in the weeks and months leading up to the election.  However, altering election rules without first going through the state legislatures appears to be unconstitutional.

Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution states, “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof…”

This places the responsibility for election regulations squarely within the state legislatures and not with the Executive or Judicial Branches of government.

Other Allegations

Other allegations brought by the Trump campaign include preventing legally mandated poll watchers from observing ballot counting, failing to ensure that signature on mail-in ballots match those on file, and accepting ballots without postmarks that would ensure the votes were legally made state deadlines.

“This isn’t over, and it won’t be over for some time.  While we need to monitor news from reliable independent sources that are not in the tank for the Democrats, we need to relax and understand that more revelations are coming from the Trump campaign that could dramatically change the status of the election as it stands now,” said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue.  “But above all, we need to remember that God is still on the throne, Donald Trump is still President, and that Joe Biden has not yet been certified as President-Elect.  We must continue praying and standing with President Trump, because a pro-abortion Biden-Harris administration would be a disaster for the pro-life cause and our nation as a whole.  We pray that will never come to fruition.”

Biden-Harris a Disaster for Life Issues

Joe Biden’s campaign has already indicated he would take the following steps that would dramatically alter the American system of government and derail the pro-life movement.

  • Rejoin the Paris Climate Agreement, which would place heavy burdens on American businesses and cost taxpayers billions of dollars.
  • Rejoin the World Health Organization, which funds and promotes abortion worldwide.
  • Protect and expand the business of abortion nationwide.
  • Repeal Trump’s travel ban on nations with Muslim majorities, which would be an open door for jihadists to enter our country and endanger American lives.

Biden is also reportedly considering appointing Democrat California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, Kamala Harris’ successor, who is currently prosecuting two pro-life journalists on criminal charges related to the undercover recordings that exposed Planned Parenthood’s involvement in the illegal trafficking of tissue and organs harvested from aborted babies – sometimes while their hearts were still beating.  Becerra has protected Planned Parenthood from prosecution even though there is evidence to show serious crimes were committed by them.

Abortion organizations are lobbying for Biden to undo other Trump Administration efforts to protect unborn babies, including the following:

  • Repeal the Hyde Amendment that prevents Federal funding of abortions.
  • Repeal the Protect Life Rule, which denies Title X Family Planning grants to organizations that conduct and/or refer for abortions. 
  • Restore the contraception mandate to Obamacare that would force religious organizations to fund contraception through their insurance in violation of their deeply held religious beliefs.
  • Repeal the Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance Policy, formerly known as the Mexico City Policy, which prohibits Federal tax money from going to international organizations that conduct and promote abortion.
  • Pack the U.S. Supreme Court by increasing the number of justices, then appointing leftist pro-abortion activist judges to take control away from the current conservative majority.
  • Increase the number of Federal Judicial Districts to dilute the impact of over 300 conservative Federal judges appointed by Trump.  This would negatively impact the ability for any pro-life legislation to survive a challenge in court.
  • Give Statehood to Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia, which heavily favor the Democrat Party.  That would add four Democrat Senators that would strip the majority from the GOP and ensure that Republicans will never again be able to achieve a majority in either the House or Senate.

“We cannot afford a pro-abortion Biden/Harris administration that will gut any meager protections for the unborn that we currently have in place, and would alter our nation in a way that would make it impossible for us to ever end abortion or even limit abortion,” said Newman.  “We know that big revelations are coming, and that the Trump Campaign is about to file a major lawsuit that may expose election fraud and prevent Biden and Harris from assuming power. We must pray now that the truth about the real outcome of the election is brought out and that injustices in the election results are made right – for the sake of our nation’s future and the future of children yet to be conceived.”

A Grim Prognosis What are the conditions for restoring republican liberty? The American MindNov 16This is the first essay in a new weekly series by members of The American Mind’s editorial staff. —Eds.I have been haunted lately by thoughts of kingship and the noble lie.  Polybius says in his history of Rome’s rise to empire that strict adherence to religious ritual was at the heart of Roman greatness. But “in a state of enlightened citizens, there would presumably be no need” for the myths and ceremonies Rome used to keep her populace in line. A nation of philosophers, one imagines, could get by on the subtleties of its people’s moral and metaphysical understanding. “But since the common people everywhere are fickle—since they are driven by lawless impulses, blind anger, and violent passion—the only option is to use mysterious terrors and all this elaborate drama to restrain them” (6.56).  Give the people rules and myths, in other words, because the truth and the full freedom to explore every possibility is simply too much for them to handle. It’s true enough that in a well-functioning society, the elites will be able to get by experimenting with innovations that would destroy the average bloke if unleashed upon him. The breakdown of that dynamic is part of the current state of play in our own fractured polity: extremes of sexual and ethical experimentation which ought to be handled with care by a discerning few are being preached en masse to a plebeian class ill-equipped to practice them.   The majority of folks neither enjoy having a full range of social freedoms nor flourish without guardrails. If you have a massive financial safety net and a highly refined moral intuition, you might experiment with multiple partners and be fine. If you’re an Uber driver being taught that it’s liberating to mess with polyamory, you’re going to end up crying in your car without knowing why.  It seems to me that these facts are reflected in our skyrocketing rates of addiction and mental disorder. They represent an unconscionable breach of fiduciary responsibility on the part of our “thought leaders,” whose decadence is both poorly thought out and far too widely broadcast. Democracy comes for us all, as Plato told us it would.  But none of these reflections is palatable to me. It is deeply uncomfortable for a man convinced of fundamental human equality to come up against brute facts of elitism that the Greeks were so happy to concede—indeed, so eager to insist upon. Equal under the law, of course, does not mean identical in wisdom or abilities. But still: as an American, I am squeamish about the hard truth that perhaps not everyone is ready for the hard truths.  Relatedly, and still more vexingly, Livy—hardly one to cast aspersions on the virtue of republican freedoms—notes in the second book of his history that some amount of time under virtuous monarchs was good for the Roman people so long as they remained in their civic infancy:  For what would have happened if that rabble of shepherds and vagrants…had thrown off their fear of kings only to be stirred by the ruffling storms of tribunician demagogues, breeding quarrels with the senators of a city not their own, before ever the pledges of wife and children and love of the very place and soil (an affection of slow growth) had firmly united their aspirations? The nation would have crumbled away with dissension before it had matured.  One could be forgiven for thinking that America is showing all the signs of a citizenry regressed to its merest infancy. Unreasoned mob violence, imperviousness to argument, and susceptibility to demagoguery are all signs that our education systems have so failed us for so long that we are perhaps no longer fit to govern ourselves.  That is a void to peer into if ever there was one. Must America go through a period of monarchic instruction and be fed noble lies so it can mature until it is ready to throw off the shackles of kingship and be liberated again?  I hope to God not, especially since the realities of our current moment suggest that the people ruling us in such an eventuality would be the very worst kinds of people. Maturation under a virtuous kingship, maybe—but under an arrogant hypocrite like Gavin Newsom? I would sooner die.  And in point of fact, I don’t think it’s the people who are the problem in the end. It’s our aristocracy, not our populace, that’s the real source of our decay. Regular Americans, in spite of it all, are good people—sensible people. You can find this out by getting off Twitter and going out to talk to them. You can also note that they repudiated wokeness en masse in the recent election, that they’re coming to see how disastrous the academy is, that they roundly reject the catastrophic policy proposals of BLM. It’s the elites who have taken to carving out the people’s brains with a melon baller, and even for all their best efforts, I don’t think they have yet succeeded. But if we want to make sure they never do, we have work ahead of us. It seems to me that renegade conservative media actually is making inroads—if it weren’t, the systematic legacy disinformation campaign of the last four years would have had more success in driving voters (minority voters especially) away from Trump. The opposite occurred. We are making headway.  But fears of autarchy are still looming on both the Left and the Right, and if neither “populist strong man” nor “wokeist tech overlord” is an appealing prospect for the majority of sensible people, then we had better get about fixing the elites for good. We had better get to building the media outfits and school systems that can train a new generation in real civic virtue, and we had better make sure they are impervious to censorship in ways they currently are not. All the talent, all the resources, all the commitment that we need to do that is yet on our side. Biden Will Raise Number of Refugees in US From 15k to 125k (REPORT)

(NewsReady.com) – In October, President Donald Trump’s administration told Congress it was limiting the number of refugees coming into the US to 15,000 in 2021. Officials cited COVID-19 as a reason for the reduction. If Joe Biden is certified as the winner of the election, he plans to change that.

On Thursday, November 12, Biden celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Jesuit Refugee Service with a prerecorded video. He said he plans to raise America’s “annual refugee admission target to 125,000.”

Biden said accepting refugees is a “proud legacy” of the US. The former vice president is right. That is why President Trump is continuing to accept the downtrodden even as America goes through an economic downturn. However, is Biden trying to take on too much?

It’s also notable Biden wants to raise taxes on corporations by eliminating President Trump’s tax cuts. It’s incredibly likely that the tax policy combined with the increased number of refugees will have a detrimental impact on the economy as it struggles to recover from COVID-19.

 The election vote: the deeper you look, the worse it gets by Jon Rappoport (To read about Jon’s mega-collection, The Matrix Revealed, click here.) In this article, I’m going to discuss two companies, Dominion, and ES&S. I would advise investigators not to go to sleep on ES&S. I’m not going to repeat all charges that have been leveled at Dominion Voting Systems. But look at what happened in Texas, when the Secretary of State had an analysis done in the fall of 2019. The report was titled, “Voting System Examination Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite 5.5-A.” It was prepared by James Sneeringer, Ph.D. Designee of the Attorney General of Texas. The devil is in the details, so here they are: “Adjudication results can be lost. In the [prior] January exam, during adjudication of the ballots in the test election, one of the Dominion representatives made a series of mistakes that caused the entire batch of adjudication results to be lost. We did not see this problem again during this exam, but the adjudication system is unchanged, so this vulnerability is still present. Recommendation: Certification [approval of the Dominion system] should be denied.” “Installation is complex, error prone, and tedious. I counted 184 steps in their installation manual before deciding to estimate the remaining steps. I estimate a total of about 500 steps are required to install the software. I did not count steps that merely said something like ‘Click OK’ or ‘Click Next.’ This installation manual is 412 pages long with an additional 23 pages of front matter — contents, lists of figures, and the like…Recommendation: Certification should be denied.” “Test Voting. During our voting test, we discovered that some party names and proposition text were not displayed, and one scanner was not accepting some ballots. These all turned out to be errors Dominion made in setting up the standard test election used by the Secretary of State. In the case of the scanner, it had accidently been configured not to accept machine-marked ballots. The other problems were caused by leaving some fields empty during election setup, something that the EMS software should not allow, or at least highlight. Recommendation: Certification should be denied.” “Misleading Message. The ballot-marking devices incorrectly informed voters that they were casting their ballots, when in fact they were only printing them. The ballots are not be counted until they were scanned on a different device. Recommendation: Certification should be denied.” “USB Port Vulnerability. The ICX ballot-marking device has an indicator light on top to show poll workers when the station is in use. That light is connected by a USB port. When Brian Mechler’s phone was attached to the USB port, the ICX scanned the files on his phone and did not complain, although Dominion later showed that the event was logged. When a USB drive with files was inserted, the ICX sometimes complained and sometimes did not, apparently according to the content of the USB drive and whether it was present when the ICX was first powered up or inserted later.” The examiner’s final conclusion: “I cannot recommend certification. Computer systems should be designed to prevent or detect human error whenever possible and minimize the consequences of both human mistakes and equipment failure. Instead the Democracy Suite 5.5-A is fragile and error prone. In my opinion it should not be certified for use in Texas.” If that doesn’t give pause for thought, nothing will. Now we turn to ES&S, another voting machine company in use in the US. It has a long track record. The source here is a PROPUBLICA article, “The Market for Voting Machines Is Broken. This Company Has Thrived in It,” dated October 28, 2019, by Jessica Huseman. Key excerpts: “In Georgia, where the race for governor had drawn national interest amid concerns about election integrity, ES&S-owned technology was in use when more than 150,000 voters inexplicably did not cast a vote for lieutenant governor. In part because the aged ES&S-managed machines did not produce paper backups, it wasn’t clear whether mechanical or human errors were to blame. Litigation surrounding the vote endures to this day.” “In Indiana, ES&S’ systems were plagued by mishaps at the local level. In Johnson County, for instance, the company’s brand-new machines faltered in ways that made it difficult to know whether some people had voted more than once.” “The vote in 2006 in Sarasota, Florida…There, ES&S machines lost around 18,000 votes; it is still unclear why. The loss was far more than the margin of victory, and a lawsuit followed that ultimately resolved little. The company said in a statement that a variety of testing done on its machines supports its claim that the devices were not at fault, but the county wound up canceling its dealings with the firm shortly afterward.” “Despite such stumbles, ES&S — based in Omaha, Nebraska, and employing roughly 500 people — controls around 50% of the country’s election system market, the company says, meaning that some 70 million Americans vote using the company’s equipment.” “A ProPublica examination of ES&S shows it has fought hard to keep its dominance in the face of repeated controversies. The company has a reputation among both its competitors and election officials for routinely going to court when it fails to win contracts or has them taken away, suing voting jurisdictions, rivals, advocates for greater election security and others.” “ES&S files many such suits. In May 2016, for instance, ES&S unsuccessfully sued Colorado over its decision to buy statewide uniform voting equipment after the state moved to a vote-by-mail system. The company also sued Colorado county over the issue, and it lost these cases as well.” “In Wisconsin, after the 2016 national elections, ES&S sued to prevent Jill Stein, a Green Party candidate for president, from obtaining information about its machines that might have assisted her in her bid for a recount. A judge rejected ES&S’ argument that submitting to Stein’s request would compromise its proprietary technology.” “ES&S has also threatened lawsuits against voting rights activists. In 2018, it warned it would sue Audit USA — a small nonprofit that advocates for election security — for posting the company’s manuals for scanners online (it hasn’t done so). The same year, the company repeatedly said it would initiate litigation against security researchers who bought old ES&S machines and attempted to hack them at a conference on cybersecurity. This morning, during an interview with Fox Business News’ Maria Bartiromo, Powell dropped another bombshell.

“We’re fixin’ to overturn the results of the election in multiple states, and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose. We have sworn witness testimony of why the software was designed. It was designed to rig elections. He was fully briefed on it. He saw it happen in other countries. It was exported internationally for profit by the people that are behind Smartmatic and Dominion.

They did this on purpose. It was calculated and they’ve done it before. We have evidence from 2016 in California. We have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose.”

In part two of her interview with Bartiromo, Powell slammed CIA Director Gina Haspel, saying our intelligence ignored multiple calls to investigate voter integrity surrounding the electronic voting systems. Powell told Bartiromo that Haspel should be immediately fired for her incompetence.

Powell explained how easily the Dominion machines can be hacked to change or alter the votes. “Their own manual, if you sat down and read it, would explain, how and why, no honest person would use their system,” Powell explained that it’s not just Dominion, but other voting systems that use the same software that are a threat to safety and security of our elections.

Powell explained how backdoor access to the voting machines happens, “They can stick a thumb drive in the machine or upload software to it, even from the internet. They can do it from Germany or Venezuala, even. They can remote access anything, they can watch votes in real-time, they can shift votes in real-time. We’ve identified mathematically the exact algorithm they’ve used and planned to use from the beginning, in this case, to modify the vote to make sure Biden won.” Powell blasted Biden, who in his “demented state,” spoke the truth when he said he had the “largest voter fraud organization ever.” Powell told Bartiromo, “Well, it’s massive voter fraud and it’s going to undo the entire election.”

“They can do anything they want with the votes. They can have the machines not read the signature. They can have the machines not read the down-ballot. They can make the machine read and catalog only the Biden votes. It’s like drag and drop whatever you want, wherever you want—upload votes.

In fact, we’ve got math in Michigan and Pennsylvania, I think it is, where all of a sudden hundreds of thousands of votes at 67% ratio for Biden and 37% for Trump were uploaded multiple times into the system.

Powell confirmed they have a sworn affidavit from a whistleblower that reveals exactly how it worked from the beginning.

I absolutely laughed out loud at the liberal media’s claim that Biden had won the US presidential election because they, the liberal media, said he did.

I couldn’t help but INSTANTLY remember that that same media had declared, over the last four years, that Donald Trump was a Russian spy, Russia had elected Trump, Trump was an illegitimate president, Trump was impeached, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah…  And, that Trump should concede the election immediately, move out of the White House, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah…

But the VERY BEST claim was that “there is no such thing as “voter fraud…””

This has all happened before. 

Way back in 2007, thirteen years ago, the then current premier Voting Machine company Diebold came under nationwide scrutiny.  That justified scrutiny DESTROYED Diebold.  Diebold was bought out by “guess who?”

Reality check…

There is nothing more indicative of our society than turning on a liberal media channel and watching, and listening to, a silk-panty homosexual lecturing Judeo/Christian heterosexual America on morality.  Although laughable, it isn’t really funny.

I guess in their minds, having a thousand different sex partners a year somehow gives them a better sense of virtuousness than family-based monogamous Americans.  Maybe government funded AIDS drugs (one billion dollars per year in San Francisco alone) enhances their perceptions.  Who knows…

Liberal media may be at that point – but I’m not.  And neither is most of America.

As a student of political history…

I am not surprised that the US Democratic Party massively cheated in Presidential election 2020. “Cheating” is, I think, written in their social contract with their constituency.  It is expected – and it is counted on by their members.

Like the other simple fact of being a Democrat – the fact that after four years of federal elected office your net worth will be in excess of 100 million dollars.

Example – After eight (8) years in political office Barack Hussein Obama went from penniless to owning palatial mansions all over the world – all on a 400 thousand dollar per year salary.

Magic.

Donald Trump didn’t actually get 72 million Americans to vote for him…

I think, probably, it was closer to 125 million but the Dominion “voting machines” probably had “a glitch,” here and there.., (sarcasm intended).

Powell, who is representing former Trump National Security Advisor Michael Flynn in his Russiagate-spawned legal battle, leveled her own allegations of foreign collusion and election meddling on Fox News’ Lou Dobbs Tonight show on Friday. Threatening those responsible with a “new American revolution,” she called for a sweeping probe into what she described as a longstanding pattern of election interference.

Claiming Dominion Voting Systems, one of the largest makers of voting machines for the US, “was created to produce altered voting results in Venezuela for [socialist leader] Hugo Chavez,” Powell argued that the system – which she said was funded by Cuba and China as well as Caracas – is little more than an election-fixing operation.

Dominion has “been used all over the world to defy the will of people who wanted freedom,” she declared.

President Trump won this election in a landslide. It’s going to be irrefutable.

“Patriots are coming forward all day every day” with “statistical evidence that shows just hundreds of thousands of votes being put in and replicated” to swing the vote to Biden, Powell said, suggesting Big Tech and the media establishment had finished the job by covering up for Dominion and its political cronies.

“There needs to be a massive criminal investigation and it’s going to affect just millions of voters and elections,” she told the Fox News host, urging viewers to “come forward now and get on the right side of this issue and report the fraud they know existed in Dominion Voting Systems” while she prepares to pull up the curtain on the entire operation.

Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell, a Trump campaign lawyer, suggested in a Sunday interview that there is still more evidence coming out in President Donald Trump’s claims of voter fraud and irregularities.
“We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states,” Powell said, saying that she has enough evidence of election fraud to launch a widespread criminal investigation. “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up,” she added, saying that elections software switched “millions of votes” from Trump to Democratic nominee Joe Biden.
Powell notably provided legal counsel to Gen. Michael Flynn in 2019. She was named to Trump’s legal team in the past several days.Powell said a whistleblower came forward and said the elections software was designed to “rig elections,” saying that “he saw it happen in other countries,” referring to voting systems Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, or perhaps other software and machines.
“We have so much evidence, I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose,” Powell said, while noting that she won’t reveal the evidence that she has.
“They can stick a thumb drive in the [voting] machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet … from Germany or Venezuela even,” she said, adding that operations “can watch votes in real-time” and “can shift votes in real-time,” or alleged bad actors can “remote access anything.”
“We’ve identified mathematically the exact algorithm they’ve used—and planned to use from the beginning” that allegedly switched votes to Biden, Powell remarked.
Powell also made reference to a 2019 investigation from Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), as well as other Democratic lawmakers into Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software, and Hart InterCivic. The senators had expressed concerns about the security of the voting systems.
“(W)e have concerns about the spread and effect of private equity investment in many sectors of the economy, including the election technology industry—an integral part of our nation’s democratic process,” wrote the lawmakers in their letters to the firms about a year ago. “These problems threaten the integrity of our elections and demonstrate the importance of election systems that are strong, durable, and not vulnerable to attack.”
Later in the Sunday morning interview, Powell said that her team has “detected voting irregularities that are inexplicable” in states where officials believe they have valid systems.

(Getty Images; Reuters)During the election, Republicans in the House were able to flip at least 11 seats while the GOP is poised to maintain control of the Senate. Some conservatives have questioned how such a voting pattern is possible for Biden to win the presidential election, let alone receive more votes than any other presidential candidate in American history, including President Barack Obama’s victory in 2008.
Companies RespondThe Department of Homeland Security’s cybersecurity agency issued a statement on Thursday calling the 2020 general election the “most secure in American history,” despite multiple legal challenges alleging a variety of alleged voting irregularities across a number of battleground states.
“The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history. Right now, across the country, election officials are reviewing and double-checking the entire election process prior to finalizing the result,” read the statement released by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
Smartmatic, in a statement on Saturday, said that it has no ties with Dominion Voting Systems. Powell suggested that Smartmatic is operated by Dominion in the interview.
Dominion, over the past several weeks, has repeatedly denied its systems were compromised in some way.
“In the aftermath of the 2020 general election, there has been a great deal of misinformation being circulated about Smartmatic and other companies that provide election technology to voting jurisdictions in the US. We would like to dispel these incorrect statements with facts,” the firm wrote, adding that it “has never owned any shares or had any financial stake in Dominion Voting Systems.”
Dominion also refuted allegations that its machines changed votes from Trump to Biden on Election Day and beyond.
“Dominion Voting Systems categorically denies any claims about any vote switching or alleged software issues with our voting systems,” a company spokesperson said in a statement to The Denver Post. “Our systems continue to reliably and accurately count ballots, and state and local election authorities have publicly confirmed the integrity of the process.”
